“This is the second time Max has stayed with Sabina and Adriano, he came home very happy and we felt very comfortable leaving him with them. They are great at sending updates. When Max saw again he was very excited to be with them which speaks volumes for how great they are!”

“Boden felt right at home with Izabela and her family. She was gentle and caring, introduced him to other dogs slowly, and even let him sleep in the bed. Great communication too. We would definitely use her again!”

“Thank you for taking on the dogs with short notice and have looked after them with such great care and love. I am so pleased to have found Abigail who could tolerate and accept the mischievous character of my two beagles and she has spent time trying to understand their routine, habits, likes and dislikes and accommodate them. Would use Abigail again!”

“Big thank you to Sammi and her boyfriend! She looked after Honey so well — she came home incredibly happy and relaxed. It’s clear she was given lots of love, playtime, and plenty of walks. “Ezra thoroughly enjoyed his stay with Mina, who quickly made him feel at home and treated him to some lovely walks. Mina also provided frequent updates, including pictures and videos, which really put our minds at ease.”

“If I (or Max) could give more than 5 stars we would. This was the second time Danielle has had Max and she was absolutely fantastic, going over and beyond. Updates every day, loads of care and affection, the list is endless. Max feels right at home and you can ensure to have a piece of mind and guarantee your dog is in safe hands. Danielle isn’t just any sitter, she’s the best! Thank you so, so much.”

About: Hi, I’m Andrew, I really love spending time with dogs and was a co-dogparent with my partner to two adopted ex-racing greyhounds for over 10 years. Since then we have enjoyed spending time walking other peoples’ dogs and having them stay with us in the house. I work from home most of the time and am always present when boarding, perhaps going out briefly once a day on errands. My partner is often home and loves dogs, so double attention and interaction for our guests at those times! In our house there are lots of soft places for dogs to enjoy. Our garden is fully secure and available for guests to explore at their convenience. We have no children or pets of our own. During boarding times, our guests are our top priority and we are diligent in catering to individual needs.
“I highly recommend Katarzyna. We booked 12 days boarding for our dog, Chaise and from the moment we met Katarzyna and her daughter on an initial visit we knew we had found the right people. Their love for, and natural easiness and experience around dogs was evident. Chaise took to them immediately. Katarzyna kept in touch with photos and updates which was so lovely. We could see that Chaise was being very well looked after, cared for and was made to feel very comfortable in their home. Katarzyna and her daughter would be my first choice to look after Chaise again and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Lovely couple and home, Stanley seemed very comfortable there. Kept us updated with a lovely photo every day and were super accommodating to our timings - I'm sure Stanley will be back!”

“Zahra, thank you for being so lovely and for looking after my little Tink. Really quick to respond on all communication and i received updates and pictures so I knew she was in good hands. Hope to use you again soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“All went well. I was very anxious leaving Snoopy with a new person. Robin took charge and all went well. Robin kept me posted. I definitely want to use Robin again....that's if he will take on Snoopy again. Thank you. A great service.”

“I cannot thank Ana enough for all her kindness and care for our MoLi. We were very nervous leaving her (first time we travel since we adopted her) and right from the start Ana was reassuring us, asking lots of questions and making sure she understood MoLi’s needs. We got lots of updates and photos while we were away, and you could really tell how Ana took the time to play and cuddle MoLi on every visit, making sure she had everything she needed. I would whole heartedly recommend her.”

“Sabina took great care of our cat while we were away for a week. She made sure the cat was fed, watered and litter changed. She made sure the cat got cuddles and exercise which was important because our cat is very social. Sabina sent photos and videos, keeping us updated on every visit. She followed instructions about the house, making sure doors were locked and even watered the plants, took out the bins and topped up the litter tray. We came home to a very happy cat indeed. Thank you so much, Sabina!”

“Both cats were happy and chilled when we got home. Eva was very professional and considerate, even when an upsetting event occured. I would certainly recommend Eva & use her again in the future.”

About: I’ve had my cat for 14 years & have taken great care of her. My family & friends have relied on me for drop in visits for their pets when they’re on holiday. This includes feeding, cleaning the litter tray, giving company and playtime. I’ve got experience in all ages, with the youngest I looked after was only 1 where I also took her to a vet visit!

“Cecilia took the time to get to know my cats and understand their individual personalities and needs, which I really appreciated. Her experience with senior cats was especially reassuring. She was organised throughout and kept me updated with videos, photos, and thoughtful questions, which made me feel at ease while I was away. Thank you, Cecilia!”

“Second time we used Sarahs services for our challenging cat, and she really makes it seem easy. Kept us updated with detailed reports and pics, Sarah will gets it and meant we could enjoy our holiday knowing our cat is reliably looked after by someone who really understands all types of cats. Thanks again!”

“Would definitely recommend Susie! She is such a lovely lady who provided me with lots of updates of Simba throughout the day and left me reassured that he was being properly looked after and also having the best time with her”

About: I've grown up with cats from a young age and currently have one at my family’s home. I also love dogs and have taken care of them (walking & feeding) for neighbours and friends over the last few years. I’m currently on a career break and just returned from a 3-month trip across South America. I’m looking forward to staying active during this period which means more time and flexibility to look after your furry friends. About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life, growing up with breeds like Chow Chow, Golden Retriever, Samoyed, and Alaskan Malamute, and I currently care for my own Czech Wolfdog. This lifelong experience has given me a deep understanding of dogs’ unique needs and personalities. Additionally, I’ve worked closely with professional dog trainers, which has taught me how to read a dog’s behavior and proactively manage situations during walks to avoid potential triggers. Whether it’s providing companionship, ensuring safety, or catering to the specific needs of different breeds, I’m confident in offering top-notch care for your furry friends. I have extensive experience caring for medium and large-breed dogs, having raised several over the years, and I am currently living with a Czech Wolfdog and a maine coon. I work full-time from home, which allows me to provide plenty of attention, structure, and companionship throughout the day. We live in an excellent area with access to large parks and beautiful nature spots. I regularly take dogs out for long walks, hikes, and play sessions, whether by car or on foot. When we’re not exploring nearby parks, my spacious, fully fenced back garden offers a safe and enjoyable space for dogs to roam, relax, and play freely. Dog care is part of my everyday life — I truly enjoy spending time with them, helping them stay active, engaged, and happy. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets, whether it’s in my home or a pet owner’s home. I create a calm and comfortable environment for the pets, ensuring they feel secure and happy at all times. I’m highly attentive to their needs, from maintaining regular feeding and walking schedules to keeping their surroundings clean and safe. During walks, I’m vigilant about their interactions with other animals and the environment, avoiding potential triggers and ensuring their safety on busy streets or parks. I also communicate openly with pet owners, providing updates and following any specific care instructions they have. My goal is to build trust with both the pets and their owners, ensuring everyone feels confident and at ease.
“First time using Rover.com for a cat sitter, and if Chloe is anything to go by, I'll do it again. Chloe was a lovely person and perfect for combining looking after our cats with house-sitting. Both cats were relaxed in their known surroundings, and enjoyed having human company (although it wasn't their usual humans). Chloe sent me regular photos of the cats happy at home, which was a great comfort to know while abroad. The house was left as it was when we left, and Chloe even stripped the spare bed before leaving, which was a lovely surprise to return to. If we need an in-house cat sitter in the future, I'd gladly ask Chloe again.”

“This is our first time using cat in a flat. Sarah is lovely, kind and gentle. She is knowledgeable about cats and nothing was too much trouble, e.g putting a cream on Milo. She was reliable and sent daily updates and pictures, great communication, really putting us at ease while we were away. Thanks so much Sarah! Would recommend!! ”

“Our 6-month cockapoo Benji has been going to Eva and Shayan on a weekly basis for almost 4 months now. They’ve been absolutely amazing as Benji goes through his journey as a puppy of learning the world and himself. They send us lots of updates throughout his daycare and it’s very clear he has the best time ever!! We will continue to use them for the foreseeable and would recommend them to anyone! ⭐️🐕🐾”

She treated Yoshi like her own Kinnie, which resulted in Yoshi giving Siobhan kisses - which he NEVER does! A high compliment from Yoshi himself!”

“Iuliia took wonderful care of Harvey. He was nervous at drop-off but she handled it wonderfully and settled him in very quickly. She gave him a day full of fun and shared more photos and videos than any other Rover sitter we’ve used - we loved it. He has come home sleepy, calm and happy. Iuliia is clearly very experienced with dogs and we would 100% trust her again to look after our boy. Thanks Iuliia!”

“Taniya is a true dog lover and comes across as a very kind and gentle soul. She took Otis in for the day and he had a wonderful time. Although he can be pretty full on and doesn't know when to stop (especially when there's a ball available), she took all of that in her stride. From what we could tell, Taniya truly spoiled him with lots of cuddles, play time, and more than 1 trip to the park. Otis barely wanted to interact with us when he got home - he was either too tired after all of his fun with Taniya, or he'd had a taste of the good life and didn't want it to end! We'd love to use Taniya again for future daycare needs as everything went smoothly and she was a great fit for our dog.”

About: I have had dogs from the age of 10 from pugs to beagles. I LOVE DOGS, but being by myself makes it tricky to commit to getting my own. Since living alone I really missed having a dogs around, so I started dog sitting - the perfect balance of my having the company without the long term responsibility. I love having dogs around for companionship, and also gives me a great excuse to go my local park which is beautiful. I promise to be a great foster dog mum, as I give your pet the time and attention they need. Its also important to me to build trust and relationship with you as an owner to ensure I meet your dogs requirements and routine so you are happy with the care I give them. I work from home 3 times a week (some times more - my work is very flexile), and also have some weekends free. At home I have an office in my garden (which has a dog bed set up under my desk so the dogs are never shut away on their own) , and a large park 5 mins walk from my flat, which has worked great while dog sitting. My flat is a good size for small to medium size dogs. I ensure they get plenty of walks, but I also have a fenced off garden for quick bathroom breaks. My flat is at the back of the building and the garden is only accessible by security coded gate but I also have a 6 foot locked gate - so very secure and safe. I love cuddles so I am happy for doggies to share my sofa and my bed, unless their routine is their own bed/crate which of course will always go with owner and dog's preference. Additional security is my flat door entrance has multiple doors to get to, and I never leave door ajar or open so no chance of wandering dogs or people accidentally letting them out.

“Adam was a great connection between us , him and our dog. Adam came round and met our Tobi (dog) and made a connection straight away. After their bonding I knew I could trust Tobi with Adam. Adam picks Tobi up on time and they spend their time together walking and running around the local area. If youre looking for a trustworthy, reliable walker...look no further than Adam. 5/5”

About: Hi, I'm Susie 😊 Animals have been my one true passion ever since I can remember! My animal care journey started with guinea pigs and rabbits when I volunteered at a children's farm from 2016-2018. I adopted my own pair of guinea pigs from here and now have 4 girls of my own 🩷 I then volunteered with the National Animal Welfare trust, gaining experience with dogs and cats of all sizes and temperments. I worked with many animals with behavioural difficulties, health conditions and disabilities, which involved administering medication. I also learnt how to effectively train dogs and puppies through positive reinforcement during my time at NAWT. Unfortunately, volunteering was not allowed to continue during the pandemic, so I moved to providing private pet sitting, dog training and dog walking when it was allowed. My first client was an energetic field spaniel called Issy who you can see a picture of on my profile along with many of the other pets I've taken care of 🥰 At uni in Nottingham, I was ran the dog society and connected with many owners through organising group dog walks. I learnt so much about the different connections between pups and their owners and found this experience invaluable. I'm looking forward to loving more cats and dogs like family and am confident that I can guarantee the highest quality care 🐾 I am currently available to look after both cats and dogs in your own home and provide enriching local dog walks at all times. Please note that I don't drive but as long as you're accessible by bus and/or walk, I'm more than happy to make the journey 😊 I can look after your pets in your own home exactly as they are used to, for their maximum comfort. I am confident walking all breeds and following specific instructions tailored to your pets' individual needs.
About: *DUE TO CURRENT HOT WEATHER, I can offer very early or very late walks to avoid the sunshine! 🐶🐾 Hello :-) I have always been a huge lover of pets from a very early age. Unfortunately, due to my Mother being allergic to dog hair, we were unable to keep dogs. On the plus side, she was not allergic to cat hair, so I grew up with cats, chickens, ducks and swans! (I lived in Cheshire in the countryside). As I was unable to have my own dog to cuddle, I have always jumped at the chance to dogsit. I advertised in the local area on Facebook and began to take dogs for small walks or stay over and dogsit overnight, including regularly looking after my best friend's dogs. Having moved to Watford and now unable to have pets in my home due to renting, I would love to get my daily animal hugs from giving lovely dogs some walks around the local parks. It will also help me get a better view of where I live and learn my surroundings, and what better way to do that with a pooch by your side! I work in Central London and I am very flexible in the sense of travel and times (I finish work around 16:00/16:30 Mon-Fri, but can 'work from home' regularly, including the whole week if needs be, should you need a sitter/walker in the daytime). I haven't had much experience with dog care as I didn't grow up with them, but I look after friend and family dogs regularly, and I am an experienced overnight stay cat sitter due to foster care over many years. If you need someone to walk your dog or to just give them some friendly company and hugs, then please get in touch. I am very happy to meet up beforehand so you can put a face to the name and discuss anything. I look forward to hearing from you, and for the animal cuddles!! Amy :-) My work is desk-based, and I can be very flexible in when I go into the office. I like to get out a couple of times a day for a walk (and to get away from my desk!) so this would fit in very well for dog walking especially. I also can work from your home (I just need WiFi, and a monitor is perferred but not essential!) to give your pet the true attention and company they deserve. I care for pets and people's home as I do my own. I treat it with repect, and ensure you come home to a clean home and a happy pet/s!

Toilet breaks and exercise can be as often as needed. Freshly prepared meals can also be prepared upon request. I have many nearby parks so exercise and toilet breaks are provided and easily available. I'm currently working from home so can provide attention and care for your pet on a regular basis. Exercise and toilet breaks are readily available. Meals can be freshly prepared on request. About: Hi! We’re Sabina and Adriano — animal lovers, part-time ball throwers, full-time belly rub providers… and proud parents to the tiniest (and most supervised) member of our pack: our under-2-year-old daughter. Over the years, we’ve cared for many wonderful dogs — from energetic adventure seekers to champion sofa snugglers and everything in between. We have hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, personalities, and routines. Whether your pup is a social butterfly or a little shy at first, we take the time to understand their needs and make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. We’re happy to welcome dogs into our warm, family-friendly home, or visit them in their own familiar environment — whichever suits them best. Our goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible while you’re away. And about our daughter: she’s always carefully supervised. She’s growing up surrounded by animals and is already learning the most important rule of all — “gentle hands.” Here’s what we offer with every canine guest or visit: 🐾 Feeding & Fresh Water – We stick closely to your dog's usual routine, preferences, and dietary needs. 🚶 Walks & Exercise – Whether your dog loves long walks, gentle strolls, or playtime in the garden, we make sure they get the activity they need. 🎾 Playtime & Enrichment – Fetch, tug-of-war, puzzle toys, or simply chasing a favourite ball — we love keeping dogs happy and engaged. 🛋️ Cuddles & Companionship – From energetic play sessions to relaxing sofa snuggles, we provide plenty of attention, affection, and company. 💊 Medication & Special Care – If your dog needs medication or has specific care requirements, we're confident and experienced in following detailed instructions. 📸 Regular Updates – We know how much you miss your furry family member, so we'll keep you updated with photos, videos, and messages during their stay. We treat every dog as if they were our own — with kindness, patience, plenty of love, and the occasional "Who's the goodest dog?" conversation. Whether your pup stays with us or prefers care in their own home, you can relax knowing they'll be safe, happy, well cared for, and treated like part of the family until you're back. We can't wait to meet your four-legged best friend! Our lives have always revolved around furry friends — from teaching our dogs basic obedience and fun little tricks (yes, very dramatic spins and high-fives included), to cozy cuddle sessions and playful feather toys with our cats. Whether it’s daily walks rain or shine with our pups, or quiet sunbeam chasing with our kitties, being active and outdoors (or indoors!) with our four-legged pals is just part of who we are. Now, with our daughter in the mix, the family has grown! She’s on the move, happily crawling her way through life, and always closely supervised around our pets and guests. From day one, she’s been gently introduced to animals, and we’ve made it a priority to ensure every pet feels safe and comfortable around her. She’s naturally calm and gentle, and we’re guiding her to treat all creatures with kindness. “Gentle hands” is our family motto — right alongside “who’s a good dog?” and “who’s a fancy feline?”
About: I’ve always loved animals and grew up with cats while being around dogs a lot too. I’m a patient, calm, and caring person, and I genuinely enjoy making pets feel safe, happy, and comfortable. I’ve been doing dog boarding, dog sitting, and cat sitting for over 3 years, and have also regularly looked after my sister’s and dad’s dogs, so I’m very confident stepping in and keeping their routine consistent. I’m not able to have a pet of my own right now, which is why I love pet sitting, it’s something I truly enjoy. I’m also happy to help with small extras like watering plants or bringing in the mail! ☺️ I run my own business from home, which means I have a very flexible schedule and can give pets plenty of time, attention, and consistency throughout the day. On weekdays, I’m available for walks, drop-ins, or day care, and I can easily structure my work around a pet’s routine. On weekends, I’m even more flexible and can adapt entirely to the owner’s needs, whether that’s longer stays, full day care, or multiple visits. I also offer the option to work from the owner’s home, which is ideal for pets who prefer company throughout the day. I provide attentive, calm, and structured care that fits each pet’s personality and routine. I love being active, so dogs will enjoy regular walks (usually 30–45 minutes), along with playtime and mental stimulation throughout the day. On weekdays, I can offer up to three walks per day, and even more flexibility on weekends. At home or during visits, I make sure pets feel safe, relaxed, and well looked after. I keep environments clean and secure, and I stay in close communication with owners for updates and peace of mind. If anything unexpected happens, I’m happy to act quickly, including taking a pet to the vet if needed.
About: I've been a dog owner and in the position where I needed to leave my dogs with someone I trust that will provide the best care. So I know how you feel and make it my mission that every dog is happy and treated as the individual they are in my care. I've looked after dogs in people's homes, at my house, and had dogs stay for the day or need popping in to and walk whilst families are out at work or at family events. The most important part of any dog sitting job I undertake is knowing your dog and what you / the dog needs to be comfortable, if that means sleeping on our bed, no problem. If the dog prefers to have a bed / crate area, we can make that happen in a space you think they'll like. We are a family of 3 (unless you count the goldfish) and have a spacious house and garden. Although it can be loud at times (with a 6 year old), he is very aware of dogs, having lived with our 2 until mid 2025 when we lost our labrador. He knows not all dogs like extremely loud circumstances and he is an excellent ball thrower. Being a labrador and border collie owner, we are used to active dogs and their needs. However, more recently we've had many visits from a mini dachshund who has firmly made himself at home when he's with us. He requires less walks but more cuddles. Not a problem. We have looked after many dog needs in the last 15 years: Labrador(s), Border Collies, Greyhound, Tibetan Terrier, Yorkshire Terrier, Jack Russell(s), Bichon Frisé, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, German Shepherd including multiple cross breeds. I have experience volunteering for a specific sight hound rescue as well as the Animal Transport Network. I love dogs and now my 2 are no longer with us, both having reached nearly 16, it's time to get back to dogs, without having one of our own for a while. More than happy for a visit (essential prior to first booking) to meet your pooch. Thereafter, no problems. A typical day- Breakfast and morning walk Play before school School run with dog, if happy to come (not let unattended at all) Cuddles of sofa / sleep Lunch if required School run in afternoon Dinner & walk All timings based on what you require. On a weekend we are around in the house and tend to go out for a morning / afternoon walk, this might be a drive away. Could be a cafe stop (if your dog is happy with that) or we'll just stay local and walk to Cassiobury Park or down the canal. I currently work part time, 3 days a week but these hours at flexible and can be amended due to the personal requirements you have. I am available Friday afternoon through to Sunday evening. Mon/Weds nights or full weeks with notice to change work around your pets needs. I have a fenced garden, multiple parks and green spaces nearby. An active 6 year old who doesn't tire of playing ball or tuggy. Allowed on sofa, bed, a playroom with kids toys that can be penned off. I can work my day / work around you. If your dog is happy to be left up to 4 hours or not, I can fit in around you. We will walk a dog twice a day unless specified, cuddles if wanted, play, food schedule that you dictate and lots of general fuss.

About: I've had my own pup for just under a year and he is my entire world, I love going on walks with him, letting him explore nature and living his best life! I'm currently out of work, so I'm constantly looking to give as much love out to others as I receive from my pup! I have an enclosed garden space in the complex with only one entrance and exit that can be blocked off, I also have a pup of 1 year old that is a bundle of energy and fun!
“We did a meet and greet with Anna to meet our dog, and he LOVED her. She’s very intuitive and has a lot of knowledge. She asked all the right questions about our boy, and we can’t wait to start repeat walks. Thanks so much Anna!”

“Buddy recently had daycare and an overnight stay, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I loved receiving frequent updates, and it was clear he had a great time, especially spending time with Flossy. Buddy came home happy and relaxed. I would highly recommend!”

“Julia is absolutely incredible with my pup. She had her for almost 10 days and sent me daily videos and pictures and I can tell she loves her as if she were her own. I knew my baby was in excellent hands and having a fantastic time and I know in the future I can travel in peace knowing my princess will be taken care of with Julia”

“All went well. I was very anxious leaving Snoopy with a new person. Robin took charge and all went well. Robin kept me posted. I definitely want to use Robin again....that's if he will take on Snoopy again. Thank you. A great service.”

About: I’m a university student with a genuine love for dogs and have been looking after pets for family and friends for the past few years while being home from university. Whether your dog loves long walks or just having someone to nap next to, I’ll happily match their pace. I have a large, secure garden with plenty of space to run around, and your dog will get lots of attention and exercise throughout the day. I’ll also keep you updated with photos, so you can see exactly what they’re getting up to. Bonus: I can’t promise your dog won’t come home expecting five-star treatment and extra belly rubs - but I can promise they’ll be safe and treated like part of the family. I’m a University of Reading student, which means when I’m home I have plenty of time and energy to dedicate to your dog. Instead of spending my holidays binge-watching Netflix, I’d much rather be throwing tennis balls, going on walks, and convincing your dog that I’m their new best mate. I live in a detached family home with a large, secure fenced garden that’s perfect for games, cuddles or simply lying in the sun pretending to guard the house. I live with my parents and 13 year old sister, who are all huge dog lovers, so your pup will get plenty of attention.
“My furr Babies stayed for the first time and I've just picked them up and got them home and they're as happy as they always are. Chloe kept me posted with photos of walks and cuddles. Very happy with her care!!”

“We left Kalhua over the weekend with Jennifer, he went straight to her front door before we even knew which house to get to and made himself right at home! Jennifer’s home was lovely with open spaces and her family treated Kalhua like the little prince he is! She sent regular updates and pictures and we were left at ease knowing he was well looked after! He came home with a big smile, relaxed and looked like he had his own little holiday! We will definitely come back!”
