Brenda was great with Theo and very reliable. She took really good care of him and kept me updated during his stay. When my flight was unexpectedly cancelled, she was very kind and flexible and agreed to keep Theo for two extra days. I really appreciated her help, as it took a lot of stress away from me. I would definitely recommend Brenda and would be happy to leave Theo with her again!

Brenda was absolutely lovely and took such great care of Kenai. I let her know beforehand that he can be quite anxious, especially in new environments, and she was so understanding and reassuring from the start, which really helped put us at ease too. She kept us updated throughout his stay and sent loads of photos, which we really appreciated. Kenai was clearly well looked after and cared for, and we felt completely comfortable knowing he was with her. We’d definitely be happy to leave Kenai with Brenda again and would absolutely recommend her!

Brenda is wonderful with my Teddy. He runs to her house when he has his stay and comes back happy and confident. She is also very kind and loves these dogs which you can see from such small gestures like how well she takes care and packs up their bed and toys, washes their trays and gives them a bath while handing them over. It is very well organised and done with care. I am very happy to have found her and Teddy would be coming back if Brenda has a slot available during our next vacation.

I am only giving one star because I got my dog back healthy. Other than that, she was extremely rude and hostile. Before I paid and secured the booking for our family holiday, she seemed polite, understanding, and flexible. However, everything changed the moment we left the country. During the first few days, she sent a few photos. In one of them, we noticed our dog kept in a baby cot, which was completely inappropriate—especially given the extreme London heatwave at the time. When we asked her not to keep him in the cot, she became passive-aggressive and stopped sending any photo updates unless we explicitly asked. Her communication was consistently rude. On the day we picked him up, even though we returned three hours earlier, she knew our flight was delayed, she placed our dog and his belongings right by the front door and sent messages demanding, "Come and get your dog now." I am reporting these messages to Rover. Furthermore, it appears she barely let him out of the cot during his stay, as he gained at least 1 kg and was visibly lethargic when we picked him up. It took 4 to 5 days for him to return to his happy, normal self, and it wasn't until then that we finally heard him bark for the first time since coming home. When I went to get him, she did not even say hello or speak a single word—just completely dismissive and rude. So long story short I strongly advise against using her services.

My dog had an absolutely great week with Brenda, who not only took care of him with nice walks at the park, activities at home and even a shower, plus but kept me updated with everything. On top of it, gave me great hints about how to take care of his delicate skin. She is the best.
