About: I have been around dogs and cats my whole life always having them within the family ( I currently have two dogs). My mum used to do dog boarding at home so I have experience helping to care for up to 6 dogs at one time and I love it! I also understand the importance of all dogs requiring different needs and am able to cater for this ( experience of 7 years being since the age of 18). I am currently working full time Monday to Friday however as I work from home I have the flexibility of caring for your pet from the comfort of their home during the week and then I have flexibility for any time at weekends. I also can offer dog walks mornings and evenings if it is not dark and during the day on weekends. I will go above and beyond to ensure your pet feels safe and comfortable in my presence whether that be smothering them with attention or giving them their space and slowly building the trust ( even if that is through treat bribery🫣). I will always give them the attention they deserve and ensure they have either a fun or rested time- whichever they prefer!

As my dogs are very protective over their home. Would need to come to your home as above. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a qualified vet or offer other resources to help.
