About: I’ve cared for dogs since I was 15, starting with my own dog. I learned scientific feeding, including fresh food preparation, indoor toilet training, and providing regular outdoor enrichment. I also have hands-on experience assisting with birth, caring for a mother dog and puppies for two months, and understanding dogs’ emotions and stress signals. I’m patient, attentive, and focused on both physical and emotional wellbeing. I’m a university student in my third year, and I currently have a light course load with only one to two classes per day. This gives me plenty of flexible time to focus on pet care, play, walks, and companionship. I enjoy spending my free time with animals and can adjust my schedule to meet each pet’s routine and needs. I live in an apartment where pets are not allowed to stay overnight, so I focus on pet sitting in the owner’s home, drop-in visits, and walks. I carefully follow owners’ instructions, maintain a clean and calm environment, and pay close attention to pets’ safety, emotions, and routines. I treat every home and pet with respect and responsibility.

About: I have always had dogs in my life! Currently my family dog, Bertie a very loveable cockapoo comes to live with me from time to time. I personally love it when he is here 😍 I work from home most days so will be around all day to keep your dog company and take them for walks during breaks in my world day. I age a fenced in garden which they are free to roam around. I have an experience with all ages of dogs from puppies to seniors. I work full time but from home so will be around all day to look after your pet. Take them out for walks on breaks. In my home I’ll keep your pet company whilst they are here. I have a fenced in garden for them to play in. My house is dog friendly already as I have my own. Do have all the bits and bobs a dog could need. Live every close to the common and other parks.

About: I’ve loved dogs and cats for as long as I can remember and have been fortunate to be around them since a young age. I have experience with both small and big dogs. This includes volunteering at a dog rescue centre walking/playing with several dogs including a few frenchies. I have also cared for a Weimaraner including house sitting when needed as well where we had lots of fun including doing a few enrichment games. Safety for your pet is the most important thing to me and I will happily follow any training or rules for your dog to have the best experience I am an engineering student at Southampton Univeristy so currently have plenty or time around lectures to look after your pups. This year is an individual project so can have flexibility in my schedule. Free from Friday afternoons so good for a weekend away. Happy to do weekly walks/house sits or one offs. I will follow the routine your dog normally has to help reduce stress for them. This includes both training and also house rules. On walks especially rewards for good behaviour is always encouraged/rewarded.

About: I have gained experience from looking after my grandparent’s dogs on numerous occasions, from walking, check-in’s, and even week-long stays. It has given me the confidence and skills required to responsibly look after your dogs. I have also looked after an older dog (9+) before, so please do not hesitate to reach out to see if I can accommodate your elderly dog’s needs! I only walk one pet per booking. This ensures that your dog is able to go on a walk with my undivided attention and utmost care, without worry. I am currently a full-time student in Southampton. On days I have free, I can be available for dog walks; for overnight stays (house sits) at the pet’s home, I can be available on weekends and any days I consecutively have free. I occasionally travel home to Cardiff, particularly during breaks (i.e. Christmas, Easter, etc.), but my availability will be clearly defined if this applies. I am happy to follow any instructions or rules required, as it is my top priority to ensure your pet is cared for properly. I will look after your pet with the love I carry for all animals, and treat them with respect and patience. I will display the same respect and care for your home also.

About: I love all animals really but especially cats, as I grew up around them - we had 2 Burmese cats, one of which lived to be 17yo. Our current cat, Bolly, emigrated with us from the U.K. to Australia and back again! I have also had a hamster and fish. As a teenager, and as an adult, I've often helped friends and neighbours out when they're away by looking after their pets - cats usually but I have also looked after dogs, Guinea pigs, chickens, birds, fish and rabbits too. 

I'm calm and patient - I very much let them come to me when they're ready to. I make sure your pet has been given attention and affection (if they want some), as well as fed, watered, and had litter cleaned etc. I'm happy to play and pet them, or just sit and be around for a while, depending on what they like. I send updates and pictures daily so you can relax and enjoy your time away. 
I'm a fan of Jackson Galaxy and his work on cat behaviour, which has helped me to gain a better understand of cats, and I use a lot of his techniques with Bolly, as well as the cats I look after. This has meant I've been able to befriend many nervous, shy cats using those skills. 

I've also got some experience with raw food as I've transitioned Bolly to a raw food diet so I'm happy to handle raw meat if needed. 
 Whilst in Australia, pet sitting was my paid work and I’m keen to do that again here as I loved meeting so many different pets, and being able to have a little time away from home. I’m a stay at home parent to a 5yo and that means I’m flexible with my hours and availability. Often I am available before my husband goes to work, and then again from 5pm when he’s finished. On days he’s working from home, I can also do visits during the day. If your pet is ok with kids, my son loves to help too and that means I can come anytime. Weekends are easy as my husband isn’t n working. For house visits, I usually greet your pet first by letting them come to me, or checking any known hiding spots. Once I’ve said hello, I usually play with them, then feed them, and then I clean any litter trays whilst they eat. After that, I often sit on the floor or chair and hang out or play depending on their needs. I’m also happy to check post, water plants and put bins out. For pet walks, I greet them first, then get them ready with their leash and collect doggy bags for any dog poo. After the walk, I’ll check on your pet, give any treats/food/water as required before I leave.

About: I have cared for dogs of every kind for 11 years, starting when I was 10 and was entrusted with raising our family puppy. I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! On weekdays, I am generally available from 12 PM to 2 PM and again from 6 PM to 8 PM. I am available all day on weekends. I offer a complimentary initial in-home consultation to accurately record essential daily routines, including feeding schedules, medication requirements, and exercise habits, and to gather all necessary emergency contact information.
