Hiya👋 I'm Gayle and I was Mr Ziggy Whippet's companion for 13 years, he was a beautiful brindle who sadly passed in May age 13.5. Ziggy was very nervous but with lots of love and gentle encouragement he made many dog and human friends in the Lordswood community. Kindness, love and empathy for animals is at the core of my beliefs and I will treat your dog with all of the above. I feel more comfortable with one dog at a time unless the dogs live together. I regularly walk my friends Lurcher Bluey, he is a happy and confident dog and enjoys off lead time, if your dog is not ok off the lead I am happy to book a secure field so he/she can have a good zoomies. I have a daughter who is 14 and she adores dogs too, she is sensible, kind and accommodating to the needs of different doggy characters.

Absolutely great! Gayle understands long dogs and I think my rescue girlie loves her as much as Gayle loves her. My dog has separation anxiety and behavioural problems from her previous home, so it's a great result as it's the first time she has needed to stay overnight and the following day away from home. She got lots of cuddles and walks in the local woods and Gayle sent lots of pictures during the stay. Everybody happy, and I'll have no hesitation about taking my dog to Gayle again.
Gayle was absolutely brilliant with Foxy! She was so friendly and caring, and kept me updated with lots of lovely photos and videos. It was so reassuring knowing Foxy was in such good hands. Would definitely recommend Gayle and will definitely use her again!

Hi, I met Gayle from the 'Borrow my doggy' site and she has been providing companionship, walks and dogsitting services to my lurcher Bluey, for many months now. My dog Bluey loves Gayle and when it is hot weather and he cannot be walked, he misses her terribly! I have found the care Gayle and her daughter have provided to Bluey an absolute godsend with my working and travelling schedule. Gayle is a great communicator and has provided me with pics when I have been away which is lovely. I know Bluey loves her very much!

Schedule
I work part-time as a Special Needs Passenger Assistant, I'm out the house mon to fri 8am to 9.30am and then 2.20pm to 4pm. I am then around for the rest of the day when I have a dog staying. I'm free all weekend.

I have a fenced garden and also live right next to the woods in a quiet neighbourhood. I am happy for dogs to go on the sofa and beds.
A typical day
I work part-time so I am flexible to accomodate your dogs needs, whether that be walking times, feeding frequency or medication administration. I'm home most evenings so your dog will get lots of company.
