“Hugo was an excellent sitter for our two girls. He sent us some lovely photos and updates whilst we were away and we were very confident that the cats were happy and well cared for. Thank you Hugo! 😸”

“Sandra put my mind at ease! Freddy, my senior cat, has some additional needs. He requires oral medication and is very very affectionate so craves human interaction as much as possible, all of this meant I was very nervous leaving him but Sandra was so incredibly diligent that each day I was away, I was more relaxed than the last. She sent us lots of photos and listened to all our detailed instructions. Most importantly Freddy was really looked after, he seemed very happy and healthy when we returned. I will be rebooking for the next work trip. Thank you again!”
About: I’ve always had dogs and have grown up caring for them every day. I’m experienced with walking, feeding, brushing, and providing lots of attention and comfort. I’m confident giving medication and handling basic first aid when needed. I also have experience caring for special-needs dogs, seniors, and dogs recovering from surgery, and I understand the patience and gentle care they require. Your dog’s safety, routine, and happiness are always my top priorities. Pet care is my profession, not a side job. I welcome both advanced bookings and last-minute requests, and I’m committed to providing reliable, attentive care every time. I care for pets in their own home, where they feel safest and most relaxed. Safety, trust and consistency are my priorities when in your home. I’m DBS checked with personal liability insurance for complete peace of mind.
“We’ve been using Valerie for the past few months and I honestly couldn’t recommend her more highly. She has been absolutely amazing with our dog so reliable, caring, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. It’s such a comfort knowing your dog is in safe her hands. Communication was great. And our dog loved her!! We’re so grateful for all her help and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and kind dog sitter. Thank you so much again! 🐾”

About: Hi, I’m Hay – a lifelong animal lover with a gentle heart and a home full of love (and cat hair!). I’ve always had a special connection with animals, and caring for them brings me true joy. I currently have two rescue cats who have completely stolen my heart, and they’ve taught me so much about patience, trust, and unconditional love. I believe every animal deserves to feel safe, respected, and cared for—whether they’re playful and outgoing or quiet and shy. I’m kind, calm, and extremely patient, and I always take the time to understand each animal’s unique personality and needs. Spending time with animals is more than just a job for me—it’s something I genuinely love. Whether I’m feeding, cuddling, playing, or just sitting nearby to keep your pet company, I’ll treat them like family. Your pet’s happiness and comfort will always be my top priority. Pet care fits naturally into my routine—I work a steady job with predictable hours, so I’m able to plan drop-ins, feedings, and quality time around my schedule. Mornings, evenings, and weekends are especially flexible for me, and I genuinely enjoy spending that time caring for animals. It’s something I look forward to every day! While I don’t currently have space to care for pets in my own home, I focus on providing loving, attentive care in your pet’s familiar environment. I know how comforting it is for animals to stay in their own home, where their routines, smells, and favorite spots are all just right. Whether it’s feeding, playtime, walks, or quiet companionship, I make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I treat every home with respect and every pet like family.
“Absolutely wonderful & so kind. I felt so comfortable leaving my animals in Georgias care. She is on it but also really easy going. No stress, just lots of love. 10/10 recommend.”
“Anna is incredible. I was really nervous to leave my cat Annie, but Anna reassured me with constant updates and pictures. During the meet and greet, she had a list of questions and was really prepared which was great. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter. She’s fantastic!”

About: I have been an animal lover, for as long as I can remember. Growing up in a house with 4 small dogs and 4 cats. My partner and I now have 2 Gentle giants (Dobermans), who are my best friends. I am very caring and i will treat your furry family member as like my own, because I know how precious they are. I have experience with young puppy’s to elderly dogs that may need medical assistance, all of which all of which they will get the exact level of care I would expect of my own. No matter what your family is looking for, I would be delighted to provide my assistance giving the best, most loving care possible🐾🐈🐶 At the moment I am currently working part-time, I am looking to follow my passion! I am available every Wednesday, every other Tuesday Thursday and weekends. My main goal is to not only make your fur baby but you also feel at complete ease and I can guarantee I will care for your dog/cat as if they were my own.
“Winston had a great time with Katie. We got great updates from her everyday, including messages and cute pictures! Katie even went out of her way to buy some more food for Winston when we ran out! Highly recommend Katie to look after your loved ones, they will be in good hands! Thanks Katie😊”

About: I have done house and pet sitting for both cats, dogs and chickens in the UK. I have great experience caring for both elderly dogs and cats, as well as puppies and kittens. I'm also experienced in giving medication, both pills and injections. I've had pets myself all my life, so you can be assured your fur babies are in good hands. Plus, I always arrange to visit potential bookings at your home before confirming a booking, so we can both feel confident of a good fit, thereby putting my pet owners minds at rest. If you would like copies of testimonials or references, please message me, and I would be happy to share those, as in addition to Rover, I have successfully worked with other companies for many years. I work for myself, so I am extremely flexible, to fit most pet routines. I'm happy to fit into most pet owners schedules, to provide continuity of care. I offer a live-in care service for pets, in the pet owner's home. This way the pets can continue with their usual routine, without disruption. This is the ultimate solution for happy and healthy pets. Plus, there is the undoubted added security for your home, when someone is living in your home, whilst you are away. Lights being turned on and off, curtains being drawn, a car in the driveway and so on.
About: I’ve worked with dogs across the whole spectrum, from easygoing cuddlers to highly reactive, slightly more complex characters. I understand how to support nervous dogs, how to read body language, and how to create safe, positive experiences for every pup in my care. My own family has four reactive terriers, which is what first sparked my interest in canine behaviour and set me on the path I’m on today. Alongside my formal studies in Canine Behaviour, I currently shadow an experienced trainer and work in a day care alongside behaviourists and trainers throughout the week. This hands‑on environment has given me a deep understanding of socialisation, group dynamics, and how to manage a wide range of temperaments confidently and calmly. I bring that same knowledge into my pet care. I’ve trained dogs personally for years and often use house sits as an opportunity to reinforce good habits, build confidence, and help dogs feel understood. I love figuring out what makes each dog tick and getting to know their individual quirks - it’s genuinely one of the best parts of what I do. Whether your dog needs patience, structure, reassurance, or just a fun day out, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, supported, and happy while you’re away. I'm currently working in a day care tue-thu (there is an option for your pup to join me should your house sit fall over these days) and shadow training classes at the weekend. If this is something you (and your pup!) are open to, there are opportunities for them to join the class with me. Otherwise I enjoy long walks and hanging out at home! When I care for pets in their own home, I prioritise routine, comfort, and safety. I quickly get to know each pet’s needs - from feeding and walks to any quirks or triggers, and keep a calm, respectful presence so their environment stays clean, secure, and familiar. I’m fully insured and carry my own client intake forms, vet release, and terms & conditions, which outline my safety policies. For overnight stays, I treat your home with the same care I would my own and provide regular updates so you feel completely at ease while you’re away. My aim is always a smooth, stress‑free experience where your pet feels safe, understood, and happy in their own environment.
“Megan was absolutely brilliant! She took great care of our cat while we were away, and sent loads of great pictures of him on each of her visits. We will definitely be getting in touch again next time we need a sitter.”
About: I've been a dog lover my whole life... having 3 family dogs, including 2 rescues with more complex, anxious needs. I've had my parents anxious rescue for a month on 2 occasions and loved that time with him! I'm happiest around dogs and love that they get me outside. I volunteered at a rescue shelter in Thailand housing 500 dogs, caring for disabled dogs, helping to feed and water the dogs, walk dogs etc. In the past 2 years I've been entrusted with looking after lovely dogs from family and friends on multiple occasions, and am starting out on here but would love to take this role further :) I've got a car so can nip around to parks and houses with ease Let's chat if you need a walker/ sitter :) I have a flexible working schedule so should be available for most requests :) I'm hoping to build up this business so would love to find regular clients! But one offs are no problem too x I'll strive to make your dog as happy as possible! I'd like to chat with you about your dogs needs and we can figure out the best scenario for your pooch!
“Sheila was wonderful - she dropped by to meet my dog Ada ahead of the dog sitting appointment, and Ada instantly took a liking to her! Sheila kept me up to date when checking in on Ada, giving her her dinner and taking her for a walk. It was my first time hiring someone to look after Ada so I was a bit nervous about it, but Sheila put my mind at ease. I'll definitely book her again.”

We can't recommend Emma enough! Our cat sitter had fallen through the night before we were due to go away - I messaged Emma in a panic and within 30 minutes she was at the front door to meet our cat Ronnie & pick up the keys. Ronnie clearly loved her (the first pic we received was him happily sitting on her lap, and he can be a bit wary of strangers initially). She's professional and gave me total peace of mind that he was good hands. Our holiday was all the more relaxing, not having to wonder if Ron was okay.
