I came home and all the animals seemed so happy, even the ones that usually hold a grudge for a few days when I leave! About: Hello, My name is Emily and I am a mum (to a small human) and I work as a chef in a lovely country pub just outside Bath. I have owned cats my whole life and I am currently the human slave of a beautiful Birman boy called Theo who is 4 years old. As someone who understands that cats are very complex beings due to their superior intelligence, and how stressful it can be finding someone to care for your furry friends, I would love to help other owners. I will provide lots of cuddles (or not, depending on their personality!), regular feeds and ensuring they are as calm, healthy and happy as possible while you are away. About: I have always had a passion for Animals. Even as a small child I was fascinated by animals of any type. At one point I had 3 dogs a cat and a hampster. In fact I refused to go to the dentist unless I had another pet!! 😂 Since then my passion for animals has grown. 15 years ago I decided that I would like to become a dog groomer. I have been doing this ever since and still love it. Since my Family are all grown up and flown the nest I decided it would be nice to do pet sitting as well which I enjoy very much. My beautiful dog Poppy was put to sleep 2 years ago and since then I have decided not to have another pet of my own for now. I get the enjoyment of looking after other people’s. I hope you will consider me to look after your precious pets. I can assure you I will love them like they are my own.. x I have recently become unemployed so I have found myself with a lot of free time and what better thing to do then spend my time with your gorgeous pets. I am not precious about my home and if you are happy for them to sleep on the sofa then so am i. I want your pet to feel at home. I am also happy to look after your pets in your home. I know how important this can be for some dogs especially if they suffer with anxiety. Being in the comfort of their own home is usually the best solution for them. About: I have 5 granddogs, 2 grandcats, 2 grandpigs, 2 goddogs and numerous canine and cat nephews and nieces (not blood of course, they are the furry kids of my friends). They’re family 😁 Usually only available between June and January as I live in Colombia January to May. However do feel free to ask, especially if the dates that you require are close to the limits. If I'm here I can adapt my schedule. I work remotely as a geeky historical writer, so can be pretty much anywhere and what can be better than doing that whilst making new furry friends. I treat them as family, except when the sharing of food is the question. I don’t share food, just like my English goddog, Percy, doesn’t share his bone. With regard to communication - the number listed is now obsolete - my new number is Colombian because I live in Colombia for six months each year - Unfortunately Rover does not have a Colombia option. So best to email me or communicate through Rover.
