He was prompt and accommodating and even managed a last-minute meet and greet before we went on holiday. Dom looked after our 2 beautiful, fluffy cats for 3 sessions (alternate days over 6 days). Although they are very shy indoor cats, Dom tried hard to engage with them by calling their names. He also communicated with me, asked questions when he was not sure about something, and sent photos of their litter box and food via Rover and WhatsApp during each visit. About: I have lived with animals all my life and I have a special connection with them all. I have 20 years of experience caring for dogs of different breeds, the best years of my life was fostering and caring for a pack of 5 wolf dogs . Unfortunately they all passed away due to an old age and now I live with a beautiful and totally different character French bulldog. “Ann and Brendan looked after our spaniel for a few hours last week. It was much too hot for a walk in the middle of the day, but the grassy garden was completely secure, and Clemmie could come and go as she pleased. She had never met Ann before but was relaxed and contented in her company from the moment we arrived. Ann was lovely and very professional and gave regular messages throughout the day. Brendan was brilliant with his communication prior to the stay and the whole booking was easy and very reassuring. They are both highly recommend.”

When we arrived Rosie was keen to get through the door before it was even opened! Once in she was instantly settled , it was like she was at home . “I was nervous about leaving Joni with someone she didn't know due to her separation anxiety. Hayley & Dom were lovely & reassuring at our meet & greet and Joni liked them both, going up to them for a stroke. She made herself at home and had a good look around obviously comfortable in their home. On our first day leaving Joni, Hayley kept me updated with how she was getting on which put my mind at ease. Joni howled a few times when she realised she was somewhere strange, but went to both Hayley and Dom for a cuddle & reassurance. When I picked Joni up she didn't notice me initially as she was to busy being involved with what Hayley & the children were doing! Dom reassured me that Joni got on well & settled despite her anxiety and they were very understanding. Joni was tired out after her busy day. I love caring for dogs in every stage of their life whether it’s a brand new puppy or an OAPooch. Working from home on flexible hours, I will be able to spend lots of time with your beloved pooch in between riding and caring for my horse, my own dog Maggie & my sons. I have a large car that can fit a crate in to take your dog for walks further afield. It also means that I can do home visits to play, let your dog out in the garden or just sit with them and give them some love for a time. About: I don’t have transport so can only look after pets in the Chippenham area. I have 14 years raising collies who have a lot of energy so need a lot of patience. I also trained two puppies so have been to plenty of puppy classes. My last dog got to the rip old age of 14 so have experience looking after elderly dogs. I will treat you dog like it’s one of my own. I only work for a couple of hours in the evening so have plenty of time to look after your pet. I usually do some volunteer work but this is flexible and I can fit my work around your pet. I would care for your pet in your home. I would give them lots of love and make sure all their needs are seen to. I would respect your home and make sure i leave it nice and clean. I would keep to your pets routine as much as possible. About: I’ve taken care of my friends dogs for a number of years. I have dog sat golden retrievers, greyhounds, cockapoo and spaniels. I absolutely love dogs And we have just got a Dalmatian puppy! and enjoy dog sitting and walking them. I also have two cats at home but they are both good with dogs and can keep them separate if needed. My work schedule is currently flexible. I just go into the office one day a week but these dates are usually booked in advance. The rest of my days I am working from home or sometimes at appointments, however, these are flexible as I choose when to book them in. I live in a two bedroom house and we have just gotten a Dalmatian puppy and have two cats, who get on well with dogs and are very chill around them. I also have a garden that the dog will have access too and I can take the dog out in the garden to play. Also if needed I can put the cats in a separate room if the dog is not a fan of cats.
About: I’ve been around dogs all my life, have my own black Labrador puppy, and regularly look after friends and family members dogs. I work from home the majority of the week and so can offer drop-ins and walks at flexible times on both weekdays and weekends. “After the one night stay to see if our boy would be settled and take to Beth and Ross and the way he was after that stay showed us everything we needed to know. Thor on the second time we took him over dragged us down the garden path and couldnt WAIT to go back inside which means everything to us. Beth and Ross once again was perfect- we had very very quick responses to every whats app and message sent and we saw the pure love they both have for dogs- we have found our new sitters and would not go anywhere else now. “Our lovely Springer Jaz enjoyed a week with Jenny and Harry while we were on holiday. She was very well looked after and Jenny updated us with photos of her making herself at home in Harry’s bed!
