Agnes has been looking after our two cats brilliantly whilst we have been away, visiting them twice a week to check their food and water dispensers were working and to play with and even brush one of them. She has sent lots of photos and videos. It's so reassuring to know they are being checked regularly. I would certainly recommend Agnes and would not hesitate to ask her again to look after our fur babies.
Emily was amazing with my two cats whilst we were away. I was nervous about leaving them for so long, but Emily always kept me updated with photos and videos, as well as messages at each visit. Both cats took to her very quickly, and I think they still miss her a bit now that we are back. She did a fantastic job looking after them and giving daily medicine to my older cat, even when she didn't want it. Definitely hoping to book again, and couldn't recommend her highly enough.
Sally was absolutely fantastic! Friendly and calm personality. Photos, videos, and messages to settle my worries about leaving for a whole week. When I got back it was hard to tell if Mimi the cat had noticed I was away...well fed, cared for, and entertained the entire time. 100% would recommend.
I cannot recommend Bethany enough. This was my first trip away from my cat, who is very shy, but Bethany did everything I asked of her and kept me updated - even making me feel better about being away. Next time I go away, I will be checking Bethany’s availability first. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
This is the first time using a cat sitting service and we weren’t disappointed. Saba was a fantastic cat sitter and knowing she was able to spend time in our house - not just a flying visit - gave us added reassurance. While away, we were kept updated with photos and updates regarding their eating, toileting and playing habits. Saba even met the neighbours who described her as “ a lovely person and very attentive cat sitter - she clearly loves animals” . Would we use her again? Definitely! We came back to happy cats who enjoyed their holiday with Saba as much as we enjoyed ours!
Loz was amazing. Marley and Jasper were well looked after and the check-in helped me to be able to relax whilst away. I really appreciated the communication and also giving Marley his medication too. Really grateful and will definitely be rebooking with Loz in the future.

Another great experience for Pascualita with Jamie. As usual, the daily updates allowed us to enjoy our holidays with peace of mind, knowing she was being taken care of. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm.
