I have a strong client base in Berkshire and Wiltshire who regularly use my services, I can administer medication and first aid, and know when to call a vet. About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with several years of hands-on experience caring for pets. I currently have two dogs, including a puppy, which has given me valuable experience with puppy training, routines, socialisation, and the extra patience and consistency that young dogs need. Over the past year, I’ve had the pleasure of caring for a wide variety of pets through Rover, as well as for friends and family. From tiny Chihuahuas to energetic Staffies, older dogs needing a gentler pace, and households with multiple pets, every booking has helped me build my knowledge and confidence. I’m currently looking for a new full-time career, which means I have much greater flexibility for bookings and can often accommodate daytime care, longer stays, and last-minute requests. Animals genuinely bring me joy, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. My priority is always to make sure they feel safe, happy, comfortable, and loved while you’re away, giving you complete peace of mind. I work full-time Monday to Friday in Basingstoke and live in Newbury, with occasional days in Reading, so I can cover a wide area for pet care. I’m mainly available for weekend stays and evening visits during the week for feeding, playtime, and cuddles. For weekday stays, I’m out between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM (dependant on the location) but your pets will always get plenty of love before and after! I also offer dog walks in the Basingstoke area on weekdays, as that’s where I work (9:30–5:30). I do my best to follow each pet’s routine and keep things as comfortable and consistent as possible! Your pets safety will always be my top priority. At home, my own cat is kept safe with a magnetic tag cat flap that only opens for her, and our garden is fully fenced to prevent any escapes. After discovering gap under the bush where animals could slip through to the neighbours, we quickly secured it with chicken wire - problem solved! I believe in creating a calm and secure environment where pets feel comfortable and cared for. I follow consistent routines, maintain a healthy diet for my own pets, and always use positive reinforcement - praise and the occasional treat - for good behaviour. You can trust that your furry friend will be in a safe and loving space while you are away.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs & other animals all my life, I love them & working with them makes me incredibly happy, I’m hoping this can be the start of something great for me. I will happily look after any pets that you own, I have a car & so can drive around to different areas to look after pets & take the pets out in the car for walks if needed I currently work full time, so hoping to fit this into my evening weekdays & weekends when im not at work. Anytime before 8am on weekdays or after 5pm on weekdays or anytime on weekends I will be looking after pets in your home & so you will know how safe the area for your pet is. About: Hi I’m Rave :) Just a little about me.. I work in the NHS in a support services role and have the flexibility to work from home and love any time I can spend around animals! I currently rent and do not have the option to adopt my own little pets, hence this would be the perfect opportunity to spread my love. In my spare time I like going for walks, crocheting and doing puzzles! I work from home 3 days of the week so have the flexibility to do drop ins and take pets out for walks etc when I’d like - am able to drive places as well! If I were house sitting I’d try to do as much as I could based on the pets regular schedule so they have a good experience while their parents are away :) It’s important to me that the pets (and owners) feel comfortable with me being in their home - always nice to do a short introduction before the sitting day as this will help them familiarise with me. It’s helpful when owners leave instructions on what to do as each pet is so different- bit about their personality also helps reassure I’m doing the right things to give them the care that’s best for them.

About: A part from having pets my entire life, including senior cats and dogs, I have always been relied upon by family and friends when a pet needed taking care of! Whether that means simply feeding, walking, cuddling, or even medicating, I have you covered. I am currently a university student on summer break at home. I will gladly take all the time in the world for your pet whilst I recuperate for my next semester! I have a large fenced garden that my five cats love to explore, and I’m sure your pet will too! About: Hi there! My name is Vanessa and I have been looking after dogs for over 25 years. I have owned 7 dogs in my life and had my own dog boarding business that offered a home to home setting for dogs for 10 years whilst living abroad in France. Now being back in the UK, I want to continue offering my services for any dog owner that’s in need. I have always believed that a dog should be cared for equally to the rest of the family and therefore should be treated exactly that way. Dogs are what I know best and love the most so I’m very happy to take care of them. I am also a passionate walker and having a companion is always a great pleasure. I do not work so I am able to offer full time care and attention to your pets. I have the time to care for dogs who are needing specific attention or have specific needs. I have an enclosed garden so I can always let them out as frequently as needed. I have lots of fields and forests nearby so I can offer lovely walks when needed. This is my full time job so I am able to ensure your dog gets the best care. I offer a home to home feeling for your dog. I believe it is important that your dog feels relaxed and at home when they come to stay. About: I have had my own dog for 11 years, he’s now an elderly gentleman! As a household we love animals and look forward to looking after your pets, I will be looking after them as their primary carer. . I have also had cats for 15 years, currently just one beauty. I’m here to look after your furry guests and help them settle in. I always do two good walks a day with our own dog or a trip to the park. On top of this we do two toilet breaks if needed. As the garden is not currently secure, I don’t use this for dogs. Dogs sleep in the kitchen which has rubber flooring at the moment, no caging unless requested. Our dog is older so can be a bit lazy and needs his rest, we have plenty of room for dogs to have their own space if needed, but he generally likes company. I am a cat lover and happy to provide drop in cat care, feeding, litter and cuddles.

About: As well as owning my own two dogs for seven years, for three years aboard, I worked in local dog pounds. I have helped care for and trained numerous different dogs. I have trained them with the basics such as sit, wait, and down, I have also helped them with anxiety issues, social issues, and learning to trust humans again. During this time, I also fostered 10+ dogs, from tiny puppies to dogs that were 5 or 6 years old, with health issues. I thoroughly enjoyed my time spending time with these dogs, nurturing them and showing them what a loving environment is about. I currently work part time and am able to fit in pet visits and walking Mon - Fri 9.30 -14.30 dog walking. I am also available every other weekend as well. I can easily crate your dog if they have anxiety issues and require a safe space. About: We are a semi retired British couple who love animals and have been full time pet/house sitters since May 2022. We are vegetarian, non smoking, and enjoy yoga, walking and travel. About: I have had dogs now for almost 10 years and have trained and walked multiple dogs of friends and family. I am certified dog trainer and know all basic training techniques. I have a small home but plenty of walking trails and fields. Me and my partner work opposite shifts so we would be able to take care of your pets through the whole day. About: I have cared for friends and family pets over the years, also caring for Incas brothers and sisters. We have many enjoyable play dates together. I am a self employed qualified Swedish masseuse, this means I am able to set my my own work schedule around various commitments. I will always have Inca with me, so it will be lovely company for her, we always walk in the morning, midday ish and late afternoon. So company for her would be fab. I live on a narrowboat so can only offer care for your pet at your home, I am happy to stay overnight if necessary and offer house sitting for your holiday needs.
