About: Animals have been a huge part of my life from birth, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. Although I’m new to professional pet sitting platforms, I have lifelong hands-on experience owning and caring for dogs, cats, and many other animals. I currently own a 12-year-old German Shepherd/Wolfdog cross who I single-handedly trained using positive reinforcement methods. He has been raw fed since puppyhood, and over the years this sparked a strong interest in canine nutrition, holistic wellbeing, behaviour, and force-free training techniques. I’m especially experienced with larger breeds, high-energy dogs, Cockapoos, and Spaniels, but honestly I adore dogs of every shape and size. I’m confident handling strong dogs, administering medication, and adapting care to suit each pet’s individual personality, routine, and needs. Alongside dogs, I’ve also owned and cared for cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, fish, hamsters, kittens, and puppies. I’ve regularly house sat for friends and family, caring for both pets and homes with the same level of respect and attention I would expect for my own. I work from home as a self-employed Will Writer and Estate Planning Consultant, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to give pets plenty of time, attention, companionship, and supervision throughout the day. I love hiking, long walks, countryside adventures, and including dogs out and about in my daily routine wherever possible, if they enjoy it and feel comfortable. I also have my own car fitted with a pet seat cover for safe and comfortable transport when needed. I currently split my time between Southampton and Epsom, so I’m available for dog walking, drop-ins, and house sitting across Surrey, Hampshire, and surrounding areas. Above all else, I genuinely care about animals and understand how important trust is when leaving your pet with someone. My aim is always to make pets feel safe, relaxed, loved, and cared for while giving owners complete peace of mind. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so pet care fits very naturally into my day. I’m available for house sitting throughout the week, including weekends, whether that’s shorter stays or overnight care. I can give pets plenty of attention, company, walks, and care throughout the day, and adapt to each pet’s routine and needs. Unfortunately I’m unable to offer care in my own home, as I have a senior dog who doesn’t always get along with other animals. However, I’m very happy to care for pets in their own home where they feel most comfortable and settled in their familiar environment and routine. I always treat both pets and homes with the utmost respect, keeping things clean, calm, and stress-free. I take time to understand each pet’s routine, behaviour, exercise needs, feeding schedule, and any medication or special requirements so they receive personalised care and attention while you’re away.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats of all ages and sizes, from tiny Jack Russells to Rottweilers and XL Bullies. I have hands‑on experience at Cardiff Dogs Home and currently volunteer at Southampton Second Chance Animal Rescue, working with a wide range of breeds, temperaments, puppies, and senior pets. I’ve previously cared for a Weimaraner through regular house sitting, and I’ve worked with many rescue dogs including Frenchies and Spaniels. I’m confident with enrichment games, basic training support, and following any routines or rules you already use at home. I can also safely give medication to both cats and dogs. What sets me apart is my calm, patient approach and my ability to read body language—especially helpful with nervous or rescue pets. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my priority. I’m a PhD student at Southampton, so my schedule is very flexible. I usually spend around three hours on campus during weekday working hours, but this is easy to work around your pet’s routine. Most of my work is laptop‑based, meaning I can often study from your home if needed and keep your pet company throughout the day. I’m available for morning, afternoon, and evening visits, and I can accommodate both regular weekly bookings and one‑off requests. I’m also happy to follow your dog or cat’s existing schedule—feeding, walks, medication, or training—so everything stays consistent and stress‑free for them. When caring for pets in your home, I keep their routine, environment, and comfort exactly as they’re used to. I follow all feeding schedules, walk lengths, training rules, and medication needs to maintain consistency and reduce stress. As a PhD student, I can spend plenty of time keeping your pet company with walks, play, enrichment, or calm downtime depending on what they enjoy. I’m experienced with puppies, seniors, and nervous or rescue pets, and I always go at their pace. I treat your home with respect and keep everything tidy, and I’m happy to send regular updates so you feel completely at ease while you’re away.

About: I've looked after a variety of animals since childhood, both my own and my neighbours. This includes both cats and dogs, including a combination of several in one home. I've stayed overnight for extended stays at people's houses and taken good care of both their pets and homes. I have experience with sighthounds and understand the cute little quirks they can come with. I've also looked after my senior dog for a number of years before he passed and provided I'm a student so I'll be able to visit homes when I'm not in lectures and will be happy to house sit overnight as long as I'm able to leave to attend university for a few hours on some days. I have been responsible for caring for pets in several different homes and always ensure to follow the instructions from owners and maintain a safe and fun environment for the animals.

About: I have experience caring for both dogs and cats through helping family members and neighbors with their pets. I regularly walked my grandaunt’s dog, making sure they got enough exercise, attention, and outdoor time. I also helped my neighbor care for her kittens by feeding them, playing with them, and keeping them comfortable while she was away. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and always try to make pets feel safe, happy, and cared for like part of the family. I’m currently a full-time undergraduate student, but my coursework is relatively light, which gives me a flexible schedule. I’m usually able to dedicate around five hours a day to spending time with pets, whether that’s walks, playtime, or general care. I’m also available throughout the weekends, and I genuinely enjoy being around animals and giving them attention and companionship. I will always prioritise a pet’s safety, comfort, and routine. In a pet owner’s home, I carefully follow any instructions regarding feeding, walks, medication, or special care needs to make sure pets feel secure and stress-free. I’m patient and gentle with animals, and I understand that every pet has a different personality and comfort level. I also make sure the environment stays clean, calm, and safe at all times. Communication is important to me as well, so I’m happy to provide updates and photos for owners while they’re away.

About: Hi, I’m Jiani, a passionate dog lover based in Southampton. As a proud owner of a miniature Dachshund, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your pet like family. I have hands-on experience looking after dogs of different ages and personalities, from energetic puppies to older dogs who need a little extra patience and attention. I’m reliable, responsible, and organised in my day-to-day work, and I bring the same level of care and commitment when looking after pets. About: Hi, I’m Eliza and I’m 19. I’ve had a golden cocker spaniel in the household for about 5 years now - we got her in 2021, when she was 4 months old (an adorable tiny puppy!) and I was 14. She’s now 5 years old so I’ve pretty much grown up with her, so I have experience with dogs of all different ages. I would prefer to look after small and medium-sized dogs and I’m used to them pulling on the lead (my dog does it all the time!) but open to walking larger dogs too, as long as they aren’t too strong on the lead. I’m used to long walks since cocker spaniels are an active and lively breed! Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I’m a student at Southampton university, currently in my first year, so I’m pretty flexible with timings. I’m free at various times on weekdays, and most weekends, but I’ll be updating my calendar regularly to show specific availability. I grew up with a dog (Toffee) and a cat (Noodle). On my profile, the first 6 photos are me with my dog (ranging from adulthood, and a picture of her as a puppy in the last of the 6 photos); the rest of the photos are me with my cat (also ranging from when he was a kitten - the first two photos, when I was much younger too! - to adulthood.) Therefore, I am well-versed when it comes to caring for both cats and dogs. Let me know if you have any questions! :)

About: I’ve been caring for cats since I was 8 years old, when I got my first cat, and I’ve been a hands-on, responsible owner ever since. I cared for her throughout her entire life until she passed away from old age two years ago, managing all aspects of her daily care myself. This included feeding, maintaining a clean litter box (scooped twice daily), bathing when needed, especially as she became less able to groom herself—regular grooming, nail trimming, and monitoring her overall health. I also took her to the vet regularly for check-ups, so I’m very comfortable recognising changes in behaviour, appetite, or routine that may signal a health concern. I’m currently the owner of a 5 month old kitten named Leo, so I’m very familiar with kitten energy levels, play needs, feeding schedules, and gentle handling. Between senior cat care and kitten care, I’m confident caring for cats of all ages, personalities, and needs. Furthermore, I also have extensive experience caring for dogs. My family has had a Bernese Mountain Dog for the past 8 years, who lives with my parents back home. I’ve been involved in his care since he was a puppy, including feeding, walking, basic training, grooming, and general day-to-day care. Being a large-breed dog, he has also given me experience handling bigger dogs calmly and confidently. In addition to caring for my own pets, I also have hands-on experience working with shelter animals. During my teenage years, I volunteered at animal shelters, and after graduating high school, I took a gap year before university to work in a veterinary shelter. During this time, I cared for stray dogs and cats, assisted with daily husbandry, administered medications, supported vaccination routines, and helped monitor animals recovering from illness or procedures. I also had the opportunity to work closely with veterinarians, including shadowing and assisting in surgery rooms, which has given me valuable experience handling animals calmly and safely in medical settings. I’m a university student with a very flexible schedule. I only need to be on campus for lectures around 2–3 times per week, usually for a few hours at a time. Outside of that, I’m home most of the day, which allows me to give pets consistent attention, care, and supervision. I’m naturally quite introverted and enjoy spending time at home, which means I’m well-suited to providing a calm, stable environment and sticking closely to your cat’s normal routine. Your pet’s comfort and wellbeing are my top priorities. I’m happy to follow any specific instructions you provide, including special feeding schedules, medication administration, grooming routines, and play preferences. I’ll make sure your cat feels safe, cared for, and relaxed, and I’m always attentive to their behaviour and mood. I also understand how important peace of mind is for owners, so I’m very happy to send regular photo and video updates to keep you reassured while you’re away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and aim to maintain their routine as closely as possible so they feel secure and comfortable in my care. I’m also comfortable caring for dogs of different sizes and temperaments, and I always follow the owner’s instructions closely to maintain their usual routine. My background working in veterinary shelters and alongside vets has made me very attentive to hygiene, safety, and recognising early signs of stress or illness, and I always prioritise your pet’s comfort and wellbeing.

About: I have had dogs and cats in my life ever since I was a young child. Monty was the most loving dog as a child, but my cat Jessy was a bit more independent (but loved a cuddle when it was on his terms!). I own two cockapoo's called Guinness and Murphy, very typical cockapoo's! Full of energy and extremely loving. I have a young child who Guinness adores! Very experienced with high energy dogs. I've had both my current dogs since they were puppies so very happy to do drop in visits to puppies :) I am currently working from home and currently have complete flexibility Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday's for drop in's and dog walking. Also available on the weekends with notice for house sitting, dog walks and drop in visits. If you would like me to visit your pet before caring for them please message me and we can arrange a visit beforehand. About: I’m a massive animal lover, from dogs to cats, rabbits, horses and everything in between. I’ve grown up surrounded by animals of all sizes but have a particular soft spot for dogs. After moving away from home for university, I’ve been missing the unmatchable company that pets give and would be honoured to give yours a little extra attention. I love a puppy, but have extra experience with senior dogs and can take walks, sits and any other services at paces that suit them. I love a bit of character and quirk, and would aim to provide the same quality of care that you provide for your own pets. I’m a university student with a flexible schedule to work around yours and your pets needs and cause minimal disruption to their schedules. I prioritise every detail of care and make it as personal as possible by carefully following all information provided and keeping communication open with the owners too. I’m a student with a flexible schedule and a car. My main priority would be to fit seamlessly into your schedule to not disrupt routine and would be happy to work around you. I’m an early riser, so love early morning walks but am also happy to accommodate activities later in the day too. I have experience house sitting holiday lets over out of season periods and have provided cleaning services, so I have a great attention to detail and am very tidy. I’m big on rule following so would never cross boundaries but have lots of love and attention to give your pets! Just let me know what you’re comfortable with and I’ll make sure to provide the rest. After having my own, very fussy princess of a senior dog I’m more than able to accommodate any quirks. I know each dog has their own personality and I’d love to get to know them to tailor how I care for them, just as you would!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, and caring for them has always been second nature to me. Back home in Malaysia, I have an 8-year old dachshund called Rico, and before him I had a Belgian Shepherd named Max who lived to the incredible age of 17 and a 15 year old King Charles Cavalier Lucy :). Raising Max from an energetic, high-drive breed into his senior years gave me experience with everything from structured exercise and training to adapting care for an older dog who needed a gentler pace and extra attention. Rico, with all his dachshund personality, has taught me patience, consistency and the importance of routine. I’m now based in the UK and really miss being around dogs, which is why I’ve started dog sitting. I’m currently studying medicine, so I’m responsible, organised and used to balancing commitments carefully. I absolutely love dogs, so your pet would be in a calm, caring home environment with plenty of attention. I’m also very active and love going on runs and long walks by the port, so I’m more than happy to take energetic dogs out for proper exercise. At the same time, I’m equally comfortable with older dogs who prefer slower strolls and quiet companionship. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, and I’ll treat your dog as if they were my own making sure they feel safe, loved and well cared for while you’re away. I am a student at the university so have plenty of time to play with your dogs :) I am free everyday of the week and have quite a flexible schedule. I am able to play with and walk them very often. I have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment that comes with a fenced garden for dogs! There is also a designated gated pet relief area. I also live 5mins from Mayflower Park, Queen’s Park and Houndwell Park so your dog will have so much variety!

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and truly love being around them. I currently have a 7-year-old dachshund and previously cared for my greyhound for 12 years, which gave me a lot of experience understanding dogs at different life stages, including senior care. Because of this, I’m very patient and attentive to each dog’s individual needs and personality. I’m also a university student with a flexible schedule and quite a lot of free time, so I’m able to spend plenty of time with pets throughout the day. Whether your dog needs company, extra care, or just someone to make them feel safe and comfortable while you’re away, I’m happy to be there for them. I’m an active person and love going on walks and being outdoors, so I’d be more than happy to bring energetic or athletic dogs on longer walks or even runs. I also enjoy playing with dogs and making sure they get the exercise, stimulation, and attention they need. For more relaxed pets, I’m just as happy to provide cuddles, companionship, and a calm environment. I understand how important pets are to their owners, so I always aim to treat every dog as if they were my own and make sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and loved. I’m currently a university student with a flexible schedule, which means I have plenty of time to spend with pets and make sure they get the attention they need. I’m able to be with dogs for most of the day and can easily adjust my routine depending on their needs. Whether your dog needs long walks, playtime, or just company during the day, I’m happy to provide it. I’m also an active person and enjoy being outdoors, so I’d love to take energetic dogs on walks or runs, while also being just as happy to relax and give cuddles to dogs who prefer a calmer environment. I live in a clean and comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment near Ocean Village. The building has a fenced garden area that is safe for dogs, as well as a designated pet relief area for quick bathroom breaks. There is also a larger park nearby where I can take dogs for longer walks and exercise. I always make sure pets are supervised, comfortable, and feel at home while they are with me. I’m happy to follow each dog’s routine, whether that means specific feeding times, medication, extra playtime, or just lots of cuddles and attention so they feel safe while their owners are away. 🐶

We recently moved to the area and were looking to find a new sitter for my pug Bailey for when I have to travel/ need help watching him. Katie drove over to us for our first meet and picked Bailey up, along with her lovely poodle Kevin and they went for a long walk in the new forest. I was updated with videos and pictures and Bailey was very clearly in his element. I felt really safe leaving my little man with Katie and am looking forward for them to have Bailey again soon as I know he’s going to be taken excellent care of. Thank you Katie xx

Amber is fantastic. She joined us for a dog walk before we went on Holliday (free of charge) to get to know Rocco and Aria. We felt great about booking her straight away. She kept us updated with pictures of the dogs from their walks when we were away. We will definitely book again. Thanks Amber!
