“Anna made us feel really comfortable. We were incredibly anxious about leaving our 9 week old puppy alone in the mornings but she met his before the day and gave us regular updates. We will definitely be contacting her again. She was super reassuring and even alerted us to a weed in our garden we didn't know was toxic. We've had a really easy week because of her and are super thankful.”
“Both cats were happy and chilled when we got home. Eva was very professional and considerate, even when an upsetting event occured. I would certainly recommend Eva & use her again in the future.”

About: I provide reliable, caring, and attentive pet care tailored to each dog’s needs. I grew up with dogs from a young age, so I understand their behaviour, body language, and how to make them feel safe and comfortable. What sets me apart is my patience and calm approach, especially with nervous, young, or senior dogs. I take the time to build trust and ensure each dog feels secure in my care. I have experience handling different temperaments, from energetic puppies to older dogs that need a gentler approach. My goal is to treat every dog as if they were my own, ensuring they are happy, safe, and well cared for at all times. About: I've always loved animals, and I've had cats and dogs most of my life. I volunteered at a pet shelter in Brazil, in which I learnt a lot about caring for cats and dogs. I've been looking after friends' and families' houses, cats and dogs for over two decades. I'm confident in taking care of pets, giving them lots of love, cuddles, playing with them, and also taking them outside and for a walk, as necessary. I have experience with pets with special needs, be it physical or mental disabilities. I'm also confident in giving them medication when necessary. I currently work as a programme coordinator at a charity and work remotely, which gives me plenty of time to care for your furry family members. I can keep up with their routine and keep them company. I find it important to make sure your pets maintain their routines. I respect the rules you set for them and make sure that their day-to-day is disturbed as little as possible. If they feel comfortable and safe, that makes me happy.

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life, growing up with breeds like Chow Chow, Golden Retriever, Samoyed, and Alaskan Malamute, and I currently care for my own Czech Wolfdog. This lifelong experience has given me a deep understanding of dogs’ unique needs and personalities. Additionally, I’ve worked closely with professional dog trainers, which has taught me how to read a dog’s behavior and proactively manage situations during walks to avoid potential triggers. Whether it’s providing companionship, ensuring safety, or catering to the specific needs of different breeds, I’m confident in offering top-notch care for your furry friends. I have extensive experience caring for medium and large-breed dogs, having raised several over the years, and I am currently living with a Czech Wolfdog and a maine coon. I work full-time from home, which allows me to provide plenty of attention, structure, and companionship throughout the day. We live in an excellent area with access to large parks and beautiful nature spots. I regularly take dogs out for long walks, hikes, and play sessions, whether by car or on foot. When we’re not exploring nearby parks, my spacious, fully fenced back garden offers a safe and enjoyable space for dogs to roam, relax, and play freely. Dog care is part of my everyday life — I truly enjoy spending time with them, helping them stay active, engaged, and happy. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets, whether it’s in my home or a pet owner’s home. I also communicate openly with pet owners, providing updates and following any specific care instructions they have. My goal is to build trust with both the pets and their owners, ensuring everyone feels confident and at ease.
“Rachel was excellent from start to finish. Great communication with picture updates at each visit. My confident cat got lots of fuss and my shy cat was given the space she needs. They were both very happy on our return! Thank you! ”

Amazing... from the first meet, anas aura about our cats was amazing. She has an amazing heart and super caring. Kept us in the loop all the time in our babies and was so kind, especially as our gizmo has started dementia. We really thank you ana for your care towards our fur babies!

We booked Ellen for a week of daily drop-ins for our cat, Tilly, and we couldn't be happier. Everyday, Ellen changed Tilly's water, gave her a wet food pouch, cleared her litter tray and played with her. Ellen was always very responsive, punctual and kept us up to date with photos. We'd be more than happy to have her cat sit again when we're next away. She has our highest recommendation.

Denisa did an amazing job and we couldn’t asked for a better sitter for our cat Taki. We were away abroad and it was such a peace of mind knowing that Taki was so well looked after. From daily visits, updates, video, photos and messages , everything was excellent!! It’s clear that Taki was loved, happy and comfortable ! Thank you so much for looking after Taki as he was your own cat 😊 Will definitely book Denisa again and we recommend her to everyone who might need a cat sitter that is trustworthy and genuinely caring to look after their pet.
Ayesha took care of Angel while we were away in Mauritius for 3 weeks! She sent us photos and videos of Angel after each visit. Angel was very well taken care of, even during the unexpected heatwave! She also went to the shop for us as the dry food was over. Angel has been very affectionate with her while we were away! We came back and Angel was happy and lively. We highly recommend Ayesha!🙌🏽
We are pleased to provide this reference for Amy, who cared for our two cats, while we were away. Amy was professional, reliable, and clearly experienced with animals. She ensured our cats were well cared for, handling feeding, litter maintenance, and giving them plenty of attention. Amy kept us updated with regular messages and photos, giving us peace of mind. When we returned, both cats were happy and relaxed. We highly recommend Amy to anyone seeking a trustworthy and caring cat sitter and would gladly use her services again.

I can’t explain how happy I was with Sophia! She was the best person to choose, she was caring and always listened to whatever I requested. She left everything sparkling clean and even watered my plants when the weather was crazy hot. I am so glad she was the person to take care of my house and my two babies. I hope she won’t move away so I can book with her in the future 🩷 all the best Sophia and thank you so so much once more 🩷

Lara was fantastic. She met us a few days before we needed her to cat sit for us to show the cats and the house system. She was in constant communication with us giving updates of my cats. She’s such a friendly person and my cats loved her. Can’t recommend her enough!
Iuliia is a lovely pet sitter who genuinely cares about animals - we left our two cats in her care. She was brilliant giving me regular updates and sharing videos. She also made the effort to clean the litter trays and keep the area tidy for when we returned. Thank you luliia x

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
