We left our 6 month old golden retriever for a few days for the first time. Shadia put me at ease by offering to meet before the booking, and sent updates and pictures that immediately showed me he was indeed fine! Solar had such a good time playing with Shadia's retriever and other guests, and ran off to the garden for more playtime when it was time to be picked up. Already hoping to book again. Perfect stay, Shadia was very friendly and communicated well before and during the stay with updates. We picked up a very happy pup and would definitely recommend!
Shadia is absolutely amazing she looked after my cat Benji who boarded with her for 5 nights; Shadia immediately put my mind at ease as I’d never left him with anyone before. I was very worried about leaving Bertie with someone new but Shadia really put my mind at ease before and during Bertie’s stay. He is staying overnight in a couple of weeks and I think he’s going to have a great time!
