“Aimee took our 7 month old puppy Alba for a walk and I would definitely recommend. Alba was happy and Aimee sent lots of pictures and updates which was lovely. Her communication was great before, during and after. We’ll be booking her again, she’s very trustworthy.”

About: I have hands-on experience caring for dogs, I currently have two— a German Shepherd which I raised from a puppy and a Romanian Rescue—which I’ve had for 3 and 2 years. I am skilled in feeding, grooming, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. I prioritise their socialisation and make sure they are walked at least twice a day whenever possible, maintaining their health, happiness, and overall well-being. I’m currently working a part time job from Friday evening to Sunday. However any other days I have full availability and can dedicate my time entirely to caring for your pet. I am available every day from now until 20th - 29th August, and after these dates, my schedule will remain fully open apart from Friday to Sunday, allowing me to provide consistent, reliable and loving care whenever it’s needed. Safety - If walking dogs i'd ensure that the harness is well fitted, and the leash is secured to prevent the dog escaping during a walk. - I’d provide multiple and all round water breaks/ ensuring water bowl is full at all times, and provide shaded/ cool areas to keep cool. - I’d ensure to keep an eye on the pets to ensure if there’s any signs of illness, injuries and any distress and if there’s is I’d ensure to immediately report to the owner/s. Trust - I’d ensure to keep all owners in constant communication by sending photos, any updates, or videos during visits or dog walks. - I'd always make sure to always follow any instructions left by the pet owners like keeping to their regular routines, keeping to their pets food dietary plans. - I'd also ensure to treat the pet owners home with respect and respecting their items within the home, id also treat the pet with care and leave any space used clean if a mess was made. Environmental - I'd ensure the pet owners home or walking area is free from any harmful hazards like broken glass, sharp objects or anything that could potentially cause harm. - When doing dog walks I ensure to choose a walk route with the best interest of the dog whether the dog is nervous of traffic or loud noises. I'd always put the dogs well-being first and always go to a park the dog knows and is comfortable being at. - I'd ensure that all dogs (if exempt) is allowed a chance to socialise and interact with other owners or dogs during walks only when appropriate. - I'd ensure any waste from the pet whether it be on dog walks or at home, all waste would be properly cleaned and disposed of.
“Michael certainly has a way with animals, our girls had a great time with him, Michael sent photos and a video of them on their walk. I would not hesitate in booking Michael again. X”

About: Hi there! I’m Coral, a 33 year old dog enthusiast who has recently swapped the peaceful Cotswolds for the Portsmouth seaside. I’ve also just had my first baby (October 2025) so it’s been a very exciting time all round. And for anyone who has booked me before, don’t worry, I still travel back regularly for friends, family and returning pups. By day when I’m not on maternity leave. I’m a Project Manager for Marketing Week, but dogs have always been my real happy place. I’ve been house sitting and providing pet care for around four years now and it’s something I genuinely love. A little about me: I’m into all exercise, crafts, long walks and anything that brings a bit of joy. I care for all dogs from tiny puppies, to nervous dogs to sweet seniors and can help with walking, feeding, bathing and daycare. As I’ve just welcomed my little one, most of my availability at the moment is from our home rather than staying in an owners house. Your dog will still get plenty of attention, cuddles and company. Our home is calm, relaxed and very dog friendly. We love nothing more than a dog walk. I’ll always be joined by my partner Jordan, who adores dogs and has lots of experience, especially with nervous pups. He grew up with a rescue dog from Spain called Bonzo and has a brilliant way of building trust. For longer or overnight stays, Jordan is usually around to help make sure your dog feels fully settled. Thank you so much for considering us. Working remotely grants me flexibility. Your pet's well-being is my priority. I adapt my schedule to cater to their needs, even for travel, ensuring constant care. All i need is a reliable internet connection. I prioritise safety with common sense and tailor care to your pet's habits. In your home or mine, trust and a pet-friendly environment are paramount. Your guidance shapes my approach
About: I work as a veterinary assistant so I work with cats, dogs and small furries everyday with plenty of experience in handling and caring. I have done plenty of overnight stays for family members for dogs, and have always owned cats and dog growing up. I work full time Monday to Friday so my availability for walks and drops in is only on Saturdays and Sundays, however I am keen on overnight stays for holidays if the pet is okay to be left whilst I work. I do not offer services for pets at my house as I live in a house share and pets are not allowed. I am willing to stay at pet owners house.
About: I have had dogs in my life from when I was a child right up to recently when we had to say goodbye to our 14.5 year old, Ozzie. I miss having a dog around and would consider it a privilege to care for yours and to get some very much missed doggy love. My husband Phil will accompany on any overnight sits. I’m currently not working after returning from working abroad in France for the past few years so am available at short notice, I also have a car so can easily get to your home. I will look after your pet in your home and respect both and treat them with the utmost care and love. I am happy to follow all instructions that you leave.
“Tatjana has met me 2x now at QA hospital to help me by looking after my dog while I visit sick relatives. She’s a pleasure to be with, very reliable and takes expert care of my dog Pumpkin. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again.”

“Absolutely no words for Karen! She is truly the kindest person. As a first-time puppy parent with a million questions and requests, she was so patient and understanding. On top of that, she sent me the most beautiful photos from their walk, which completely made my day. I would recommend her 1000%”

Unless requested for Pet Sitting service

About: I have very recently lost my beautiful dog Rufus at the grand old age of 16 years and 9 months. From picking him up at 8 weeks to saying our last goodbye, I guided and supported him through puppy training and recognising his additional needs as he grew old. He brought me joy and unconditional love. He was family and loved more than words can say. As well as taking care of him, I have regularly looked after his best mates, Zampa and Sunny and our Grand dogs Woody and Riri. My love for all animals, particularly dogs, defines me as a person. I can't face getting another dog of my own for the foreseeable but the aching emptiness in my heart I feel could be eased by taking care of and loving other fur babies. I currently work just week day mornings between 07.30-10.30 and should this prove successful, I will give up my job and devote to pet care full time. We have a quiet, pet and child free home with a lovely secure garden and two parks within minutes walking distance. Dogs are welcome in every part of the house 🥰

About: I've been surrounded by animals my entire life and have experience caring for a variety of pets, from dogs and cats to rabbits and birds. Growing up, I had two Labradors, Nemo and Bruce, and my nan also bred Labradors, which gave me valuable experience with dogs of different ages, personalities, and needs. I currently have a 7 year old Shih-poo called Luna. Last year, she suffered a spinal injury, which is unfortunately quite common in her breed. Supporting her through a strict three month recovery programme and medication plan required patience, consistency, and attentive care. Thanks to this, we were able to avoid surgery, and she is now back to being a happy and healthy pooch. This experience also gave me firsthand understanding of the extra care, gentle handling, and attention some dogs may need during recovery or later in life. I am regularly trusted by family and friends to care for their pets while they are away. I treat every pet as if they were my own, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for. Whether it's walks, playtime, cuddles, or sticking to their usual routine, I take the time to make sure each pet receives the attention they deserve. What sets me apart is my genuine passion for animals and my commitment to providing the highest standard of care. I understand that leaving your pet with someone else requires trust, and I will always provide the same level of care, affection, and attention that I give to Luna (and she is one pampered pooch!). While I don't have professional pet care qualifications, I have a lifetime of hands on experience with animals and pride myself on being reliable, caring, and trustworthy. Your pet's wellbeing will always be my top priority. I currently work part time, which gives me the flexibility to provide your pet with plenty of care, attention, and companionship. Whether it's walks, playtime, feeding, or cuddles, I'll make sure they feel happy, comfortable, and well cared for while maintaining their usual routine. Your pet's safety and wellbeing will always be my top priority. During drop in visits, I'll make sure your pet is happy, comfortable, and has everything they need, whether that's fresh water, feeding, playtime, toilet breaks, or simply some company and affection. For walks, I'll ensure your dog is exercised safely and enjoys plenty of enrichment along the way. I'll always follow your instructions regarding routines, training, and any specific needs your pet may have. I understand the trust involved in caring for both your pet and your home, and I will always treat them with the utmost respect and care.
About: I’ve always been an animal lover and understand how important it is to leave your pets with someone you can trust. I enjoy spending time with cats and getting to know their individual personalities, from playful and curious to shy and needing a little extra patience. I will provide loving, reliable care in your cat’s own home, following their usual routine and making sure they feel comfortable, happy and safe while you’re away. I have a flexible schedule and can usually work around your needs and your cat’s routine. I’m happy to arrange visits at suitable times, whether your cat needs feeding, playtime, company or simply someone to check in and make sure they are happy and comfortable while you’re away. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet and your home. I will always treat your home with respect and care for your cat as if they were my own. I’ll follow your instructions closely, keep their routine consistent and provide updates and photos so you have peace of mind while you’re away.

About: ⭐️⭐️ Thank you all for your positive reviews over the last year! Since starting in March 2025, I quickly gained Star Sitter status and have maintained this by being reliable, trustworthy, and communicating clearly before and during bookings. I have had many returning customers to which I am very grateful - please have a look at my various 5* reviews to help you decide if you want to choose me. Due to Rover deducting a fee, my prices are a little higher to reflect this and the 5* quality of my service. ⭐️⭐️ Prior to every booking we can set up a Meet and Greet where I will come to your house to meet you and your pets, and to hopefully put your mind at ease that they will be in safe hands whilst you're away. Meet and Greets are not obligatory and many owners leave their keys hidden somewhere outside their house - it is completely up to you and what you feel comfortable doing. I have grown up around animals so I am comfortable and relaxed in their presence. Sadly I don't have any pets myself, so I genuinely love getting the opportunity to spend time with yours. I have experience caring for various breeds of dogs, administering oral medication and walking/training energetic puppies and large dogs. I have looked after many cats of varying ages and needs, and even the shyest or moodiest cats tend to warm to me quickly. 🦮🐾🐈 I work full time (usually 9-5) in an office and live in Southsea. If you are flexible with times I think we will be a great match, but even if you are not please still drop me a message and I will see what I can do. I tend to walk everywhere, but I do own a car so I can drive around Portsmouth easily. I prefer to stay on Portsea Island, but I am willing to travel to Cosham / Paulsgrove / Drayton for bookings for that are a weeklong or over. Please drop me a message anytime if you have any questions or want to get some dates in the diary. I live in a flat with no access to a garden, if you were to book daycare at mine I believe my living situation would only be suitable to look after small dogs and cats. I can of course walk them as many times as you need me too. I would prefer to come to your house if possible, where I will of course respect it as if it were my own.
About: I have 2 cats, 3 dogs and 4 birds at home. My cat has given birth before few times I know what to do with kittens. My dog also given birth one time I know what to do with puppies too. I would like to stick to my schedule days but i would not mind doing on the days that is not on my schedule too. I will pat and give them love, check their food and water and take them out. I would play and cuddle. I would bath them too if needed
About: I’m always the one asked to dog or cat sit! I absolutely love doing it and getting to know the pets. I do sometimes think I’m a dog whisperer as I seem to know what they want or are thinking. I provide lots of cuddles and plenty of play. I have experience looking after both large and small dogs. I have also looked after multiple dogs at once, meeting each of their specific needs. I have experience with nervous and anxious dogs too, adapting the dog walk to suit the dog. I currently work in hospitality but I’m able to be flexible with my days and shifts. I love going out for walks so a little dog to join me would be fab. This gives me the best of both worlds as I sometimes travel so having a pet isn’t suitable for me full time. I have a fenced garden and plenty of parks to offer a well deserved play outside. I enjoy caring for pets in their own home and getting to know their home comforts and routine.
About: I have a German Shepherd and a Chihuahua, so I am experienced in taking care of large and little dogs. I am more than happy to take care of any dog and my own dogs are very friendly. Any questions please feel free to message me. I live in portsmouth and I’m free over holidays. I live with my dad, brother, and sister who all love dogs. I am always home and am available any time, there is always someone around and the pets are never left alone. We have a reasonable sized garden, which is completely safe. Our kitchen is open plan so there is lots of space for the dogs to roam around.

Megan was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I asked Megan at late notice to walk my three dogs and she accepted the request straight away and was keen to help me. Megan has fantastic communication, quick reply’s, polite, asked good questions and answered any questions I had too. She took on board everything I said and understood the individual needs of each of the dogs. Megan took fantastic pictures and messaged me after the dog walk which was great reassurance. I’ll be using Megan again in the future!

You can tell immediately that Josh has experience with dogs. He wasn’t phased at all by our 23kg ‘puppy’ who’s common sense isn’t maturing quite as quickly as his body :) Such a relief to have a trustworthy extra pair of hands on call when we need them. We also met Josh’s ‘Margo’ too who’s a lovely and and obedient gal who played well with George. Thanks Josh !

Shiyi looked after my dog so well. She sent loads of photos and messages all day, which really put my mind at ease. My dog seemed relaxed and happy in every update it was like he had a little holiday thanks so much I really appreciate all your care. We’ll definitely book with you again
