About: We're a young professional couple who’ve had dogs our whole lives. We can’t have one right now due to work, but we'd love to give yours a safe, loving home while you're away—treating them like part of the family. We both work till 6pm on weekdays with evenings and weekends free. When we are free we are happy to both fit our schedule around your dogs daily routine. We have a small fenced garden where your dog will be secure, we also back onto a field and have lots of lovely walks nearby where we can take them for some exercise and play. The dog will be treated like one of the family and will be kept to the rules they have when they’re at your home.

About: I have 3 cockapoos of my own and have been looking after family and friends dogs all my life. We go for long walks and adventures in few places and places we already know. We can be out from 30 minutes to a few hours. I absolutely love dogs and you'll definitely get lots of pictures of your fur babies having fun if I walk them I am currently learning to drive so limited on where I can got at the moment but once I've passed, ill be more flexible At the moment im free all day everyday while I wait for my job to offer me work. When I do start, ill be available every evening weekdays and all day over the weekend I have a fenced garden and door to the kitchen so if your babies have allergies, they'll be safe away from food. I also have 3 dogs of my own who love to run and play with other dogs. If your dog stays the night, my bed is open to get slept on

About: I’ve had family dogs from the age of 7, including some slightly more demanding breeds such as Beagles and Harriers. I’ve had my own English Pointer (Rebel) who is 7 years old and I’ve looked after many of my friend’s dogs (usually spaniels and labradors). I have more experience with working breeds and love to spend time outdoors with them on long walks, but equally happy to care for less active breeds and chill at home with them! I’m currently 4 months into a 10 month maternity leave period so spending plenty of time at home with my baby and dog. I love dogs and spending time outdoors so would love to use my time to help out others! I have a friendly female dog (she’s spayed) who is used to boarding and going on joint walks, a 4 month old baby boy, and a house with fairly large fenced garden. I spend a lot of my day pottering around the house but always like to do at least one big walk a day!

About: I've had hands-on experience with dogs, including my own dogs. I walk them daily so they have the exercise they need. I was brought around dogs and used to walk them daily, feed them, bath them etc. Your pet will be very loved and cared for here. I’m currently unemployed so I’m at home all the time so if you were to choose me to walk your pet or sit them for the day then I am free to do so. I have a fenced off garden and have a lovely house. The garden is medium sized but plenty of space for your pet to run around in and play.

About: I have always had a passion for Animals. Even as a small child I was fascinated by animals of any type. At one point I had 3 dogs a cat and a hampster. In fact I refused to go to the dentist unless I had another pet!! 😂 Since then my passion for animals has grown. 15 years ago I decided that I would like to become a dog groomer. About: Hello Dog Owners, my name is Gill and I adore dogs. I grew up with a dachshund, until age 11. I love spending a lot of time outdoors, walking in the countryside or riding my mountain bike. I live in Chippenham where there are many great dog walks nearby. I’ve been looking after other people’s dogs for 10 years now. It started with Borrowmydoggy when I lived in London. I walked Ted and Alan, both yorkshire terriers, for 3 years until their owner moved away. Then came 2 adorable big labradoodles, Hoozer and Oreo, who for 4 years I regularly walked and sat for while their owners were on holiday. Then I moved to Wiltshire where I grew up and have family. As a member of Trustedhousesitters I sat for 1 Labrador, 2 rescue cats and 4 alpacas which was fun! I now regularly sit for Golden retriever Nala and staffy/greyhound cross Bluebell when their owners are away and walk local cockapoo Bella every week. Several of these dogs have had medical issues and I’m used to managing meds. So I may be new to Rover but have plenty of sitting experience. Now having semi-retired from a career in marketing consultancy, I’m keen to spend more time caring for dogs and other animals and love meeting owners and their furry companions. I'm semi-retired now, so when I’m available for sitting or walks I won’t be working. I can dedicate all my time to your pets. For walking, I can walk your dog twice a week in the afternoons at a time of your choosing. I offer pet sitting in your own home. I like to have a video or phone chat with owners before the sit to understand everything that's important about the animals, e.g. their exact routine, details of food and any meds, number and timing of walks, on/off lead etc. The most important aspect of a sit is that the animals feel safe and cared for, and that they continue with the routine you have with them. During the sit I send a few pictures of what we've been up to, and communicate with you at regular intervals. I don’t like to leave dogs for more than two hours, less if they’re very anxious and when sitting I generally tend to spend all my time with the dogs, except for the obvious trips to the supermarket, etc. I don’t do back-to-back sits, perhaps one every 2-3 months, and do it just for the joy of being with the dogs and other animals. About: What sets me apart is my lifelong, hands-on experience with animals of all ages and needs. I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs, cats, horses, and small animals, and I’ve cared for everything from young puppies to senior pets requiring extra patience and attention. My experience includes pet sitting multiple dogs and cats at once, bottle-feeding and raising a kitten, and house sitting for 16+ animals including elderly dogs and horses. I’m comfortable adapting care to each pet’s stage of life and personality, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. Pet sitting fits easily into my weekly routine. I work in the office three days a week and am otherwise very flexible. I have experience with nervous rescues as well as lead reactive dogs, and have good instincts and intuition. I am confident handling dogs and responsible when out and about. I work a full time Mon-Fri job at The University of Bath. It’s a hybrid role so some of my days are at home (or at your house, looking after your pet), and I can typically choose these days. My Thursdays are committed to an existing dog sit arrangement, on a weekly basis. Lots of love. Lots of attention. About: Hi, I’m Jasmine — a genuine animal lover with a lifetime of experience caring for all kinds of animals, from small pets to large dogs. I’ve had dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, rats, fish (including koi!) and even a bearded dragon called George. 🐾 I spent 4 years working at a local animal shelter in a fundraising role, where we received introductory behavioural training for both cats and dogs. If I’ll be boarding your animal, my garden is fully enclosed & I have a comfortable house with room for a crate or other items for your animal. I do have guinea pigs at home who are behind a locked door & stair gate but please let me know if your animal has a particular interest in small animals! I expect full transparency, care, attention and updates from those that look after my pets whilst I’m away so this is what I feel most happy offering you whilst your pets are in my care. 💕
About: I have over 10 years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. I currently own three dogs of my own and have always been surrounded by animals throughout my life. I also have around 1 year of experience in pet sitting and dog walking. I have experience with elderly dogs, including caring for my own 12-year-old Boxer who had health issues in his later years, so I understand the patience, gentle handling, and extra attention senior dogs may need. I’m also very comfortable with energetic dogs and large breeds, as well as small breeds. I previously had a family Boxer for 12 years and now care for an 8-year-old rescued French Bulldog, a 6-year-old Boxer, and a 1-year-old French Bulldog. Because of this, I’m confident handling dogs with different energy levels and personalities. About: We're a young professional couple who’ve had dogs our whole lives. We can’t have one right now due to work, but we'd love to give yours a safe, loving home while you're away—treating them like part of the family. We both work till 6pm on weekdays with evenings and weekends free. When we are free we are happy to both fit our schedule around your dogs daily routine. We have a small fenced garden where your dog will be secure, we also back onto a field and have lots of lovely walks nearby where we can take them for some exercise and play. The dog will be treated like one of the family and will be kept to the rules they have when they’re at your home.

About: I have 3 cockapoos of my own and have been looking after family and friends dogs all my life. We go for long walks and adventures in few places and places we already know. We can be out from 30 minutes to a few hours. I absolutely love dogs and you'll definitely get lots of pictures of your fur babies having fun if I walk them I am currently learning to drive so limited on where I can got at the moment but once I've passed, ill be more flexible At the moment im free all day everyday while I wait for my job to offer me work. When I do start, ill be available every evening weekdays and all day over the weekend I have a fenced garden and door to the kitchen so if your babies have allergies, they'll be safe away from food. I also have 3 dogs of my own who love to run and play with other dogs. If your dog stays the night, my bed is open to get slept on
About: I’ve had family dogs from the age of 7, including some slightly more demanding breeds such as Beagles and Harriers. I’ve had my own English Pointer (Rebel) who is 7 years old and I’ve looked after many of my friend’s dogs (usually spaniels and labradors). I have more experience with working breeds and love to spend time outdoors with them on long walks, but equally happy to care for less active breeds and chill at home with them! I’m currently 4 months into a 10 month maternity leave period so spending plenty of time at home with my baby and dog. I love dogs and spending time outdoors so would love to use my time to help out others! I have a friendly female dog (she’s spayed) who is used to boarding and going on joint walks, a 4 month old baby boy, and a house with fairly large fenced garden. I spend a lot of my day pottering around the house but always like to do at least one big walk a day!

About: I have lived with animals all my life and I have a special connection with them all. I have 20 years of experience caring for dogs of different breeds, the best years of my life was fostering and caring for a pack of 5 wolf dogs . Unfortunately they all passed away due to an old age and now I live with a beautiful and totally different character French bulldog. I have experience with medication administration, caring for animals with health issues and behavioural difficulties. With me your member of a family will be treated with love, kindness and compassion because that is what they deserve. I will have plenty of time for your loved ones, if they need long walks, play time or just a cuddle. Your dog will not be left unattended at any time. I live in 2 bed house with a small frenchie. We don’t have a garden but live around a corner from a lovely gated park.
“Milo had the best two weeks with Sue and her husband whilst we were away on holiday. Sue sent daily photos and updates so we never had to worry about how Milo was or wonder what he was up to! Coincidentally Sue works at the vet surgery where we take Milo and our other pets and she very kindly took him to get one of his injections and sorted his flea and working treatment for us during his time there.
