About: I’ve always had a genuine love for dogs and have hands-on experience caring for them. I recently became a foster carer, providing a safe, patient, and loving environment for dogs while they prepare for their forever homes. This has given me experience with dogs of different sizes, personalities, and needs, helping them settle into a new environment and build trust. I’m confident caring for both large and small breeds, and I particularly love bigger dogs. Through fostering, I’ve learned the importance of routine, positive reinforcement, exercise, and making each dog feel comfortable and secure. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, administering basic care, or simply providing companionship, I treat every dog as if they were my own. Dogs fit into my schedule very naturally. I plan my days around making sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship. I have a flexible routine that allows me to provide regular walks, playtime, toilet breaks, feeding, and lots of affection throughout the day. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playing games, or simply relaxing with company, I’ll make sure their individual needs are met. My priority is making every dog feel safe, comfortable, and part of the family while they’re in my care. Im available for boarding all throughout the week Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. Before they arrive, I make sure my home is clean, secure, and free from anything that could be harmful. I take time to let each dog settle in at their own pace, allowing them to explore their new surroundings without pressure. I carefully follow your instructions regarding routines, feeding, walks, and any medical or behavioural needs, as keeping familiar routines helps dogs feel safe and relaxed. I use positive reinforcement, patience, and lots of reassurance to build trust, never forcing interactions if a dog is feeling nervous. As a foster carer for dogs trust, I’ve learned that every dog is different. Some settle in straight away, while others need a little more time. I’ll always adapt to their individual needs, giving them plenty of love, attention, and a calm environment so they can feel happy, confident, and secure throughout their stay. I’ll also keep you updated with regular messages and photos, so you know your pet is safe and enjoying their time with me.

About: What sets me apart is the amount of time, care, and genuine attention I can give to every pet. Being on maternity leave means I’m home most of the day, so your furry friend will always have supervision, companionship, and plenty of affection rather than being left alone for long periods. I take the time to get to know each pet’s personality, routine, and needs so they feel comfortable and relaxed while in my care. I’m very patient and attentive, which makes me confident caring for puppies learning their routines, senior dogs who need a gentler approach, or pets with special needs. Some things that help owners feel confident choosing me: I follow your pet’s usual routine closely, including feeding, walking, and playtime, to reduce stress. I maintain a safe, clean environment at all times, whether in your home or mine. I provide regular photo and message updates so you can see your pet happy and relaxed throughout their stay. Above all, I treat every pet as if they were my own, ensuring they feel loved, safe, and well cared for at all times. Your pet’s comfort and happiness is my priority, and I strive to build trust with both pets and their owners. I’m currently on maternity leave and spend most of my time at home. This gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to caring for pets throughout the day. I’m available for walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention, and I can easily adapt to your pet’s usual routine to help them feel comfortable and settled. Because I’m home often, pets in my care won’t be left alone for long periods and will receive plenty of companionship and supervision. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, so I treat every animal as if they were my own. I’m also happy to send regular photo and message updates so you can see how your pet is doing and have peace of mind while you’re away. Spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy, and I look forward to welcoming new furry friends and giving them a safe, calm, and caring environment. Your pet’s safety, comfort and happiness will always be my top priority. I will always provide a calm and loving environment where pets can feel relaxed and secure whilst in my care whether they are in their own home or mine. I will take the time to understand each pet’s routine, preferences, and any special requirements so I can keep their day as familiar and stress-free as possible (again, regardless of being in my home or their own). In my home - pets will have a safe, clean space to relax aswell as play. They will always be supervised and given plenty of attention, exercise, and affection throughout the day. In your home - I will respect your space and follow the instructions provided so your pet can stay happy and content within their usual environment. I will stick to their normal feeding, walking, and sleeping routines as much as possible. I’m also happy to provide regular photo and message updates so you can feel reassured and connected while you’re away. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel completely comfortable and confident with the care being provided.

100% would recommend Cheuk Yi C. I booked for two weeks to look after my mums Jack Russell whilst she is in hospital. Cheuk goes out of her way to make your pet feel safe and comfortable and provides comprehensive daily reports along with video clips so you can see your pet enjoying there stay. My mum really enjoys these video's and it reassures her how well Penny is being looked after and enjoying her stay, she has even made new friends with Cheuk's pets. We have since extended the booking and will definitely use this service again.

We booked Heather for an overnight stay. He was a bit unsettled when i left (I dropped him off rather than have him collected) but she kept me up to date with how he was and he soon settled and felt comfortable. He spent time in the garden and went for several walks. He was a happy pup when I collected him.

Jesse is amazing. I would highly recommend her. I would definitely use her again if I’m in the area. Thanks so much.

Vamsi & Nitya's profile photos showed a real affinity and understanding of dogs, and they didn't disappoint. Coco was comfortable with Vamsi straightaway and during the 3 hour trial stay, she was really keen to explore the inside of his house. No separation anxiety - which was a great start and put me at ease. We left Coco for a total of 12 days and throughout our holiday Vamsi sent a daily update of photos, videos and commentary. I was able to rest assured that she was being well taken care of with lots of attention, affection & walkies. I would definitely leave Coco with Vamsi & Nitya again. Thank you :-)

About: Whilst I am only just becoming fully active on Rover now thus less reviews. I have over 15 years of hands-on pet care experience and have been caring for animals since I was 15 years old. I’m comfortable working with a wide range of personalities and needs—from young, energetic dogs who love to play, to calm, independent pups, and senior dogs who require a gentler touch and extra patience. I also have experience caring for slightly anxious dogs and understand the importance of maintaining routines, providing reassurance, and creating a calm, safe environment. My approach is attentive, compassionate, and tailored to each pet, ensuring they feel secure, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I work from home during the week, this allows me to provide consistent care, check-ins, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m available for morning, afternoon and evening walks daily, and I make sure pets receive routine, exercise, and companionship. I can provide boarding or day care, walking amd basic training, giving pets plenty of time, supervision, and engagement. I have a fenced garden and a park also nearby. I drive aswell if vet appointments need to be attended. I have a small shihtzu but if a solo stay is required this is not an issue as she can stay with my family at a different location. Dont worry she's happy there too and will ensure any solo stay needs are met.

Duck stayed here for his first Christmas and can’t thank them enough! He had a great time meeting her cats and jury is still out on her very friendly dog but think that’s a normal cat reaction 😆 had his own room to acclimatise to his new surroundings but made himself at home isn such a short amount of time. Luby was very nice and very good at communicating with daily updates, videos and photos at the end of each day. Been nice to see our boy making friends and gaining some confidence. Will definitely book again if and when needed, thanks you so much!!

About: I have over 12 years of hands-on experience owning and caring for cats, and I've been surrounded by family members and friends who have owned cats for much longer. Growing up around cats helped develop a genuine understanding of their unique personalities, behaviours, and needs, and it inspired a lifelong love for them that eventually led me to raise my own two cats. Over the years, I have become the trusted person that family members rely on whenever they are away on holiday, working long hours, or simply need an extra helping hand with their cats. I have experience caring for cats of all ages, from playful kittens to senior cats who require extra patience and attention. I have also looked after cats for neighbours and family friends, including supporting pregnant cats and helping care for new mothers and their kittens when their owners were unavailable. This has given me valuable experience in monitoring behaviour, ensuring comfort, maintaining feeding routines, and providing a calm, safe environment during what can be a stressful time for both cats and owners. I understand how important it is to keep cats comfortable in their own surroundings and to follow their established routines. Whether your cat is energetic and social or shy and independent, I take the time to build trust, provide companionship, and ensure they receive the care, attention, and affection they deserve while you're away.

About: I’ve been around cats my entire life—from the day I was born until now (now still applies regardless of when you are reading this LOL!) Caring for cats has always been second nature to me. I’ve looked after cats in many ways, including my own pets, boarding, and catsitting for others so I’m very comfortable and confident with cats of all ages and personalities. I’m also happy to care for kittens, and I understand the extra attention, patience, and playtime they often need. Whether your pet is a playful kitten, an energetic young cat, or a more relaxed senior, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away ensure to provide everything they’ll need and more along the way. I always take the time to get to know each cat’s unique personality and routine, whether they love lots of playtime or prefer quiet company and cuddles. A special mention to my very first childhood cat Fluffy, who spent 11 wonderful years with me. RIP 🫶🏾

About: Hi there! My name is Lily and I'm a marine biology Master’s degree graduate, pursing a second MSc in London. I started walking and pet-sitting for neighborhood dogs in middle school. Following that, I became an animal shelter volunteer dog companion, and for 3 years, I walked, trained, and socialized dogs of every shape, size, and personality. After that, I began walking & sitting dogs professionally for 4 years with local clients. I am responsible, experienced, attentive, and I can't wait to meet your dog! Aside from my experience working with dogs professionally, I've been a dog owner since childhood when my family adopted Chancey, a shy retriever mix. He taught me that every dog has different needs, and it's important to be loving and patient with them all! My current dog who lives in New York with my parents is Lila, a 13-year old Black Lab/Beagle mix who loves attention and snacks :) I am a full-time student but have a lot of online components, so if I am pet-sitting I can spend all my time with your dog! I follow exactly how owners prefer me to care for their dog and will adhere to any routines and structures they need. I am seasoned in creating a trusting and happy relationship between myself, a dog, and their owner. I would never put an animal in danger and prioritize their safety and comfort.

I currently have a high level of availability as I am on maternity leave, which allows me to be very flexible when arranging dog walks, drop-in visits, and other pet care services. This flexibility means I can often accommodate a variety of times throughout the day to suit both you and your dog’s routine. From December onwards, when I return to work, I will primarily be offering dog walking services Monday to Thursday. I may also be able to accommodate the occasional Friday where needed, depending on availability. My goal is always to provide a reliable and consistent routine for the dogs in my care while remaining as flexible as possible to meet each client’s needs. When caring for pets in their own home, I aim to keep their routine as normal and consistent as possible. I understand that dogs feel most comfortable when their usual schedule is maintained, so I am happy to follow your dog’s regular routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and any other care they require. My goal is to make sure your pet feels relaxed, secure, and well looked after while you are away or busy. For convenience, many owners provide access to their home through a spare key or a secure key safe, which allows me to carry out walks or drop-in visits if you are not at home. I treat every home with the utmost respect, ensuring your pet is safe, settled, and cared for just as you would expect.

About: I’ve got hands-on experience looking after my own dog and two cats, and they’ve taught me so much about the different personalities that make each pet unique. I’ve also taken a puppy training course, so I have a solid understanding of the basics when it comes to training and behaviour. Having my own dog and two cats, I know how hard it can be to leave them, even for a little while. But don’t worry—I’ll care for them as if they were my own! What's included: ✔ Daily reports ✔ Lots of photos and videos ✔ What to bring checklist ✔ Access details pack Pet care is a big part of my daily life. As a pet owner myself, I spend a lot of time walking, feeding, and playing with my dog and two cats, ensuring their needs are met. With a flexible work schedule, I have plenty of time to dedicate to pet sitting, allowing me to provide focused care and attention throughout the day. Safety and trust are my top priorities. In my home, I offer a secure, pet-friendly space where they can play and relax. We have an extra room where your pet can settle in and familiarise themselves with the space (and the scent of our furry friends!). Gradually, I’ll introduce them to each other to help them get comfortable. Important: To ensure the safety and comfort of all pets, we kindly require all cats and dogs to be defleaed before their stay.

Ionascu‘s updates were amazing. I was kept informed. He definitely cares. And I have to say to my surprise so so accommodating. This was the first time I left my puppy with somebody else and I felt like there was a lot of trust. I’m really impressed with the service that was provided and the update on the friendliness and openness. I highly recommend leaving your dog in good hands, here with Ionascu.

About: I’ve been a pet sitter and dog walker for over five years. I always had dogs growing up. I absolutely love them but took in two rescue cats (who are the best!) that needed a home 10 years ago, so can’t also have a dog in the house. I’d love to play, walk, feed and give lots of attention to your dogs and cats. Looking after animals and making their days better makes me happy. I have my own transportation in case of emergencies and for walking purposes and am comfortable administering medication to both cats and dogs. I’m self-employed and work from home, so am really flexible in terms of timings (I set my own work schedule), and always welcome a break to give food and cuddles to any pets that need it. I’m available any week day from 9am onwards, and weekends after 11am. I’m very patient and will let your pet get comfortable with me in their own time. I understand cats and dogs behaviour and that some need a little more time than others to warm up to someone new. I’m able and willing to put the time in to allow them to become happy and settled with me.

I brought my puppy Leo to doggy day care with Sonia for the first time today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, Sonia was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Leo took to her right away, which immediately put me at ease. Throughout the day, Sonia made sure Leo was comfortable, engaged, and having fun. She created such a positive, safe environment for him full of playtime, affection, and new friends. When I picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and pleasantly tired from a full day of activity. It’s clear that Sonia genuinely loves and understands dogs, and I’m so grateful for the care she gave Leo on his first day. I feel completely confident leaving him with her, and we’re both looking forward to many more visits. Highly recommend! 🐾

I will respect the owners house and privacy when entering their house, unfortunately i cannot have dogs or cats where i am living as currently in student accommodation but in a couple of months i will be moved into a house with a safe and enclosed garden. About: I’ve owned dogs my whole life, all of whom have been springer spaniels so I know how to handle an energetic pup! Friends and family have therefore relied on me for dogsitting, dog walking, and general loving of their pups. I’m used to pups of all ages from babies to elderly, energetic to lazy, and I love giving every single one of them all the treats and love that they deserve. I’ve recently moved away from home so don’t have any dogs living with me, and would love some little friends to keep me company. I currently work from home, so have all day to spend with your pup. I like to get outside for walks to break up my days, so your pup would be very well cared for while they’re with me. I have a small fenced patio area, which your dog is welcome to roam around and use for the toilet. My house is pet friendly, and I have dog toys that they can play with.

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 14, and over the years I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience with a wide variety of breeds. Growing up in a family that loved dogs, we always had multiple pups in our home, which taught me how to care for different temperaments, sizes, and needs. From playful puppies to senior dogs, I’ve handled feeding, grooming, exercise, training, and providing lots of love and attention. This lifelong experience has given me a strong understanding of canine behavior, patience with energetic personalities, and the ability to recognize the unique needs of each dog. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or simply offering comfort and companionship, I’m dedicated to making sure every dog feels safe, happy, and cared for. I work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to dedicate time and attention to pet care. I can easily fit in daily walks, playtime, feeding, and cuddle sessions around my work schedule. Whether it’s mornings, afternoons, or evenings, I’m able to adjust to meet each dog’s needs and keep them happy and comfortable. Safety and trust are always my top priorities when caring for pets. When dogs are with me, I make sure they have a safe, pet-friendly environment with plenty of love and supervision. Walks are always on-leash, and I pay attention to each dog’s comfort level and energy needs. I treat every dog as if they were my own—giving them a secure, happy, and stress-free experience.

Kelli was excellent, it was a last minute booking and Kelli came to our rescue. I got updated with photos and videos which was really appreciated. I felt updated and Kelli took time to get to know our requirements for the day. I would be more than happy for Kelli to care for Cody again. Thank you

Inga is very friendly and most importantly great with our two dogs! She made sure they were comfortable with her presence and spent time gaining their trust. They were soon happy and enjoying lots of fuss and attention. Inga has sat with them and walked them for us and everything was fine with the dogs and we were more than happy to leave them with Inga knowing they were being well looked after.

About: I’ve always had a deep love for animals, having grown up surrounded by pets since childhood. Caring for them has always come naturally to me, and I treat every pet as if they were part of my own family. As a mom, I understand the patience, attention, and affection that both children and pets need, and I believe pets should be cared for with the same love and respect as we give to our kids. With me, your furry friend will feel safe, loved, and well cared for. Because I work part-time in the early mornings, I have plenty of free time during the day and throughout the week to dedicate to pet care. This flexible schedule allows me to give pets the attention, walks, playtime, and companionship they need without feeling rushed. I’m available for regular visits, drop-ins, or longer stays, and I enjoy making sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved while their owners are away.

He spent time in the garden and went for several walks. He was a happy pup when I collected him.

We cannot recommend Kim highly enough. This was Harley's first ever overnight stay away from us, so naturally we were quite nervous, especially as he is a very particular little dog with his own routines and quirks. From the moment we met them, they made us feel completely at ease. They took the time to understand Harley's routine, his fussy eating habits and his love of cuddles, and treated him as if he was one of their own. Throughout his stay they kept us updated with lovely messages and photos, which really reassured us that he was happy and settled. When we collected Harley he was calm, content and clearly very well looked after. It was obvious he had received so much love, attention and care. Knowing he was in such safe hands meant the world to us. We would not hesitate to leave Harley with Kim again and would recommend them to anyone looking for caring, attentive and genuinely lovely dog sitters. Thank you both so much for taking such wonderful care of our little boy.

Anoushka & Adam were fantastic with Jaxson! I could not have been happier and more comfortable leaving Jax with Anoushka & Adam. Both were welcoming and friendly with Jax! Jax loved playing with all the other dogs around, great balls of energy and Jax’s energy matched perfectly! They were playing together from the start; Anoushka & Adam made Jaxson feel extremely comfortable! He loved every moment with Anoushka & Adam and enjoyed spending time with all the other dogs! He slept like a baby and Anoushka & Adam spoilt Jaxson with long walks, comfortable sleeps and lots of play time! Furthermore, my flight back was cancelled late, Anoushka & Adam made me feel calm and were more than happy to keep Jaxson longer and cook him food so he didn’t feel like I was away. Thank you both so much! I couldn’t be happier! I’m definitely going to be rebooking with Anoushka & Adam and I’m sure Jaxson can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much Anoushka & Adam!
