About: Hi, I’m Hayley! I am 28 years old and live in Enfield. I started using rover during my undergraduate degree in Canterbury and continued while studying for my Masters degree in Social Anthropology at SOAS. I have professional experience volunteering with dogs at a dog shelter in Thailand, along with doing multiple other volunteering jobs with elephants, sea turtles and children! I have been using DogBuddy/Rover for four years now, giving me opportunities to work with various breeds (Collies, Schnauzers, Cockapoos, Miniature Dachshunds, Staffs, Chihuahuas, Labradors, Weimaraner's, Golden Retrievers, Rottweilers, Beagles and rescues). The dogs I have looked after have been of varying sizes and temperaments, which has given me a lot of confidence adapting to different breeds. My home I live with my mum and 3 year old miniature dachshund named Penelope. We have a private fenced garden of a medium size. The living room and kitchen are of medium size. The dogs are allowed on the sofas and my bed. Your dog will spend most of their time with me at home, with the freedom to go in any room. They will typically sleep on the sofa, or wherever the dog feels most comfortable! I will take your dog on walks down the river Lea, over the marshes or the forest which are also less than 5 mins from my house. I usually take the dogs for a 0.5-1.5 hours walk depending on their exercise needs and will always use the walk tracker on the app. Why dog walking/boarding? I have been obsessed with dogs since I can remember. I had a wonderful miniature dachshund for 12 years, who was sadly put down 5 years ago. I adore dogs as they are great companions and I enjoy getting to know their unique personalities. Skills I am patient and empathetic, which is important when dealing with dogs, as it helps me to pick up on their mood and then understand how to address their needs. I am also highly active, so can keep up with most dogs. I consider myself to be organised and mature when it comes to work, as I always think of any potential problems and solve them ahead of time. So, you can trust that your dog will be safe with me! If you have any questions then please feel free to message me! I am currently on a break from my full-time job so will be able to give my full attention to your pup, along with my 3 year old miniature dachshund Penelope! I have varied experience with dogs. I have given medication in the past. Dog sat female dogs in heat. Looked after arthritic and elderly dogs, along with puppies as young as 10 weeks old who are still toilet training.

About: I have always had dogs around me as a child and I have a 2 year old dog myself, I love giving them the well deserved love and care as well as play time. I'm self employed so I will have plenty of time to play with your furry friends. It has always been a true passion of mine. About: I’ve been around animals and grown up with them all my life. I’ve had different breeds, big and small, so any dogs are not a problem, no matter how naughty. I currently work as a live in carer Wed 10am to Fri 10am so I am free for the rest of the week for any pet needs :) I will not be able to care for pets in my own home due to already having a hectic dog and 3 cats as well as family. But am more than happy to enforce any safety rules you have in your own home.

About: I have 2 dogs and 3 cats myself and love spending every day with them. I have had animals my whole life since growing up and they are very cared for. I currently work part time, I have plenty of spare hours and days to care and play with your animals, they have my best interest at heart. Our garden is fenced off with no gaps, we have 2 small friendly dogs and 3 cats to keep your animals very entertained and looked after.

Throughout the day, we ensure the dogs are comfortable, entertained, and well-cared for, with scheduled feeding times and ample outdoor breaks. Additionally, we make sure to provide companionship and attention to our pets, reinforcing any training or behavioral guidelines established by the owner(s). We have the lovely River Lee Country Park 10 min walking distance and always enjoy strolling there to stay active. We are available after 3:30 on weekdays and have full availability on weekends! :) We love to do pet sitting and would love to care for your pet! We strictly follow all the rules given to us by the owners! For example, if a dog doesn’t have good recall and the owner is not comfortable with having it off the lead, we never do that - instead we run around with them and make sure they still get a great amount of exercise! :)
