About: Hi, I'm Susie 😊 Animals have been my one true passion ever since I can remember! My animal care journey started with guinea pigs and rabbits when I volunteered at a children's farm from 2016-2018. I adopted my own pair of guinea pigs from here and now have 4 girls of my own 🩷 I then volunteered with the National Animal Welfare trust, gaining experience with dogs and cats of all sizes and temperments. I worked with many animals with behavioural difficulties, health conditions and disabilities, which involved administering medication. I also learnt how to effectively train dogs and puppies through positive reinforcement during my time at NAWT. Unfortunately, volunteering was not allowed to continue during the pandemic, so I moved to providing private pet sitting, dog training and dog walking when it was allowed. My first client was an energetic field spaniel called Issy who you can see a picture of on my profile along with many of the other pets I've taken care of 🥰 At uni in Nottingham, I was ran the dog society and connected with many owners through organising group dog walks. I learnt so much about the different connections between pups and their owners and found this experience invaluable. I'm looking forward to loving more cats and dogs like family and am confident that I can guarantee the highest quality care 🐾 I am currently available to look after both cats and dogs in your own home and provide enriching local dog walks at all times. Please note that I don't drive but as long as you're accessible by bus and/or walk, I'm more than happy to make the journey 😊 I can look after your pets in your own home exactly as they are used to, for their maximum comfort. I am confident walking all breeds and following specific instructions tailored to your pets' individual needs.

About: Living on a farm growing up, I have always been involved with the day to day care of pets and farm animals, so.looking after pets has been a lifestyle. I have a flat which is 10 minutes walk from many parks including the countryside, Munden Estate which includes Bricket wood and boasts 6 miles of footpaths and farmland. I'm currently at home full time, so I'm able to provide your pet with lots of individual attention and care, which can be tailored to their individual needs. Toilet breaks and exercise can be as often as needed. Freshly prepared meals can also be prepared upon request. I have many nearby parks so exercise and toilet breaks are provided and easily available. I'm currently working from home so can provide attention and care for your pet on a regular basis. About: I've been around pets since I was a kid, we always had rabbits and cats. Now I love nothing more than taking my dog out for a long walk then snuggling up with her on the sofa. Animals are such great companions to every member of the family. Homes don't feel complete without them! I currently work part time from home which is very flexible for visiting your furry friend for fusses and feeding! I'm equally happy with visiting dogs and cats. At present I cannot offer the service of accommodating pets at my home however I am more than happy to come to you to look after or feed yours.

About: I have experience with dogs & am half a unit away from completing my Dog care, behaviour & welfare course through Animal Jobs Direct Ltd which I am planning to complete by end February 2026. After taking one year out I am now looking to re open my dog walking and sitting business in a new setting, I will be potentially be working part time to start then increase the days as my booking start to build. but I will be offering morning, afternoon and evening walks as well as 30 minute or 1 hour drop in sessions 3 days a week From end of February 2026 as well as overnight bookings. I was dog walking twice a week at various parks in Bushey and Watford, and three times in 2024 I did a 4 night holiday care at my parents home. I plan to use my own space from March 2026.

About: I've always loved animals so much and they've always been part of my life! I had cats at home when I was younger and always been around dogs too.  I am very patient and kind to all little creatures! I have pet sitted my sister's dog for years and also took care of my dad's dog when he had to go abroad.  I cannot afford having a pet at home at the moment so I would love to take care of someone's! I will be happy to also water plants and bring in the mail. On weekdays, I am available all day as I can either work from home or take the pet to my office which is super pet friendly! 

On weekends I can make myself available at any time to suit the owner’s needs. 

During home visits, I can stay a few hours if needed, depending on the owner’s needs and time of the day (between 1-2 hours in the morning and 3-4 hours in
the afternoon on a weekday) and the whole day if needed on Saturday/Sunday.

 I can also work from the owner’s home for two days (doesn’t have to be in a row) if needed. I love walking so I will be able to walk a dog between 30-45min. 

 

On weekdays, I will be able to offer three walks per day (if not staying at the owner’s) and at weekends I can offer 3 or 4 walks if needed. Pet safety is my top priority so I will make sure the environment is clean and safe and I will inform the owner if there is any issue with the pet or the home. In case of sickness, I am happy to take the pet to the vet if the owner cannot come back straightaway.

About: I grew up with various types of dogs as pets, both males and females, so quite aware and conscious of their potential needs. I also have a lot of friends with pets (cats and dogs alike) and very often pet sit for them whilst they have other commitments or are travelling. I work full time from Monday to Fridays, 9-5pm, but I have a very flexible job which allows me to WFH and flex my hours based on outside of work commitments. My weekends are usually quiet, spent seeing friends in the local area / neighbourhood, going for walks etc. I have a car so I am able to offer to pick up / drop off a pet. I live in a 3-bed flat and therefore there is plenty of space. I live a 20 min walk from Cassiobury park so more than able to walk the dogs as often as needed. I am happy to accommodate and purchase / provide and equipment that may be needed.

About: I have been dog-sitting friends dogs for the past four years, but am no longer needed. I have looked after French Bulldogs and a Golden Retriever. Through Rover I have looked after labradoodle, cocker spaniel and a rat terrier. Not all at once! I work from home full time. Mostly my job is quite relaxed and I have the time to play / toilet breaks and a lunch time walk. My home is very safe and secure. We have a garden which is enclosed. Dogs are allowed on the sofa, it is a happy home!

About: I've been passionate about dogs for a very long time and welcome all new dogs as family :) I have had over 11 dogs of my own in my lifetime and looks after a few regularly. It's more like a home and chill situation for the dog rather than mean kennels and dry food. Please feel free to contact me and we can get this sorted :-). Your dog will feel right at home and will be well looked after, which will leave you completely stress-free and satisfied. You will come home to a happy and cuddly dog, rather than sad and distressed like those left at overnight stays with lots of other unfriendly dogs. Be rest assured, as I like to dedicate my full attention to the pets. My own doggos are at home with my parents and I now live in London so it quite hard without them as I miss them very much. I will look after your doggo, like I look after my coco :-) Fully available 24/7 as per calendar. Please feel free to message me for more information or dates and times. Your dog will be very happy :) I care for the dogs as per the bonus requirements and nothing is done ad hoc. I always message the owners even before giving a treat which is not given by the owners just for the health and safety of the dog. Also make sure that the dogs are always on a leash when outdoors even if they are used to being of one. In the home garden it’s completely fine to be off the leash as it’s fully secure I wfh and am always around the dogs. They are never left alone for more than 20 mins ever and never ever in the same room if more than 1 pet is there. You will also receive regular photos, videos and can request for FaceTime and video calls with the pets :) I make sure that the dog is comfortable with me first. I take it at a very calm pace. At my house I let them sniff and smell and use my voice to guide them. I place their bed and toys in one area so that they can associate it as home. I have 2 encloses yards so they get unlimited toilet breaks in addition to their long walks.

About: My partner and I have been around dogs our entire lives. His mum is a dog breeder, so he's accustomed to having up to 10 dogs at a time. I grew up with a fluffy companion of my own and have been around various breeds for as long as I can remember. We’re both passionate about animals and dog care, loving every moment spent playing, walking, and cuddling them—treating them like the royalty they are. With around 12 years of experience caring for our own pets and three years of hands-on experience with breeding and looking after other dogs, we’re well-equipped to provide loving and attentive care. We are available to look after dogs Mondays, Tuesdays , Fridays , Saturdays and Sundays. We work in the office the remaining days although this can be flexible- perfect for providing plenty of attention and care while we’re home. We live next to a huge park, and have a balcony! Happy to take the dog on many walks and we have grass in front of the apartment in case they need the toilet.
