I’m a reliable and caring stay-at-home mum offering dog sitting and pet care in a calm, loving home 🐾 I live in a spacious flat with plenty of room for your pet to relax, and I’m just a five-minute walk from a large park, perfect for regular walks, playtime, and fresh air. Being at home full-time means I can give pets lots of attention and supervision, and I’m also happy to accommodate last-minute bookings when needed. I have a gentle, calm two-year-old who is used to being around animals and very respectful of them. Because of this, I’m best suited to pets who are comfortable around small children. I don’t currently have any pets of my own, so I can happily care for animals who prefer to be the only pet in the home. I also have access to a car, so I’m able to help with pick-ups, drop-offs, and travel with pets if required. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and routine are always my top priority, and I’m more than happy to follow any specific care instructions you provide. I’d love to help look after your furry friend and give them a relaxed, home-from-home experience 💛 I am very flexible as I am mostly at home during the week. I can be booked at any time in advance aside from 5-9am tues/wed/thurs. I have a two bedroom flat very close to Hungerford common which is great for walks. I have no other pets and can travel by car. I have a two year old toddler, she is quiet around animals however finds them quite funny to watch so I have no worries with her around animals

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. My love for them started with my childhood cat, Doodles. Every evening she'd curl up on my chest, and this has always been one of my favourite childhood memories. When I was around 10, we welcomed our family dog Bramble into our lives. Later, she developed a health condition that meant she needed daily medication and extra care. Helping to give her medication, changing her bedding every morning and evening, and making sure she was comfortable taught me how important patience, and compassion are when caring for pets with additional needs. Since then, I've been lucky enough to care for pets belonging to family, friends, and colleagues. This has included overnight house sits with cats, looking after my uncle's Westie, Freddie, in his own home, and welcoming my boyfriend's family dog into my home while they were away. My love for animals extends beyond cats and dogs. While travelling around South East Asia, I volunteered and donated at an animal shelter in Koh Samui, made a point of visiting only ethical elephant sanctuaries in Chiang Mai where the elephants aren't ridden or touched, and even met the incredible landmine detection rats in Cambodia. Those experiences strengthened my passion for animal welfare and my respect for every animal, big or small. My schedule is changing soon, which means I'll have even more time to spend caring for pets! In just a couple of weeks, I'll be working part-time, giving me plenty of flexibility during the week. I'll be available on multiple weekdays for daytime walks, drop-in visits, and quality time with your pets. I'm also available for boarding throughout the week. Thursdays are my one regular day working away from home, so if your pet is staying with me on a Thursday, I'll be out during the day but back by the late afternoon or evening (depending on my shift). Outside of that, I'll have lots of time at home to keep your pet company, making sure they get plenty of attention. I'm always happy to discuss your pet's routine and see how I can make my schedule work for you and pet. I know that inviting someone into your home requires a lot of trust, and I take that responsibility seriously. Because of my job, I regularly travel and stay in Airbnbs during the week, so I'm very used to treating other people's homes with care and respect. I always follow check-out instructions carefully, and I'd bring that same attention to detail to your home—whether that's sticking to your pet's routine, locking up securely, or following any house rules you've left for me. Growing up with both a cat and a dog who weren't always the best of friends also means I'm very familiar with using pet gates, managing different areas of the house, and being mindful not to leave anything lying around that pets could get into. I'll always leave your home clean and tidy, exactly as I'd hope someone would leave mine. And because I know how hard it can be to be away from your pets, I'm more than happy to send regular photo and video updates, so you can relax knowing they're happy and safe.

About: I've had a dog all my life, small ones medium ones, I love them. Dogs always seem to love me too. I hope I have the pleasure of looking after your beautiful pups. I work full time on shift work, so I'm available everyday of the week but on different days and times every week, I will always be able to fit you in no problem I live in a house right next to some fields and rivers, lovely walks, while at home I will care for them as you would want me to. About: I have had a dog since childhood, which has given me over 30 years of hands, on experience caring for pets. Over the years, I have also helped friends, family, and neighbors with their dogs, taking care of walks, feeding, and giving them the attention they need. I am patient and caring with both energetic puppies and older dogs who may need extra support. About: I’ve had dogs all my life, and I just adore animals in general. My dog, Bella, was a very nervous rescue and is now doing absolutely brilliantly, so I’ve learnt a lot about helping anxious dogs in the last few years. Bella does not come with me when I do house sits, she has another at home who takes care of her. I’ve got lots of experience walking and handling dogs of all shapes and sizes. I’ve worked with puppies, senior dogs and large breeds and also those who require special attention and need medication. About: Hello I’m Kora! I have been with rover for 2 years now. I have been around animals since a very young age and have been fortunate enough to have grown up with a variety of pets over the years, such as Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Guinea pigs, Hamsters, and exotic species like African Land Snails and a Herman Tortoise. I have a level 3 diploma in animal management after 2 years studying at college, allowing me hands on experience with a range of different species and breeds. Along with this I volunteered at an equestrian centre as well as dog kennels where I would feed, clean, walk, train and spend time with all breeds of a variety of different ages. Additionally I completed work experience at a local vets where I assisted in the aftercare with cats and dogs following their procedures and treatments. I regularly pet sit for family and friends with cats and dogs and am comfortable with all breeds. I am currently working full time however am available weekends as well as school holidays.
