About: Hiya👋 I'm Gayle and I was Mr Ziggy Whippet's companion for 13 years, he was a beautiful brindle who sadly passed in May age 13.5. Ziggy was very nervous but with lots of love and gentle encouragement he made many dog and human friends in the Lordswood community. Kindness, love and empathy for animals is at the core of my beliefs and I will treat your dog with all of the above. I feel more comfortable with one dog at a time unless the dogs live together. I regularly walk my friends Lurcher Bluey, he is a happy and confident dog and enjoys off lead time, if your dog is not ok off the lead I am happy to book a secure field so he/she can have a good zoomies. I have a daughter who is 14 and she adores dogs too, she is sensible, kind and accommodating to the needs of different doggy characters. I work part-time as a Special Needs Passenger Assistant, I'm out the house mon to fri 8am to 9.30am and then 2.20pm to 4pm. I am then around for the rest of the day when I have a dog staying. I'm free all weekend. I have a fenced garden and also live right next to the woods in a quiet neighbourhood. I am happy for dogs to go on the sofa and beds.

About: Throughout my life, I've had a variety of pets: from cats and dogs; to horses, birds and reptiles. During my adulthood, I have pet-sat informally, for free, and volunteered with wildlife rescues like The Spiky Shire Hedgehog Rescue. I have mostly cared for animals which have complex needs, including elderly animals needing scheduled medication and a calm home, young reptiles that need daily weight checks or amphibians that have specific humidity and temperature needs. I am currently at university, partially working from home so during the week I would be available for short visits and walks. I am far more free on weekends and would be available for more frequent visits, longer walks and full-day visits At home, I have a cozy fenced garden and a 5-bedroom house so your furry friends will have plenty of space to play and explore. The house has no pets or children so nervous fur babies can relax and enjoy the space. When caring for your pets, I write everything down and set reminders, so if your fur baby demands affection at one specific time of day in one spot of the house or will only eat if I serenade them in the kitchen, I will be ready.

About: We have looked after many dogs including borrowmydoggy and dogs of our friends. We love outdoors and spending time in nature so if your doggie needs a good run let us know ! Peace loving ones welcome too, we can enjoy a relaxed time together :) Someone is always at home . We both have odd schedules but that’s not a problem because we can free our time when necessary if one needs to work longer Making sure he/she gets his walks and eats according to schedule + have water available all the time. Can wash him / her if necessary.

About: I have had dogs my whole life and got a puppy a year ago so I have recent experience with young dogs too :). I have also worked with horses for 5+years and i’m studying a zoology degree at uni. Animals and especially dogs give me great happiness in my life and im hoping to reconnect with them as i miss my doggo at home! My schedule is currently very free and flexible, the only time off limits is Mondays until 12pm. Other than this, i’m available anytime during the week needed. I would care for any dog as my own, I love to play and be energetic but can also chill out with them if needed! I love to go on walks and am passionate about nature, one of my favorite hobbies is going on dog walks. I am good at knowing what dogs need and love making them feel cared for.

About: I've grown up around pets of all sizes from palm sized to (almost) human sized my whole life and I am excited to offer my experience with, and love for pets for those in need of it. I currently have a beautiful kitty named Cairo (Calico pictured in profile) but have owned dogs, rats and rabbits in the past and I have a CPD Certified Diploma in Pet Sitting giving me the tools to handle most pets and their needs. I aim to offer a professional yet friendly service with a real focus on pet well-being and good behavioural reinforcement and of course fun for the animals. If you would like to enquire about my services I would love to hear from yourself! I am aiming to be a full time pet carer so I will be fully flexible and happy to work around your needs! I do have other work arrangements and personal responsibilities which will keep me from being able to offer full time in house sitting but these can be moved around as I need. Unfortunately I cannot offer pet care at my own home due to not wanting to upset my own cats living condition but when attending to your pets I will be happy to accommodate any of their needs and yours. About: I have had dogs and cats in my life ever since I was a young child. Monty was the most loving dog as a child, but my cat Jessy was a bit more independent (but loved a cuddle when it was on his terms!). I own two cockapoo's called Guinness and Murphy, very typical cockapoo's! Full of energy and extremely loving. I have a young child who Guinness adores! Very experienced with high energy dogs. I've had both my current dogs since they were puppies so very happy to do drop in visits to puppies :) I am currently working from home and currently have complete flexibility Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday's for drop in's and dog walking. Also available on the weekends with notice for house sitting, dog walks and drop in visits. If you would like me to visit your pet before caring for them please message me and we can arrange a visit beforehand. When booking I will be in contact to check your dog's temperament and what they like/dislike!

I love to go out walking and live opposite beautiful parkland that is perfect for dogs. I have a fenced garden and one friendly dog to keep your dog company. I can crate your dog (or mine) if needed. I can shut the front room door to prevent dogs going upstairs of they need this (young puppies or seniors).

About: I’ve lived with and taken care of cats & dogs my whole life. I’m very intuitive and good at building trust, always following their lead and allowing pets to build trust at their own pace. I have lots of experience feeding, walking, cleaning up after and giving all different kinds of medication to pets. I currently work full-time and have a part-time job on a Sunday. I can do morning & evening drop-ins during the week and some weekends, I also work from home 2-3 days a week (usually Wednesday & Tuesday/Friday) on these days I can also do lunchtime drop-ins I’m very caring and good at building trust. I have a cat of my own who is very shy so unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to host any pets. I am more than happy to do drop-ins and walks, both of which I have lots of experience in!

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life 🐾 I grew up with larger breeds and now regularly care for my mum’s three Chihuahuas (one is a Chihuahua–Jack Russell cross!), so I’m very comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities. Dogs have truly always been a huge part of my life. I have a strong understanding of dog behaviour. When I was younger, we had Boxer dogs, one of whom required professional training. I attended those training sessions, which taught me a lot about reading dog behaviour, respecting boundaries, and understanding when a dog needs space just as much as when they want attention, play, or cuddles. I also have experience administering oral medication and am more than happy to do this for your dog, as long as clear instructions are provided. I’m open to caring for dogs with special needs and would be happy to gain more experience in this area. If your dog does have special requirements, please let me know the details so I can ensure they receive the best possible care. ⭐️ Currently offering reduced fees as I’m new to this app ⭐️ I work nights but sometimes work from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility during the day and evenings. As I’m self-employed, I can adjust my schedule when needed and plan my time around your pet’s routine. I’m reliable, organised, and always make your pet’s needs, comfort, and happiness my top priority 🐾 Whether that’s sticking to feeding times, walks, playtime, or quiet company, your pet will always come first. Home Visits & Walks • For safety, I keep dogs on the lead during walks if they don’t have reliable recall. If your dog has good recall and I’ve seen this first-hand, we can absolutely revisit this once I’ve gotten to know both you and your dog. An extendable lead is a great option so they can still have plenty of freedom to explore and run around parks. • I’ll always treat your home with care and leave it just as I found it, I will wash up after myself, take bins out and change bedding, making sure you come back to your home as it was. If your dog has an accident, I’ll happily clean it up — please provide cleaning products, just in case! • For home visits and overnight stays, I’m more than happy to care for multiple dogs. When it comes to walks, however, the safety and wellbeing of your pets, myself, and the public is my top priority. For this reason, I’m able to walk a maximum of three dogs at a time (or two at a time for large breeds). In multi-dog households with more than three dogs, walks will be done in separate groups to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety. For example, four dogs would be walked as two at a time, and five dogs would be walked as three first, followed by the remaining two. • Communication is important, if I feel I need to contact you about your pet or your home, I will do so without hesitation. An additional contact number of a family member, neighbour or friend is preferred incase I am unable to get hold of you. • Clear instructions about your pet, their needs and quirks is essential to ensuring your furry family is comfortable and happy while their pet parent is away. • I’m more than happy to take pictures of your pet and send you regular updates while you are away! I want you to feel relaxed knowing your pet and your home is safe while you are away. • I have a car & drivers license and I’m happy to take your pets to a preferred area for walks or change in scenery, only dogs that are well-behaved in cars and will be happy to sit securely in the back of my car (for safety reasons), this is optional of course and only after I’ve got to know your pets. Small dogs only for car trips, and a maximum of three due to having a smaller car. ⸻ Boarding • I only take one small dog at a time, so your pet gets my full attention and a calm, relaxed stay. • Your dog should be house-trained (able to let me know when they need to go outside and not have regular accidents). • Dogs are very welcome on the furniture, as long as they’re up to date with flea treatment. • Dogs are also welcome to sleep on the bed. If you’d prefer they sleep in their own bed, please feel free to provide one so they feel comfortable and at home. • There won’t be any other dogs in my household during your dog’s stay. My family dogs live with my mum most of the time. I do have a bearded dragon, who stays safely in his vivarium and will not be let out during your dog’s stay. If your dog is sensitive to small animals, please let me know so I can ensure everything remains completely separated and stress-free for everyone. • As I live in a flat, quieter dogs are preferred to keep things comfortable for both your dog and my neighbours. • I also have a small, shared ground-floor balcony area that your dog can enjoy on a lead, I prefer to take them to the park across the road where they will have more to enjoy, but my ground-floor balcony is suitable for toilet breaks and fresh air.

About: For the past 10 years, I’ve been running a small dog rescue on my own land in Portugal, focused on rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs. Working with volunteers and local charities, we built a cage-free setup where dogs lived as part of a stable social group rather than in kennels. At any given time there were usually around 10 dogs living together. I was the primary caretaker, so managing a group of dogs and keeping things steady was just part of everyday life. I've cared for dogs of all sizes, ages and temperaments, including puppies, senior dogs, blind and deaf dogs, dogs with disabilities, dogs recovering from illness, and dogs who have been neglected. Behavioural issues are not a problem for me. My approach is calm, practical, and focused on reading each animal and responding to what they need in the moment. I am compassionate and gentle. As well as dogs, I’ve had cats and chickens my whole life, and I also have experience caring for horses, pigs, goats, and ducks. Animals have been at the centre of my life for many years, and I love caring for them. I’m currently in the UK for a few months while I prepare to get married and relocate back to Europe. I’m staying with friends during this time, which means I have a very flexible schedule and am available throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Pet care fits easily into my routine at the moment, and I’m able to be fully present and reliable with bookings. I care for pets in their own home so they stay in a familiar, low-stress environment. I follow their routine closely, including feeding, walks, medication, and any specific needs. I’m experienced in quickly settling into different homes and maintaining a calm, structured presence. I’m respectful of the space, keep everything secure and clean, and provide clear regular updates. With over 10 years of rescue experience, I’m confident handling a wide range of temperaments, including dogs that need patience or close supervision.

About: Hey I'm Ellen! I've grown up around cats and dogs of all sizes and my own Goldie has had her own litter of puppies as well as my cat Lullaby who had two litters. Meaning I have experience with dogs and cats from the age of minutes old all the way up to 13 years. Both of my pets get along very well with eachother and all other furry visitors so will provide great company for your pet. I live with my parents and two siblings in a two story house with a fenced garden. It's the perfect place for your pup to spend the day or even the night. I will give your pupper all of my attention, 100% of the time they are staying with me to ensure they are comfortable and enjoying their holiday away! I have looked after and cared for Maltipoos, Labradors, Pugs, Border collies, Chihuahuas, Goldies, French Bulldogs, Jack Russells, Yorkies, Boxers, Spaniels, Daschunds, the list goes on... I am well versed in dog breeds and behaviours due to my obsession of everything dogs growing up and am confident in my knowledge and experience :) I currently work full time but can work around my schedule to look after your fluffy friend! If you book 6 weeks in advance I can book a full week of to dedicate to your pet. I love meeting new pups and giving them the time they need :) I can be there whenever you need and for as long as you need to keep your fur babies happy:) I will make sure to keep your pupper safe and secure and never leave them unattended when in my care.
