About: Hi! My name is Gabby and I’m a newly qualified vet living in Hatfield. I love all animals and I’m very experienced working with and caring for dogs and cats. I’ve grown up with dogs and I have a very active 2 year old Labrador at home who loves long walks and playing with his ball! My flatmate at university has an elderly cocker spaniel who I’ve helped look after for 2 years so I’m comfortable looking after all sorts of dogs with different temperaments and needs. I’m also able to administer any medications your pet may need whilst you are away. I have variable availability during the week and weekends, although I may need to leave in the day for a couple of hours. I’m very happy to house sit for up to a week, and available for dog walking and doggy day care. I am very flexible for July and August and available for most weekdays and weekends with notice. I am able to dedicate the majority of the day to your pet and fit in to their needs. Having worked with dogs and cat for over 5 years, I have lots of experience with different temperaments of pets. I’m confident administering any medications that they may need and with give them however much exercise they require. I will try as best I can to make your pet comfortable in their own home and fit into their routine!

About: I’ve grown up around animals my whole life and have plenty experience in caring and looking after them. I’m confident with any breed of dogs and particularly with larger breed dogs and high energy dogs as I’ve had a Vizsla and German Shepherd’s in my family previously. So, I’m happy walking any dogs of any breed and temperament, including larger breeds and high energy breeds. I have walked multiple dogs together and so am confident to walk multiple dogs if you have more than one furry best friend! I have completed countless hours of training from training for puppies and adult dogs. So I’m happy to support with following any training routine you have. I have experience with puppies all the way through to senior dogs and so can support with walking, training, administering medication, feeding, bathing and of course lots of play time and cuddles. I have flexible working and I can often work from home and so have plenty of time to walk or come round and play with your furry best friends. I can be flexible on the times of day’s I can visit/walk your dog during the week and have the most flexibility on the weekends. I will treat anyone’s home as if it’s my own. You know your pets best so I’ll work with you to follow any routines or instructions you have, for example, off lead or lead only walks and road safety.

About: Hi, we’re Kate and Andrew. We’re a husband-and-wife team who enjoy spending time with dogs and have helped friends and family with dog walking and pet care over the last couple of years. We’re happy to provide walks, fresh water, feeding, playtime, and plenty of fuss and attention during drop-in visits. We know how important it is to feel confident that your pet is being looked after while you’re out, and we’ll care for them as if they were our own. We’re reliable, friendly, and happy to keep you updated, so you can relax knowing your dog is in good hands. My routine is pretty consistent, which means I can offer reliable care that fits around your cat’s needs. I work an NHS 9–5 role and work from home twice a week, so I have flexibility during the day on those days, and I’m usually home in the evenings with my husband and our own cat, Autumn. I offer 1–2 visits a day depending on what’s needed, and I’m flexible with timing, especially in the evenings. Visits are usually around 10–20 minutes, but I always adjust depending on the cat and what the owner prefers — some cats just want a quick check-in, while others are happier with a bit of company, fuss, or play. I take my lead from the cat and what they’re comfortable with! I always make sure doors and windows are locked properly before I leave and I double-check everything so the home is secure. I’m respectful of people’s homes and will always follow any instructions given! If I notice anything not quite right with a cat, I’ll let the owner know straight away. I’ll stay with the cat, keep an eye on them, and if I’m still concerned I’ll contact their vet. In an emergency or if the vet is closed, I would take them to the nearest vet and keep the owner updated the whole time. I would never take a cat out of their home unless it was an emergency or I was asked to. I keep communication flexible depending on what the owner wants — some people like regular updates, photos and videos, others prefer fewer messages so they can relax, and I’m happy to adapt. I also respond pretty quickly so owners aren’t left worrying. My own cat is quite anxious and not used to other cats, so I really understand how important it is for cats to stay in their familiar environment and feel settled. Overall, my priority is always making sure each cat feels safe, calm, and well looked after in their own home.

About: I have taken care of dogs since very young. Starting with a family dog, a border collie, who we were lucky enough to have from a pup to 14! To now, I have a 3 year old vizlsa who I have had since 9weeks.. I have trained him since he was a tiny puppy and now have my very own Velcro dog! However if your fur baby prefers to be the only pet, I have my parents living local that love to take care of my Barney. I also look after friends dogs when they are away, these range in size and age from a 8 year old kelpie to a 2 year old cocker poo. I love dogs of all shapes and sizes, and will welcome them into my home like they are my own 🐶 I currently work as a serving firefighter, my shift pattern allows me a lot of time off. However each week is not the same for me, I work an 8 day rotation so each week is slightly different. Please feel free to message me with queries. I have a small securely fenced garden. I’ve got experience with all type of breeds having worked at a kennel for 3 years with full experience of grooming, feeding, administering medication and handling dogs of all sizes. I understand the need for enrichment and mental stimulation for dogs and I’m confident I can provide all and above the standard for any dog breed. I can do dental cleans and basic nail clips and grooming if dog is cooperative and I provide a clean environment as cleaning is my passion. I can accommodate any dog of any ages and behavioural issues as I’ve handled reactive dogs. I love walking there’s so much nature walks near me, I love a dog that loves water, I love river swimming or just paddling. I am fully flexible to work every day and any time. I do not provide dog sitting at my house however I have a fully fenced yard, two cats who have been around dogs and fully accustomed, they tend to stay away from dogs but have two doggy friends a westie x a Bichon x and a cockapoo pup.
