“Jacqueline has been amazing looking after my cats on multiple occasions. She goes over and above what is expected & I know I am coming back to a house that’s in order & happy cats when we use her 😊 communication is really efficient as well. Would highly recommend! We will be using again next time we go away without a doubt.”
“Nicola recently looked after our 1 year old staffy and was brilliant with him. He's firmly in his boisterous teenage phase, but Nicola managed him amazingly and in line with our training methods. Nicola provided regular updates, which were much appreciated. Will definitely be booking again :) Thank you Nicola!”

“Will was amazing as always! We’d never hesitate to leave Neil with Will, he updates as regularly as he can and can tell he loves the animals he cares for. Would always recommend Will”

“Khaley is absolutely fantastic! Dexter can sometimes be a bit particular around new people, but Khaley was incredibly patient and attentive. She took the time to play with him and made sure he felt completely safe and comfortable. Getting daily messages and photos made my trip so much more relaxing. I will definitely be booking Khaley again!”

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have plenty of experience with working breeds, especially Collies, Labradors, and Spaniels. I regularly dog sit and walk for friends and family, so I’m very used to energetic pups, muddy paws, and plenty of ball throwing! I’m reliable, caring, and always make sure every dog gets the exercise, attention, and affection they need while in my care. I work full time during the week, but I have plenty of availability in the evenings for walks and visits — and I enjoy getting out for a good evening walk myself! I’m also available at weekends for longer walks, drop-in visits, and additional care when needed. I’m happy to offer weekend boarding for dogs once a good rapport and level of trust has been built between your dog and me, ensuring they feel comfortable, safe, and settled in my care. I always aim to make pets feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible, whether I’m caring for them in their own home or welcoming them into mine. I understand how important routine is for animals, so I take the time to follow their usual schedule, including walks, feeding, playtime, and quiet time. When caring for pets in their home, I make sure they feel safe and settled in a familiar environment while giving them plenty of attention and companionship. In my own home, I provide a calm, caring space where pets can feel part of the family, with lots of affection, exercise, and supervision to help them feel happy and secure.
About: I’ve had dogs & cats all my life! I love how their different personalities shine through 😀 I currently have 1 rescue dog & 2 indoor cats plus a tortoise! I have recently built a catio for the cats so they can enjoy the outdoors. I walk my dog every day & work from home so they always have company! I work from home every day so can be flexible & available most days. I walk my dog every day either before work or at lunch time 😀 I have a fully enclosed garden with grass which my dog won’t mind sharing with another dog-friendly dog ☺️ my cats are dog savvy but will keep themselves to themselves! I don’t mind where the pets go, happy for them to sleep on the floor or the sofa!

“Fantastic sitter, lovely person feel totally confident and happy leaving our special boy in her hands highly recommend to anyone looking for a kind compassionate understanding carer”

About: Hi, my name is Taeya, I’m a recent graduate in ecology and wildlife conservation. I have always loved and cared for animals, whether they are pets or wild ones. Having family pets has meant I have developed a great attention for what our furry friends need for a happy and healthy life. I have lived in the countryside most of my life, and I love spending time outdoors, on walks and explorations. Previous jobs, such as dog/cat/house sitting, early years education, and caring for older adults, have enabled me to develop excellent communication skills and an ease in dealing with messes and cleaning. I can be adaptable to all family needs, being a fast learner, I can quickly pick up skills or practices. Working with animals is always a joy, understanding the wonderful and different characters of all pets. I can provide private work references on request. I only take one job at a time with sitting so that my attention is undivided. Especially for pets that have a limited time that they may be left alone. My approach is always pet centered, adjusting my schedule to the jobs I accept. For example, working from home if I have remote work to be done the same week. I am a recent graduate and my schedule is currently very flexible and ever-changing. I have a good size fenced garden in the countryside, with 2 small and friendly dogs that are good company. Walks in the area can span from 30 minutes to 4 hours and more. There is also a dog walking park near where I live so that’s a great place to go if dogs need some time off the lead but also in a safe environment.
“Bethany was a perfect dog sitter, understanding and acting on a complicated and changing set of requests. Sybil was very happy with her and was given all the attention and care she needed.”

“Emily was absolutely fantastic. She is such a friendly person and as soon as we met, I knew I didn't have to worry about my old, grumpy cat while Emily was looking after her. Emily gave loads of updates which was very reassuring. I would definitely try to book with her again.”

“Elizabeth was wonderful with Bear. She was so easy to communicate with and kept me updated, which meant a lot. Knowing he was being cared for so well made the whole experience stress-free. I’d definitely recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.”

So I am happy to do weekdays after my job or weekends I have a garden that is fenced and a cavapoo dog to keep your dog company. We have 3 children who are very good with dogs and are happy to play with them and keep them entertained.
About: We are a semi retired British couple who love animals and have been full time pet/house sitters since May 2022. We are vegetarian, non smoking, and enjoy yoga, walking and travel. Together we have run a holiday letting business in SW Wales for over 15 years as well as courses for people suffering with Chronic Fatigue/M.E and stress related conditions. All of our therapy and holiday property lettings work has moved online now so we can work remotely from anywhere. This has allowed us the freedom to be full time house/pet sitters and we are loving it! We stay at pet owners homes and very rarely leave pets alone - particularly dogs. Your home will be kept tidy and spotlessly clean at all times. We are DBS checked and insured. Numerous reviews (all 5*) available on request.

About: Hello there, I’m Anne and based in Wiltshire (a little town called Ludgershall). I have been petsitting from the age of 15, at the time it used to be one of these jobs you would do to get a little money as a student. However, now it has indeed become more of a serious job and I’m actually glad it has ! This is why I’m currently working on my DWSA Certificate w/ the British College of Canine Studies which would include first aid training. I grew up in South America, I’m originally more of an exotic animal kind of person but after moving to Europe at the age of 16, I found myself loving all animals! I have worked for different charities in different countries like the Brigitte Bardot Foundation and when I was 20, I also worked against the illegal animal trade until my departure to England in 2016. During this time, I rescued most of my pets and filled my family and friends with the animals they still have today. I am now over 30 years old and have had probably all sorts of animals under my care and continue my route looking after them accompanied by my young daughter as I wish her to grow surrounded by animals like I did so she can learn the compassion and respect all beings deserve. We’re a quiet family living in the quiet country side and my husband and mum love to participate in the care of any of our protégés too, we’re even thinking of making it a family business in the future ! We own a chihuahua and a staffy as well as smaller enclosed pets, live in a 3 beds house with a fairly large garden. Unfortunately, my old chihuahua has developed some heart issues last year so we’re not taking in medium/large breeds home anymore but are still able to accommodate smaller dogs or others animals. I’m also always happy to walk/visit/petsit when people get the trust to leave me with their pets/homes. Anne I am home most of the time but when I’m not my husband or mum is. I work with my chihuahua and our staffy stays at home, they both go on at least 1 hour walk a day & have always access to our garden. Everything is organised around the pets as we have always had pets. If I have to stay at someone's place to pet-sit, my husband takes over with our own pets but we do always work as a team. My home has always been safe for kids and animals as I've always had pets and one of my dog is very small. We have a large enclosed garden and a lot of green areas around the house. I do prefer going to the pets' homes when possible as this way, I know the animal is less confused with a new home and strangers.

About: Friends, family and neighbours have relied on me to look after their dogs when they are away or walk them when they are unable to. As a university student with a part-time zero-hour contract, my schedule offers a good level of flexibility. My availability can vary week to week, but I’ll always be clear and communicative about this and only accept bookings I can fully commit to. I’m happy to discuss dates and work around your pet’s routine where possible! I believe pets are happiest when their routine is maintained, so I will always try to provide care that feels familiar to them. In a pet owner’s home, I’ll stick closely to their usual routine for feeding, walks, exercise, play and any other care needs. Whether your pet loves company and cuddles or prefers a quieter approach, I’ll adapt to what makes them feel safest and happiest.

About: I would love the company and to care for your dog whilst I am working and living in Tidworth when I’m away from my family including our 2 Jack Russel twin dogs and 2 cats. As I work and live on Tidworth camp,I’m always 5minutes from home or at home and I am quite active and would enjoy company when going on walks,I would be able to walk them regularly and take them on toilet breaks and enjoy playing with them during the days their in my care. I have areas they can run around that are fenced available for them to be safe when off a lead, one being a fenced tennis court.I also would be able to walk them regularly around camp if preffered or outside on different trails animal friendly.I will also always be at home or working 5minutes down the road so will be able to take them on regular toilet breaks and play with them throughout the day :)

Dog owners share their Rover experiences – Andover
Jade and Pete looked after our two energetic dogs superbly well. They came to the house twice, walked them in the field and kept them company whilst we were away. Jade left us messages to say all was well. Everything went to plan and the dogs obviously had a very good time. We could not have been better reassured by the updates and photos! We would highly recommend Jade and Pete as excellent and very trustworthy dog sitters. We will definitely ask them to help us with the dogs in future. A very big thank you to them both.

Nicola recently looked after our 1 year old staffy and was brilliant with him. He's firmly in his boisterous teenage phase, but Nicola managed him amazingly and in line with our training methods. Nicola provided regular updates, which were much appreciated. Will definitely be booking again :) Thank you Nicola!
