I have grown up with dogs all my life including living on a farm for my first 8 years of life. I love getting active with them and apprythe importance of proper enrichment and a nurturing environment. During my diploma I studied veterinary nursing, welfare, behaviour and small animal rehabilitation including a practical period where dogs and kennels were the focus of our training.

Fantastic sit from Joey! Kept us updated with the dogs daycare pick ups, sent lovely little photos and kept them entertained really well. Our house was spotless when we came home and our dogs were very sleepy - really impressed! 😊 Would definitely recommend and will be booking again! x
Joey was amazing, the first 2 days little Mylo was a little poorly but Joey looked after him perfectly. Everything we asked with Mylos routine was carried out and we would definitely recommend Joey.
This is the second time Joey has looked after Barley and I am really pleased we have found someone who looks after him and our house like their own! Joey took Barley on some nice long walks and kept us updated throughout the day. Joey even took over comfortably from another sitter and managed Barleys quirks well. I am currently taking a gap year so I have plenty of free time for walks, training and semi consistent house sitting. I like at home so my own pets have my parents to look after them so I can make your pets my priority for that period.

I ask to have phone numbers incase of emergency and a short description of your pets need while I am with them. Such things like usual temperament, if they are okey with other animals, toilet training etc. this allows me to tailor my care specifically to your pet right from the begining.

A typical day
I love getting outside with the dogs I take care of. I think it is so important for their physical and mental wellbeing when they are provided with the right level of enrichment for their breed. I also off training services and will make sure to practise previous training if it is already in place. The right balance between playing and chilling is always important too, no one can say no to watching a movie with their dog after a long walk.

- Please let me know your pets feeding and usual exercise regimes including and training commands you use already use or in there are further ones you would like. If they are crate trained, how often they need to be let out and if they will let me know if they would like to be let out will be really helpful. If your pet is on any supplements or medication, knowing beforehand will also be very useful.
