Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service. Before the booking, I provided very detailed written instructions on how I wanted my cats cared for, along with additional videos explaining the cleaning and litter routine. When I returned, the litter trays had not been cleaned and the litter had not been changed at all, despite me leaving three large bags of fresh litter. The kitchen surfaces and windowsill were also covered in cat hair, and overall the house had been left in a very messy condition. I appreciate that the cats were fed, and the food box was almost empty when I returned, but the other aspects of their care that I had specifically explained did not appear to have been carried out.
Mina was lovely. She was very gentle with Stella and took great care of her on her practice night away, before her real boarding experience.

Mina is wonderful with my Chihuahua, Bear. It makes very happy to know he is being loved and cared for when I’m out of town.
Mina was great! Extremely kind and loving towards my Pekingese boy whom I had never left with anyone! He seemed to really like Mina too!
