Your pet’s safety and happiness are my top priorities. Before every booking, I like to arrange a free meet and greet so we can get to know each other, discuss your pet’s routine, and make sure everyone feels comfortable. I’ll take the time to understand feeding schedules, exercise needs, medications, favourite toys, and anything else that helps your pet feel relaxed. I’ll also collect emergency contact and veterinary details so I’m fully prepared if they’re ever needed. While you’re away, I’ll care for your pet and your home with the same respect and attention I would my own.

Grace took care of our 2 cats whilst we were away. She regularly updated us with how they were, and also send us lots of photos. She kept in touch throughout, let us know when one of the cats had an upset tummy and kept an eye out for her. Having Grace mind the kitties definitely made our holiday more relaxing, knowing they were in good hands.
Grace helped us a few times with our cats. She took good care of them when we needed. She is responsive, reliable and great to work with.

Schedule
I work locally in Hertfordshire, so I’m able to fit pet care around my work schedule. I’m available for morning and evening visits during the week, with greater flexibility at weekends. If you’re unsure whether I can help, just send me a message—I always do my best to accommodate bookings wherever possible.

Please let me know about their personality, routine, medical conditions or medications, allergies, favourite toys, training commands, lead or recall requirements, and anything that might make them anxious or nervous. The more I know, the better I can tailor my care and make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable and happy.
