“Adam was a great connection between us , him and our dog. Adam came round and met our Tobi (dog) and made a connection straight away. After their bonding I knew I could trust Tobi with Adam. Adam picks Tobi up on time and they spend their time together walking and running around the local area. If youre looking for a trustworthy, reliable walker...look no further than Adam. 5/5”

About: Hi, I'm Susie 😊 Animals have been my one true passion ever since I can remember! My animal care journey started with guinea pigs and rabbits when I volunteered at a children's farm from 2016-2018. I adopted my own pair of guinea pigs from here and now have 4 girls of my own 🩷 I then volunteered with the National Animal Welfare trust, gaining experience with dogs and cats of all sizes and temperments. I worked with many animals with behavioural difficulties, health conditions and disabilities, which involved administering medication. I also learnt how to effectively train dogs and puppies through positive reinforcement during my time at NAWT. Unfortunately, volunteering was not allowed to continue during the pandemic, so I moved to providing private pet sitting, dog training and dog walking when it was allowed. My first client was an energetic field spaniel called Issy who you can see a picture of on my profile along with many of the other pets I've taken care of 🥰 At uni in Nottingham, I was ran the dog society and connected with many owners through organising group dog walks. I learnt so much about the different connections between pups and their owners and found this experience invaluable. I'm looking forward to loving more cats and dogs like family and am confident that I can guarantee the highest quality care 🐾 I am currently available to look after both cats and dogs in your own home and provide enriching local dog walks at all times. Please note that I don't drive but as long as you're accessible by bus and/or walk, I'm more than happy to make the journey 😊 I can look after your pets in your own home exactly as they are used to, for their maximum comfort. I am confident walking all breeds and following specific instructions tailored to your pets' individual needs.

I'm currently at home full time, so I'm able to provide your pet with lots of individual attention and care, which can be tailored to their individual needs. Toilet breaks and exercise can be as often as needed. Freshly prepared meals can also be prepared upon request. I have many nearby parks so exercise and toilet breaks are provided and easily available. I'm currently working from home so can provide attention and care for your pet on a regular basis. About: *DUE TO CURRENT HOT WEATHER, I can offer very early or very late walks to avoid the sunshine! 🐶🐾 Hello :-) I have always been a huge lover of pets from a very early age. Unfortunately, due to my Mother being allergic to dog hair, we were unable to keep dogs. On the plus side, she was not allergic to cat hair, so I grew up with cats, chickens, ducks and swans! (I lived in Cheshire in the countryside). As I was unable to have my own dog to cuddle, I have always jumped at the chance to dogsit. I advertised in the local area on Facebook and began to take dogs for small walks or stay over and dogsit overnight, including regularly looking after my best friend's dogs. Having moved to Watford and now unable to have pets in my home due to renting, I would love to get my daily animal hugs from giving lovely dogs some walks around the local parks. It will also help me get a better view of where I live and learn my surroundings, and what better way to do that with a pooch by your side! I work in Central London and I am very flexible in the sense of travel and times (I finish work around 16:00/16:30 Mon-Fri, but can 'work from home' regularly, including the whole week if needs be, should you need a sitter/walker in the daytime). I haven't had much experience with dog care as I didn't grow up with them, but I look after friend and family dogs regularly, and I am an experienced overnight stay cat sitter due to foster care over many years. If you need someone to walk your dog or to just give them some friendly company and hugs, then please get in touch. I am very happy to meet up beforehand so you can put a face to the name and discuss anything. I look forward to hearing from you, and for the animal cuddles!! Amy :-) My work is desk-based, and I can be very flexible in when I go into the office. I like to get out a couple of times a day for a walk (and to get away from my desk!) so this would fit in very well for dog walking especially. I also can work from your home (I just need WiFi, and a monitor is perferred but not essential!) to give your pet the true attention and company they deserve. I care for pets and people's home as I do my own. I treat it with repect, and ensure you come home to a clean home and a happy pet/s!

About: I've grown up with cats from a young age and currently have one at my family’s home. I also love dogs and have taken care of them (walking & feeding) for neighbours and friends over the last few years. I’m currently on a career break and just returned from a 3-month trip across South America. I’m looking forward to staying active during this period which means more time and flexibility to look after your furry friends. I can be flexible to take last-minute drop-in, feeding, and walking requests. As a cat-owner myself, I understand the importance of communicating updates, so I will make sure we are aligned on this to make sure you feel comfortable at all times!

About: I've had my own pup for just under a year and he is my entire world, I love going on walks with him, letting him explore nature and living his best life! I'm currently out of work, so I'm constantly looking to give as much love out to others as I receive from my pup! I have an enclosed garden space in the complex with only one entrance and exit that can be blocked off, I also have a pup of 1 year old that is a bundle of energy and fun!
About: Hi! We’re Sabina and Adriano — animal lovers, part-time ball throwers, full-time belly rub providers… and proud parents to the tiniest (and most supervised) member of our pack: our under-2-year-old daughter. Over the years, we’ve cared for many wonderful dogs — from energetic adventure seekers to champion sofa snugglers and everything in between. We have hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, personalities, and routines. Whether your pup is a social butterfly or a little shy at first, we take the time to understand their needs and make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. We’re happy to welcome dogs into our warm, family-friendly home, or visit them in their own familiar environment — whichever suits them best. Our goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible while you’re away. And about our daughter: she’s always carefully supervised. She’s growing up surrounded by animals and is already learning the most important rule of all — “gentle hands.” Here’s what we offer with every canine guest or visit: 🐾 Feeding & Fresh Water – We stick closely to your dog's usual routine, preferences, and dietary needs. 🚶 Walks & Exercise – Whether your dog loves long walks, gentle strolls, or playtime in the garden, we make sure they get the activity they need. 🎾 Playtime & Enrichment – Fetch, tug-of-war, puzzle toys, or simply chasing a favourite ball — we love keeping dogs happy and engaged. 🛋️ Cuddles & Companionship – From energetic play sessions to relaxing sofa snuggles, we provide plenty of attention, affection, and company. 💊 Medication & Special Care – If your dog needs medication or has specific care requirements, we're confident and experienced in following detailed instructions. 📸 Regular Updates – We know how much you miss your furry family member, so we'll keep you updated with photos, videos, and messages during their stay. We treat every dog as if they were our own — with kindness, patience, plenty of love, and the occasional "Who's the goodest dog?" conversation. Whether your pup stays with us or prefers care in their own home, you can relax knowing they'll be safe, happy, well cared for, and treated like part of the family until you're back. We can't wait to meet your four-legged best friend! Our lives have always revolved around furry friends — from teaching our dogs basic obedience and fun little tricks (yes, very dramatic spins and high-fives included), to cozy cuddle sessions and playful feather toys with our cats. Whether it’s daily walks rain or shine with our pups, or quiet sunbeam chasing with our kitties, being active and outdoors (or indoors!) with our four-legged pals is just part of who we are. Now, with our daughter in the mix, the family has grown! She’s on the move, happily crawling her way through life, and always closely supervised around our pets and guests. From day one, she’s been gently introduced to animals, and we’ve made it a priority to ensure every pet feels safe and comfortable around her. She’s naturally calm and gentle, and we’re guiding her to treat all creatures with kindness. “Gentle hands” is our family motto — right alongside “who’s a good dog?” and “who’s a fancy feline?”
“It’s clear my pup feels really comfortable with Julia even after just a couple walks. She’s really sweet with my shy girl and it’s clear she really cares about dogs! I feel very secure with my pup in her hands.”

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life, growing up with breeds like Chow Chow, Golden Retriever, Samoyed, and Alaskan Malamute, and I currently care for my own Czech Wolfdog. This lifelong experience has given me a deep understanding of dogs’ unique needs and personalities. Additionally, I’ve worked closely with professional dog trainers, which has taught me how to read a dog’s behavior and proactively manage situations during walks to avoid potential triggers. Whether it’s providing companionship, ensuring safety, or catering to the specific needs of different breeds, I’m confident in offering top-notch care for your furry friends. I have extensive experience caring for medium and large-breed dogs, having raised several over the years, and I am currently living with a Czech Wolfdog and a maine coon. I work full-time from home, which allows me to provide plenty of attention, structure, and companionship throughout the day. We live in an excellent area with access to large parks and beautiful nature spots. I regularly take dogs out for long walks, hikes, and play sessions, whether by car or on foot. When we’re not exploring nearby parks, my spacious, fully fenced back garden offers a safe and enjoyable space for dogs to roam, relax, and play freely. Dog care is part of my everyday life — I truly enjoy spending time with them, helping them stay active, engaged, and happy. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets, whether it’s in my home or a pet owner’s home. I create a calm and comfortable environment for the pets, ensuring they feel secure and happy at all times. I’m highly attentive to their needs, from maintaining regular feeding and walking schedules to keeping their surroundings clean and safe. During walks, I’m vigilant about their interactions with other animals and the environment, avoiding potential triggers and ensuring their safety on busy streets or parks. I also communicate openly with pet owners, providing updates and following any specific care instructions they have. My goal is to build trust with both the pets and their owners, ensuring everyone feels confident and at ease.
About: I've been a dog owner and in the position where I needed to leave my dogs with someone I trust that will provide the best care. So I know how you feel and make it my mission that every dog is happy and treated as the individual they are in my care. I've looked after dogs in people's homes, at my house, and had dogs stay for the day or need popping in to and walk whilst families are out at work or at family events. The most important part of any dog sitting job I undertake is knowing your dog and what you / the dog needs to be comfortable, if that means sleeping on our bed, no problem. If the dog prefers to have a bed / crate area, we can make that happen in a space you think they'll like. We are a family of 3 (unless you count the goldfish) and have a spacious house and garden. Although it can be loud at times (with a 6 year old), he is very aware of dogs, having lived with our 2 until mid 2025 when we lost our labrador. He knows not all dogs like extremely loud circumstances and he is an excellent ball thrower. Being a labrador and border collie owner, we are used to active dogs and their needs. However, more recently we've had many visits from a mini dachshund who has firmly made himself at home when he's with us. He requires less walks but more cuddles. Not a problem. We have looked after many dog needs in the last 15 years: Labrador(s), Border Collies, Greyhound, Tibetan Terrier, Yorkshire Terrier, Jack Russell(s), Bichon Frisé, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, German Shepherd including multiple cross breeds. I have experience volunteering for a specific sight hound rescue as well as the Animal Transport Network. I love dogs and now my 2 are no longer with us, both having reached nearly 16, it's time to get back to dogs, without having one of our own for a while. More than happy for a visit (essential prior to first booking) to meet your pooch. Thereafter, no problems. A typical day- Breakfast and morning walk Play before school School run with dog, if happy to come (not let unattended at all) Cuddles of sofa / sleep Lunch if required School run in afternoon Dinner & walk All timings based on what you require. On a weekend we are around in the house and tend to go out for a morning / afternoon walk, this might be a drive away. Could be a cafe stop (if your dog is happy with that) or we'll just stay local and walk to Cassiobury Park or down the canal. I currently work part time, 3 days a week but these hours at flexible and can be amended due to the personal requirements you have. I am available Friday afternoon through to Sunday evening. Mon/Weds nights or full weeks with notice to change work around your pets needs. I have a fenced garden, multiple parks and green spaces nearby. An active 6 year old who doesn't tire of playing ball or tuggy. Allowed on sofa, bed, a playroom with kids toys that can be penned off. I can work my day / work around you. If your dog is happy to be left up to 4 hours or not, I can fit in around you. We will walk a dog twice a day unless specified, cuddles if wanted, play, food schedule that you dictate and lots of general fuss.
About: I’ve always loved animals and grew up with cats while being around dogs a lot too. I’m a patient, calm, and caring person, and I genuinely enjoy making pets feel safe, happy, and comfortable. I’ve been doing dog boarding, dog sitting, and cat sitting for over 3 years, and have also regularly looked after my sister’s and dad’s dogs, so I’m very confident stepping in and keeping their routine consistent. I’m not able to have a pet of my own right now, which is why I love pet sitting, it’s something I truly enjoy. I’m also happy to help with small extras like watering plants or bringing in the mail! ☺️ I run my own business from home, which means I have a very flexible schedule and can give pets plenty of time, attention, and consistency throughout the day. On weekdays, I’m available for walks, drop-ins, or day care, and I can easily structure my work around a pet’s routine. On weekends, I’m even more flexible and can adapt entirely to the owner’s needs, whether that’s longer stays, full day care, or multiple visits. I also offer the option to work from the owner’s home, which is ideal for pets who prefer company throughout the day. I provide attentive, calm, and structured care that fits each pet’s personality and routine. I love being active, so dogs will enjoy regular walks (usually 30–45 minutes), along with playtime and mental stimulation throughout the day. On weekdays, I can offer up to three walks per day, and even more flexibility on weekends. At home or during visits, I make sure pets feel safe, relaxed, and well looked after. I keep environments clean and secure, and I stay in close communication with owners for updates and peace of mind. If anything unexpected happens, I’m happy to act quickly, including taking a pet to the vet if needed.
About: I've grown up caring for a wide range of pets such as dogs, cats, chinchillas, bunnies, fish, and I even once befriended a squirrel! Although I am not professionally trained I'm experienced in general care such as feeding, bathing, walking, and minimal grooming. I look forward to getting to know the personality of your gorgeous furbabies. I have a full time hybrid job 9-5 mon-fri but am happy to assist how I can in the hours I am free. I am happy to work with you to understand how to best keep your pets safe within their home environment. Anything I may not know or be aware of I will ask about and am happy to learn any techniques or routines that make you more comfortable to leave them in my care.
“We did a meet and greet with Anna to meet our dog, and he LOVED her. She’s very intuitive and has a lot of knowledge. She asked all the right questions about our boy, and we can’t wait to start repeat walks. Thanks so much Anna!”
