An empathetic animal-lover
Since wanting to become a veterinarian as a child, animals have always been a huge part of my life. They bring such joy to me whether it’s animals in the wild, the family dog or the stray cat who comes for a piece of your breakfast on holiday! I have an empathetic nature towards animals and bring a caring approach. I believe in meeting their enrichment needs so I like to encourage play, running on walks and finding ways they can use their instinctive sense of smell! I’ve looked after companion animals such as rabbits, cats and dogs.

Hayley was brilliant. She sent photos, looked after our frail 18 year old cat very well. This was a bit more of a difficult job as our cat now lives upstairs and involved litter changes, hoovering up round the litter box and administering medicine. She did this brilliantly. Highly recommended.
Hayley looked after our two cats while we were away. Her communication was great throughout and it was clear how much care she took of them both. We will definitely be using Hayley when we next go away!
Hayley was incredible!! The cats were in the safest of hands with her, and her attention to detail and communication were fantastic. We had a slight scare when one of our cats decided it was time to jump over the garden fence, but Hayley was fantastic in bringing him back in and keeping a watchful eye out. We came back to very very happy cats, much more content than usual when we leave them! This shows Hayley’s fantastic care - would love to have you back Hayley! (Perhaps when we’ve fitted a cat-proofed fence!!)

Hayley is reliable and trustworthy so we are able to go away for a few days knowing she is on hand to keep everything at home running smoothly. She is responsible and it is clear she genuinely cares about the animals and just gets on with everything that needs to be done, she's an absolute gem!
Hayley was a great find! Really took the time to understand my nervous rescue dogs funny little ways. He took to her straight away! Really warm and friendly, clearly loves animals and thinks about all the little details of them as individuals. I was really confident that my dog was in great hands for the weekend. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be booking with Hayley again when the need arises again.

Schedule
I have availability to look after your pet Thursdays - Sundays, for walks, drop-ins visits, day-care, house sitting and boarding. Please reach out to discuss your request :)

Safety, trust & environment
When looking after pets in your home, I make sure to understand and abide by your rules or guidelines such as crating at night, your preference in taking the dog for walks on or off lead, specific diet requirements etc. If looking after your pet in my home, I don’t have my own dog so yours would get all my love and attention! I can use a crate at night and have many nice local walks in surrounding areas.
A typical day
I have a lovely friendly local park where other dog walkers go. There’s enough room to stay away from other dogs or interact, whichever suits you and your dog best. I like to encourage instinctive play and run with during walks for extra exercise if needed.
