About: Hi! I’m a reliable and caring stay-at-home mum offering dog sitting and pet care in a calm, loving home 🐾 I live in a spacious flat with plenty of room for your pet to relax, and I’m just a five-minute walk from a large park, perfect for regular walks, playtime, and fresh air. Being at home full-time means I can give pets lots of attention and supervision, and I’m also happy to accommodate last-minute bookings when needed. I have a gentle, calm two-year-old who is used to being around animals and very respectful of them. Because of this, I’m best suited to pets who are comfortable around small children. I don’t currently have any pets of my own, so I can happily care for animals who prefer to be the only pet in the home. I also have access to a car, so I’m able to help with pick-ups, drop-offs, and travel with pets if required. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and routine are always my top priority, and I’m more than happy to follow any specific care instructions you provide. I’d love to help look after your furry friend and give them a relaxed, home-from-home experience 💛 I am very flexible as I am mostly at home during the week. I can be booked at any time in advance aside from 5-9am tues/wed/thurs. I have a two bedroom flat very close to Hungerford common which is great for walks. I have no other pets and can travel by car. I have a two year old toddler, she is quiet around animals however finds them quite funny to watch so I have no worries with her around animals

About: I've had a dog all my life, small ones medium ones, I love them. Dogs always seem to love me too. I hope I have the pleasure of looking after your beautiful pups. I work full time on shift work, so I'm available everyday of the week but on different days and times every week, I will always be able to fit you in no problem I live in a house right next to some fields and rivers, lovely walks, while at home I will care for them as you would want me to. About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. My love for them started with my childhood cat, Doodles. Every evening she'd curl up on my chest, and this has always been one of my favourite childhood memories. When I was around 10, we welcomed our family dog Bramble into our lives. Later, she developed a health condition that meant she needed daily medication and extra care. Helping to give her medication, changing her bedding every morning and evening, and making sure she was comfortable taught me how important patience, and compassion are when caring for pets with additional needs. Since then, I've been lucky enough to care for pets belonging to family, friends, and colleagues. This has included overnight house sits with cats, looking after my uncle's Westie, Freddie, in his own home, and welcoming my boyfriend's family dog into my home while they were away. My love for animals extends beyond cats and dogs. While travelling around South East Asia, I volunteered and donated at an animal shelter in Koh Samui, made a point of visiting only ethical elephant sanctuaries in Chiang Mai where the elephants aren't ridden or touched, and even met the incredible landmine detection rats in Cambodia. Those experiences strengthened my passion for animal welfare and my respect for every animal, big or small. My schedule is changing soon, which means I'll have even more time to spend caring for pets! In just a couple of weeks, I'll be working part-time, giving me plenty of flexibility during the week. I'll be available on multiple weekdays for daytime walks, drop-in visits, and quality time with your pets. I'm also available for boarding throughout the week. Thursdays are my one regular day working away from home, so if your pet is staying with me on a Thursday, I'll be out during the day but back by the late afternoon or evening (depending on my shift). Outside of that, I'll have lots of time at home to keep your pet company, making sure they get plenty of attention. I'm always happy to discuss your pet's routine and see how I can make my schedule work for you and pet. I know that inviting someone into your home requires a lot of trust, and I take that responsibility seriously. Because of my job, I regularly travel and stay in Airbnbs during the week, so I'm very used to treating other people's homes with care and respect. I always follow check-out instructions carefully, and I'd bring that same attention to detail to your home—whether that's sticking to your pet's routine, locking up securely, or following any house rules you've left for me. Growing up with both a cat and a dog who weren't always the best of friends also means I'm very familiar with using pet gates, managing different areas of the house, and being mindful not to leave anything lying around that pets could get into. I'll always leave your home clean and tidy, exactly as I'd hope someone would leave mine. And because I know how hard it can be to be away from your pets, I'm more than happy to send regular photo and video updates, so you can relax knowing they're happy and safe.

He’s usually grumpy but he quickly became her shadow. Communication was superb, her flexibility and dedication was top notch. About: I am patient and happy to look after all animals and also if you have more than one pet. I currently have 2 house rabbits but have also looked after dogs in the past for family. I am well organised and happy to adapt to your pets needs and give them the best care. I have looked after a disabled rabbit and happy to give medication to rabbits if needed. If there are any issues with your pet i will contact you straight away and get them to a vet. I am happy to take in any post/parcels and water plants for you. When walking dogs i will keep on lead so they are safe and go any distance required , i enjoy long walks, i will follow any instructions you give such as needing to walk in quiet areas if nervous etc. I can update you with photos and message you to let you know they are ok. I am available week days from 5am to 7 am and any time after 3:30pm and all day weekends . I am happy to do home visits or take your dog's on walks. I will make sure i keep to your pets schedule as i understand how important routine is for animals . I am happy to look after pets in your home and will ensure they have plenty of attention as well as feeding ,cleaning and giving them water. I will take in any post/parcels,water plants, open and close blinds and clean up the pet area too. I currently have 2 free roam house rabbits, i have also looked after disabled rabbits too and comfortable giving them medication and know to look out for GI stasis in rabbits too, having experienced it first hand with my rabbits i know how quickly you need to act. If you pet needs to be taken to the vet i will take them straight away and call you. I will send you photos and let you know how your pet is getting on. Their care is my greatest priority.

About: I've grown up in a house with german shepherd's as well as dachsunds and love all animals big and small. I unfortunately can not have pets in my rented home but love to be around animals. I'm currently retraining and studying while I raise my young family. I have availability between school times to pop in or take your pets for a walk as and when needed. I am calm and friendly and happy to work with your baby however you need me too. Whether that be popping in to play with them in the garden for a bit or just give them a cuddle and make a fuss.

About: I have had my own dog for 11 years, he’s now an elderly gentleman! As a household we love animals and look forward to looking after your pets, I will be looking after them as their primary carer. . I have also had cats for 15 years, currently just one beauty. I’m here to look after your furry guests and help them settle in. I always do two good walks a day with our own dog or a trip to the park. On top of this we do two toilet breaks if needed. As the garden is not currently secure, I don’t use this for dogs. Dogs sleep in the kitchen which has rubber flooring at the moment, no caging unless requested. Our dog is older so can be a bit lazy and needs his rest, we have plenty of room for dogs to have their own space if needed, but he generally likes company. I am a cat lover and happy to provide drop in cat care, feeding, litter and cuddles.

Bella is quite a nervous cat, but Janie was able to get her to relax with her really quickly, and when we came home Bella seemed totally at ease & unconcerned that we’d been away. Absolutely brilliant, we’d definitely ask Janie to look after Bella again, and our dog Otis, if we aren’t taking him with us next time!”
