Chan and his wife looked after my dog, Nero, for two weeks, and I could not be happier with the care they provided. Nero settled in very quickly with them, which gave me instant peace of mind. Chan is incredibly kind and attentive. He followed all of Nero's routine instructions perfectly and sent daily updates sometimes even multiple times a day so I always knew how Nero was doing. Communication was amazing, as Chan is always very quick to reply to messages. Nero was so happy during his stay. I definitely recommend Chan and his wife with both hands, and I will absolutely be booking them again in the future! :)
Robin had a great stay with this lovely couple while we were away. They handled her anxiety and little accidents with great care and patience, and by the second day she was feeling much more relaxed. We really appreciated the regular updates and could see that Robin was in safe, caring hands.

I think Reggie enjoyed his time with Chan. He didn't seem too stressed when I collected him, which is great as this was his first time being with anyone else. Chan sent updates and pictures regularly and overall seemed like a friendly, quiet and relaxed guy... Just what Reggie needed. Would book again.
We left our dog, Luffy, with Chan and his wife for over a week. Very friendly and really easy to communicate with, providing us daily updates and pictures of our dog while we were away. Highly recommend and would use his services again next time :)

Schedule
I work a desk based job and work from home for the majority of days so full time pet care is second nature for me. I am more than happy to spend a couple of hours every day on dog walking or pet sitting. I am a very flexible person so please do not hesitate to contact me about special time arrangements.

Safety, trust & environment
I live at a quiet and safe cul de sac location and with a secure fenced garden. My house is located near West End, which is close to various large parks and green space for dog walking. I am very attentive to a pet's needs and strive to ensure that they are the happiest they can be! I set house rules for my own pets (e.g. rooms or places not allowed) so to ensure certain things are out of the pets reach and also set up favourite spots for playing and resting. I am happy to do the same if your pet needs something similar, just say the word!
Pets
A typical day
I love to keep the pets entertained to ensure their happiness and wellbeing. My routine usual consists of play/exercise time at least twice a day. I have a good selection of pet toys and also DIY toys! Me and my partner love doing short day trips around the local area so if it's during the weekend we can bring your pets to places such as the New Forest and the Jurassic Coast.
