About: I’ve taken care of lots of dogs since a young age including lots of rescues so have experience with dogs with all different characters including very anxious dogs. When caring for pets in their own home, I maintain their regular feeding, walking and play schedules. I keep the home tidy, give regular updates to the owner, and make sure the pet feels comfortable and stress-free while their family is away. I treat each pet as my own - with love, patience and care. I’m currently working however have 4 days off at a time and will be able to help out on days I am working to with my early finishes and later starts I don’t have any space at my home for any hoarders unfortunately however am happy to look after not only the dog but the environment it is in at the time I am looking after it
“Tanya was so kind in rearranging some things so she could accommodate the last minute booking for which I am very thankful. Unfortunately at the very last minute my husband was going to be at home so Thomas would not need company although Tanya would have been most welcome! Thomas has met Tanya and is very comfortable with her I would have no hesitation in rebooking. Huge thanks Tanya x”

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up surrounded by them, learning to care for them with love and respect. My first best friend was Lua, she lived by my side until we were 14, and since then, I’ve had the joy of sharing my life with many other wonderful companions, including my first beloved cat, Vega 🤍 What sets me apart as a pet sitter is this deep, lifelong connection with animals. To me, they aren’t just pets, they’re family. I have experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, from energetic puppies and kittens to senior pets who need extra attention a my beloved Lua needed. I understand their needs, can recognise signs of discomfort or anxiety, and always prioritise their well-being and safety. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pet with the same love and dedication as you do, I’d be delighted to help! 🤍 Pet care is a natural part of my routine, as I genuinely love spending time with animals. I work all day on Fridays, but I am available in the afternoons on other weekdays and all day on weekends. This allows me to dedicate quality time to caring for pets, ensuring they receive the attention, exercise, and companionship they need. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or simply providing comfort and care, I always make sure each pet feels happy and well looked after. Unfortunately, I have 3 doggies and they don’t like to make new friends 😅 so sadly I’m unable to care for your babies in my home, but I am more than happy to look after them in yours.

About: Hiya👋 I'm Gayle and I was Mr Ziggy Whippet's companion for 13 years, he was a beautiful brindle who sadly passed in May age 13.5. Ziggy was very nervous but with lots of love and gentle encouragement he made many dog and human friends in the Lordswood community. Kindness, love and empathy for animals is at the core of my beliefs and I will treat your dog with all of the above. I feel more comfortable with one dog at a time unless the dogs live together. I regularly walk my friends Lurcher Bluey, he is a happy and confident dog and enjoys off lead time, if your dog is not ok off the lead I am happy to book a secure field so he/she can have a good zoomies. I have a daughter who is 14 and she adores dogs too, she is sensible, kind and accommodating to the needs of different doggy characters. I work part-time as a Special Needs Passenger Assistant, I'm out the house mon to fri 8am to 9.30am and then 2.20pm to 4pm. I am then around for the rest of the day when I have a dog staying. I'm free all weekend. I have a fenced garden and also live right next to the woods in a quiet neighbourhood. I am happy for dogs to go on the sofa and beds.
“We were very happy with Sophie & her girls visiting Poppy and we loved having the photos of Poppy having a nice time ☺️ A mix up with time (my fault) but Sophie kindly stayed a little longer to allow us to enjoy our family day out with no worries…. would recommend her & we’d certainly book Sophie again 😊”

“Eliza was very thorough feeding and keeping our cat’s tray clean. She kept us well informed throughout and included many photos. Eliza has a lovely nature and we were more than happy to trust her in our home while we were away. Have already recommended her to family and friends.”

“First time we have left our fur babies and it was very stressful until we met Lyndsey. On the first meeting it was evident that she was a natural with animals baring in mind ours are very timid/barky and anxious, she had a real challenge but she done a fantastic job winning them round with plenty of photos and regular updates, we had a lovely holiday knowing they were in safe hands, thank you so much. We will definitely be calling on Lyndsey again. ❤️”

About: I’ve spent my life around animals, from growing up with Golden Retrievers to working in a cat cafe and as a wildlife guide in Scotland. I have a degree in Zoology combined with a flexible work from home schedule. I can provide thoughtful, attentive care and plenty of companionship throughout the day! As someone who works a 9 day fortnight, pet care fits easily into my routine. I work from home on Wednesdays and I have additional availability every other Friday. I can offer plenty of attention, company and exercise. Spending time with animals is something I genuinely love incorporating into my week! Every pet is different, I’ll take the time to learn their individual routine, personality and needs. I’m mindful about creating a safe, calm and enriching environment. My goal is to make the pet feel happy and comfortable! I also have my own home, with a fenced garden and plenty of room to run around and explore.
About: I live with my husband in a lovely village not far from Romsey in Hampshire. We travel quite a lot over the winter months, but when we are at home during the summer, we enjoy having dogs come to stay for a holiday. Short stays are possible from October to March (check for availability) and longer stays from April to September. I can also occasionally offer drop-in visits and dog walks to suit. We enjoy outdoor living, especially countryside walks in our lovely Test Valley area, as well as trips to the beach, local gardens and National Trust properties. I have a couple of volunteering roles, one with a local charity and I help them out one afternoon a week. The other role I have is as a holiday cover volunteer with Hearing Dogs for Deaf People so we sometimes have young dogs in training coming to stay for the odd weekend or longer. I can be available for dog care 7 days a week. Our family home has plenty of room and we have a spacious, fully enclosed garden, which backs onto woodland. We live in a very dog-friendly neighbourhood. I am able to fit pet care into my usual daily routine. We are both based at home so when dogs come to stay they have lots of attention. My current voluntary commitments are flexible. Your dog/s will enjoy staying in our home and love running around our fully enclosed garden. They can sleep wherever suits - upstairs, downstairs or in a crate.

About: I have grown up around animals and have owned a variety. I’ve had the likes of dogs, hamsters and guinea pigs just to name a few. Most recently I have owned a pug and currently live with a golden retriever. I have a lot of knowledge about flat faced breeds and know how to best care for them. Equally I have a lot of knowledge around other breeds particularly smaller ones. I have looked after friends and my families dogs when they have gone away. I have the ability to go to their houses so that their dogs stay in their own environment that’s familiar. I have also had dogs come and stay with me too. I regularly look after my friends dog when she goes to work making sure that her dog is well looked after. I have a lot of free time at the moment being in between jobs so am very flexible with my availability. I will work around what’s best for you and your pet. I will care for your pet as if it was my own. At my house dogs are allowed on the furniture and on the beds so they can have a proper cuddle. I have three beds in the house with room for their own bed if required. I have a fully enclosed garden with a 7ft fence. I also have an open field across the road and a woodlands the other side with running water. I will make sure to feed your dog as many times as needed throughout the time they are with me. There are two fresh water bowls throughout the house and one in the back garden as well so that there is always access to water. I usually keep my back door open throughout the summer time so that Olive (my friends dog) can go in and out when she pleases, as well as her swimming pool under the shade of a giant canopy. If you would like me to sit in your own home I will treat it with the upmost respect. I like to keep things clean and tidy and will leave your home as I came into it. Leave no trace.

About: I’ve looked after dogs ever since I was 12, with a variety of puppy training, dog walking and pet sitting. Unfortunately I don’t have a pet myself yet, but have been raised around dogs all my life. I’m used to crate training, and have experience with puppies, gun dogs, spaniels and rescues. I love nothing more than finding out the personalities of dogs and looking after them. I’m available for toilet breaks, walking and sitting when required. As much notice as possible would be great, but I will do my best to make more short-notice requests too I will make sure that your dog isn’t out in the garden without being watched (just in case), and will always be vigilant of any potential dangers. We have a small garden so it will be very easy to keep an eye on your furry friend
About: From 15-17 I worked in a dog Kennels part time waking dogs and caring for them most days after school. I’ve had my family dog for 9 years now. He’s my best friend but since I’ve moved down south this year I miss him so much so would love to make new doggy friends :) I have also had lots of experience looking after family & friends pets including many types of dogs ranging from jack Russell to boxers to Great Danes. I’ve always been asked to do it again due to my caring nature and my experience from working as a career in kennels. I work full time, Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm. Fridays 9am - 4:30pm. So anytime other than the hours I work I’m more than happy to fit you in :) Hi all - Due to owning my own dog I wouldn’t be able to take on dogs for boarding. . . . . . .
“Charlotte did 2 drop in's on a Sunday. She was punctual, great at communication and Juno was very happy when we got home, couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend Charlotte to take care of your pets.”
“Kirsty was wonderful with our lively border collie. She quickly gained his confidence and he had a good time with her. It helped that she popped over to meet him before the booking. We were kept updated throughout, with messages and pictures, and she even offered some extra help around the garden. Would definitely call on her again.”

Absolutely amazing service from Alison and her daughter. Sadly Layla fell ill whilst we were away and Alison went well above and beyond to take her to the vet late on a Saturday evening and keep us fully informed. We were so grateful thank you. If we could award six stars we would. Thank you.

Tanya did an excellent job looking after my cats. She was reliable, caring, and kept everything tidy. The cats clearly felt comfortable with her, and I appreciated the regular updates. I’d happily recommend Tanya to anyone needing a trustworthy sitter and would definitely book her again.
