“Lucia has looked after my current dog "Ruby" several time. Apart from the occasional walks she has also looked after her during a few holidays, some one week and some two weeks long. Ruby is now an older dog and during our summer holiday she looked after Ruby perfectly, making sure to feed the right amount of food and giving medication on time. You can see a shine in Lucia's eyes when she sees Ruby, she really loves dogs and she demonstrated experience handling our large dog with kindness but firmness. I recommend Lucia very much!”

“Ronan looked after my German shepard for 5 days whilst on holiday. He kept us up to date with how Finn was doing, times he was walked at, his demeanour etc. Ronan also made sure that Finn kept to his daily routine which included taking medication. Finn seemed to really take to Ronan in the videos he sent us, listening to recall and using the commands we gave him. All in all, made my holiday a bit more stress free.”

“Debbie was a fantastic cat-sitter for our cat, Tubbs. Despite Tubbs being very anxious and generally scared of strangers, Debbie’s patience with him paid off and we got lots of photos of him taking biscuits from her hand and eating plenty. About: I have been dog sitting on Rover for 2 years now and have looked after many dogs and cats, for drop-ins, walks, daycare, and overnight stays. I have had loads of lovely feedback so far and have a number of repeat pets! I am responsible and adaptable and am trusted by many to look after their animals for extended periods of up to two weeks. I love to walk, play, and chill with animals and I will always leave the house in a clean, safe, and secure state. I am currently an analyst at a cosmetics company, after graduating from Loughborough University in 2022 and working in financial services for 1.5 years. I have previously worked as a teaching assistant in a primary school for a year, taking care of, entertaining, and teaching young children so I know how to be responsible and safe, and I have a good knowledge of health and safety. I do not have specific experience with animals with extra needs like medication or illness, but I am always ready to learn and I am happy to set up a meeting before the booking to see if I am right for your needs. I am currently work full time with 2 days from home (normally Thursday and Friday), so I am available evenings and weekends, and on my work from home days (I will need a WiFi connection at your house in this case). If you need other days please get in touch as I have flexibility. I have a car so can transport myself and your animals to and from your home, to the park, and to a number of the lovely long walking trails around Enfield. I am responsible, have been trusted to unlock and lock homes and deal with alarm systems. I have worked in a primary school and volunteered in a day centre for blind and deaf adults with further disabilities, so I have been trusted around vulnerable. I am able to stick to a schedule, feed animals as instructed, and play with them until they are tired out. I am also able to take them on long walks but I normally prefer to keep dogs on the lead when out of their own home. I am unable to care for dogs and cats in my own home as I have an allergic family member, which is the reason I would love to help out other families with their animals. I am happy to provide copies of my ID and clear DBS check upon request. I am certified First Aid trained by St John’s ambulance (for humans :) ).

“Jack has grown up around dogs and is patient, caring and fun! He loves to be outside and walking the dog, either at a leisurely pace (if that’s what the dog wants) or much more energetically too (Jack runs marathons!). Jack looked after Molly for a week while we were on holiday and met all her needs, including company, cuddles, food, play and of course two walks a day. Jack is very conscientious and trustworthy. If he says he will do something he does and is always on time. I have no reservations about recommending Jack to walk your beloved dog. They might fall in love with him a bit, but that’s what you’d want I’m sure!”
