Leanne was fab, she came for her first drop-in for my two dogs, she was very flexible and reliable which was incredibly helpful as it’s around Christmas and everyone is so busy normally! Can’t wait till have her over to stay with the dogs while we’re away soon 🙂

About: I've grown up with cats and dogs at home and I've taken care of pets for friends and family over the years. I love being around them, caring for them and giving them love. I have a miniature daschund myself and he's the sweetest boy. I'd have more pets in a heartbeat if I could. I'd love to take care of your furbabies. It would be my pleasure. I work full time Mon-Fri but there's a lot of flexibility with my job. I can pop out and pop in as needed so caring for your pet is no problem at all. I will follow all your instructions when caring for your pet in your home. You will have daily updates (if preferred) so you can rest assured that all is well with your pets throughout my time with them.

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with several years of hands-on experience caring for pets. I currently have two dogs, including a puppy, which has given me valuable experience with puppy training, routines, socialisation, and the extra patience and consistency that young dogs need. Over the past year, I’ve had the pleasure of caring for a wide variety of pets through Rover, as well as for friends and family. From tiny Chihuahuas to energetic Staffies, older dogs needing a gentler pace, and households with multiple pets, every booking has helped me build my knowledge and confidence. I’m proud to have received excellent reviews for my reliable, friendly, and caring approach. Sadly, I lost my beloved 16-year-old cat in July 2026, who had been part of my family for many years. That experience has only strengthened my understanding of how much our pets mean to us and how important it is to leave them with someone you can genuinely trust. I’m currently looking for a new full-time career, which means I have much greater flexibility for bookings and can often accommodate daytime care, longer stays, and last-minute requests. Animals genuinely bring me joy, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. My priority is always to make sure they feel safe, happy, comfortable, and loved while you’re away, giving you complete peace of mind. I work full-time Monday to Friday in Basingstoke and live in Newbury, with occasional days in Reading, so I can cover a wide area for pet care. I’m mainly available for weekend stays and evening visits during the week for feeding, playtime, and cuddles. For weekday stays, I’m out between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM (dependant on the location) but your pets will always get plenty of love before and after! I also offer dog walks in the Basingstoke area on weekdays, as that’s where I work (9:30–5:30). I do my best to follow each pet’s routine and keep things as comfortable and consistent as possible! Your pets safety will always be my top priority. At home, my own cat is kept safe with a magnetic tag cat flap that only opens for her, and our garden is fully fenced to prevent any escapes. After discovering gap under the bush where animals could slip through to the neighbours, we quickly secured it with chicken wire - problem solved! I believe in creating a calm and secure environment where pets feel comfortable and cared for. I follow consistent routines, maintain a healthy diet for my own pets, and always use positive reinforcement - praise and the occasional treat - for good behaviour. You can trust that your furry friend will be in a safe and loving space while you are away.

About: Hi I’m Rave :) Just a little about me.. I work in the NHS in a support services role and have the flexibility to work from home and love any time I can spend around animals! I currently rent and do not have the option to adopt my own little pets, hence this would be the perfect opportunity to spread my love. In my spare time I like going for walks, crocheting and doing puzzles! I work from home 3 days of the week so have the flexibility to do drop ins and take pets out for walks etc when I’d like - am able to drive places as well! If I were house sitting I’d try to do as much as I could based on the pets regular schedule so they have a good experience while their parents are away :) It’s important to me that the pets (and owners) feel comfortable with me being in their home - always nice to do a short introduction before the sitting day as this will help them familiarise with me. It’s helpful when owners leave instructions on what to do as each pet is so different- bit about their personality also helps reassure I’m doing the right things to give them the care that’s best for them.

About: I’ve grown up caring for dogs and currently help look after two dogs, a golden retriever and a cocker spaniel (aged 5 and 2) who I’ve cared for since they were puppies. This has given me experience with feeding, walking, playtime, basic grooming, reinforcing good behaviour, and making sure they’re happy and well cared for. I’ve also looked after my neighbours cat during holidays, including feeding, refreshing water, cleaning up after them, and spending time with them to keep them comfortable while their owners were away. I’m active, reliable, and love spending time with animals. I am an athlete and therefore I am used to being organised, punctual, and commited, so you can trust that your pets will receive plenty of attention, exercise and care. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, and I’m happy to follow owners’ instructions to make sure they feel safe, comfortable and loved whilst you are away. Services I offer: I provide reliable, attentive care tailored to your pets’ individual needs. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, lots of playtime, or simply some company while your away, I’m happy to follow their usual routine to help them feel safe and comfortable. I can provide: - Dog walking (short or long walks to suit your dogs needs) - Drop-in visits for feeding, fresh water, playtime and toilet breaks - Pet sitting - Regular photo and text updates for peace of mind - Plenty of attention, affection and enrichment - Care tailored to your pets routine, including feeding schedules and any specific instructions Your pets safety, happiness and wellbeing will always be my top priority. During the summer, I train 2-3 times a day as a competitive rower, but outside of my training sessions I have a flexible schedule and can provide walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the day. I’m organised and plan my day around my commitments, so I’m able to provide reliable care and stick to your pets routine. From September, I’ll be back at university while continuing to train 2-3 times a day. My availability will be more limited during weekdays, but I’ll still have availability around my lectures and training, as well as on many evenings and weekends. I’m always happy to discuss your needs and let you know if I can accommodate your requested dates. Your pets safety and wellbeing will always be my highest priority. I understand how important it is for pets to feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away, so I’ll always take the time to follow their normal routine and any instructions you provide. I’ll make sure your pet has fresh water, meals on schedule, plenty of attention, exercise where appropriate, and a safe, calm environment. I’ll also send regular photo and text updates so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I’m attentive to changes in behaviour and will contact you immediately if I have any concerns. I treat every pet with the same care, patience and respect that I give to my own animals, and I’m commited to making sure they feel happy, safe and well looked after.

About: Hi, I’m Kate! ❤️🐾 I’m a huge dog lover based in Witney and I genuinely love having dogs around me. I know leaving your dog with someone new can feel a little stressful, so I want them to feel as comfortable and at home with me as possible. I’m happy to follow their usual routine, including feeding, walks, sleeping arrangements and medication if needed. Whether your dog loves long walks and playtime or would rather spend the day snoozing on the sofa and having cuddles, I’ll make sure their stay suits them. I also love sending photos and little updates throughout their stay, so you can see what they’re up to and know they’re happy and settled. My schedule is flexible and I have plenty of time to spend with the dogs in my care. I make sure they get regular walks, playtime, toilet breaks and lots of attention throughout the day. I always try to stick to your dog’s usual routine as much as possible, so they can feel comfortable and settled while staying with me. Dogs are welcome on the sofa and bed if that’s what they’re used to at home. Although I live in a ground floor flat, I have my own secure, enclosed patio with direct access to a large grassy area, so dogs can easily get outside for regular toilet breaks and some fresh air.

About: Hi there! My name is Vanessa and I have been looking after dogs for over 25 years. I have owned 7 dogs in my life and had my own dog boarding business that offered a home to home setting for dogs for 10 years whilst living abroad in France. Now being back in the UK, I want to continue offering my services for any dog owner that’s in need. I have always believed that a dog should be cared for equally to the rest of the family and therefore should be treated exactly that way. Dogs are what I know best and love the most so I’m very happy to take care of them. I am also a passionate walker and having a companion is always a great pleasure. I do not work so I am able to offer full time care and attention to your pets. I have the time to care for dogs who are needing specific attention or have specific needs. I have an enclosed garden so I can always let them out as frequently as needed. I have lots of fields and forests nearby so I can offer lovely walks when needed. This is my full time job so I am able to ensure your dog gets the best care. I offer a home to home feeling for your dog. I believe it is important that your dog feels relaxed and at home when they come to stay. Every dog has his/her own needs so in order to make sure they feel settled, I am happy to go through anything they might need to feel more secure.

About: As well as owning my own two dogs for seven years, for three years aboard, I worked in local dog pounds. I have helped care for and trained numerous different dogs. I have trained them with the basics such as sit, wait, and down, I have also helped them with anxiety issues, social issues, and learning to trust humans again. During this time, I also fostered 10+ dogs, from tiny puppies to dogs that were 5 or 6 years old, with health issues. I thoroughly enjoyed my time spending time with these dogs, nurturing them and showing them what a loving environment is about. I currently work part time and am able to fit in pet visits and walking Mon - Fri 9.30 -14.30 dog walking. I am also available every other weekend as well. I can easily crate your dog if they have anxiety issues and require a safe space.
