“Claudette is very friendly and you can tell she loves dogs. Great communication to keep us aware of what Milo was up to and flexible in changing timings as requirements change. Milo had a great time with Claudette.”

“Courtney was fantastic with my puppy, she listened to my instructions carefully and followed through with it all diligently, and provided my puppy with lots of love and attention, took her out for a walk, let her play in the garden, but also allowed her space and time to sleep cos she's only little. I got photos and mini updates throughout the day which was a really lovely touch and very reassuring. Exactly what I hoped for. Courtney provided a safe, happy and loving home, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would be delighted to bring my puppy back again soon and would not hesitate to recommend her.”

“Ash Really enjoyed his first time staying with Beccy. You can see by all the photo/video updates how much fun Ash was having and clearly how much Beccy cares and looks after dogs. Would highly recommend. Thanks again”

“Maggie stayed with Mirco for 2 weeks when we went on holiday and had an amazing time! The flat is very close to Victoria Park so there were loads of walks every day. Mirco was in regular contact while we were away, sending great pictures which reassured us that Maggie was happy. He even held a birthday celebration for her which was a lovely touch. All in all, a fantastic experience, Mirco was very caring and thoughtful and Maggie can't wait to visit again.”

“Hi Zsanett looked after my french bulldog for 2 nights 3 days during the heatwave I left her a copy of what his daily routine was during this time which she fully took on board. She was very accommodating with drop off and pick up times My french bulldog came back happy well looked after and reasonably tired Thank you Zsanett”

“Kate met us at the station and seemed great from the first minute. She sent us regular and consistent updates of how our dog (Roo) was settling in, and by all accounts she had a lovely time there, getting to know some other dogs and was really well treated. Well definitely recommend to use again. Thanks”

About: I’ve always loved animals and have experience caring for dogs of different sizes, ages, and personalities. I’m patient, responsible, and attentive to each pet’s needs, whether it’s feeding, walking, playing, or giving extra care to senior pets and puppies. I am currently working office hours at home from Monday to Friday. I wake up 7 am every mornings I usually drop off the kids at school 8:40 & collecting them at 15:20 Mondays to Fridays. Weekends I don’t work. Staying at home. I live nearby parks and green spaces. I life at ground floor house. I have a fenced garden. “To be honest, I have to say that Lulu took better care of Chico than I did, and Chico was very comfortable with her and her family. I have been using this app since 2022 and have worked with many sitters, but Lulu was the best in every way.”

“Had a great experience with Katie looking after Nigel for a few nights, she would give regular updates/pics to put any worries at ease and took particular care in making sure normal routines were followed and any special requests. Will definitely look to use again in future and would recommend.”

“I can’t recommend Evelyn enough! She took care of my dog, Johnny, while I was on vacation, and gave him the most loving and warm attention I could have hoped for. He truly became part of her family, enjoyed two walks every day, and was showered with care and affection. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. Johnny came back home clean, healthy, and happy—which says everything. I will absolutely use Evelyn services again and highly recommend her to everyone!”

“Grace is an absolutely fantastic dog boarder, and we couldn't recommend her more highly. She took wonderful care of Henry, keeping us updated throughout his stay with regular photos and messages, which gave us complete peace of mind. It was obvious from every update that he was happy, relaxed and genuinely cared for. Our family dog, Teddy, has also stayed with Grace and had exactly the same experience. She treats every dog as if they're her own. Grace is warm, caring, reliable and incredibly communicative. Knowing Henry and Teddy were in such capable hands meant we could completely relax while we were away. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will care for their dog and will definitely use her again.”

“Jade took time and trouble to get to know our cat and make sure he was comfortable with her. When she visited she stayed to play with him, give TLC and reassure him, as he isn’t used to being alone (his brother died recently). We could see from the pics she shared and his happy presentation when we got home that all was very good. Really appreciate her kindness and cat-centred approach, and hope she will come again!”

“Caroline does an amazing job of looking after our two kittens! She sends us lots of pictures and videos of them whilst we are away which is very reassuring. She is super reliable and follows all our instructions (which for two kittens are quite detailed!) Everything was in good order when we got back too. Thanks so much Caroline!”

“We’ve booked Roxanne a few times and will definitely keep booking her - she is always super reliable and nice to work with. Our cat is very skittish and spends most of her time hiding from strangers, but she eventually warmed up to Roxanne. Highly recommend!”

She was very professional, accomodating and flexible. The perfect cat-sitter for our Christmas holiday trip. We'll definitely be using her services again!”

“Having recently used Michelle to take care of our cat while we were away, I can wholeheartedly recommend their services. The daily updates and pictures gave us peace of mind, knowing that our pet was not just looked after, but also pampered and loved. We will definitely be using them again for future trips.”

About: I have owned pets since I was young so understand the responsibility of looking after an animal. I now have my sweet heart calico girl Ember who is an indoor cat which has been a great insight into providing good enrichment to make her life the best it can be. I have also looked after family and friend’s cats while they are away on holidays making sure they have plenty of playtime and nutritional treats.

“So happy to have found Maria. Her energy is calm which is perfect for my nervous cats. For once, they didn’t run away as they usually do with my previous cat sitter. Maria is brilliant - do book her if you get the chance!”

“We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely book again. Seryal did drop-in visits for 5 days and was reliable, communicative, and clearly great with cats. We received regular updates, which made it easy to relax while we were away. She also went above and beyond by keeping the house tidy during her visits, which was incredibly appreciated. Our pet was clearly well cared for, and everything was exactly as agreed. Highly recommend.”

About: Hi! I'm Katty, a genuine dog lover and proud owner of two friendly Toy Poodles, Mario and Ramón. They’re both three years old, playful, affectionate and love the company of other dogs. I live in North London (N11), near Coppetts Centre and the North Circular, in a spacious house with a fully secure private garden. I only care for a small number of dogs at a time, so every dog receives plenty of individual attention. I can't wait to meet you and your furry friend! I work from home full-time, so your dog will have company throughout the day and will never be left alone for long. I'm flexible with drop-off and pick-up times and can offer daycare, overnight stays and walks throughout the week. My two friendly Toy Poodles, Mario and Ramón, are well-socialised and enjoy the company of other dogs, but I'm happy to keep dogs separate if preferred.
“Our 4 month old cockapoo had a lovely time at Laura's place. He was taken care well and came back home happy!. It was also interesting for him to meet other dogs as it helped him socialize!. Laura promptly updates the day with pictures and is very good with her communication. We've left Max twice and both the times has been good!”

“Megan looked after Rocco for the first time and did a great job. She bonded with him quickly and picked up on his cues and routine straight away. He settled with her easily and came home happy and tired. Very easy communication and a smooth handover. I would happily book her again.”

About: Calm, experienced pet sitter with a lifelong love of dogs and cats. I grew up with a family dog for 13 years, which gave me a deep understanding of daily care, routine, and the bond pets build with their people. I’ve travelled across Australia caring for cats and dogs in a variety of homes, gaining hands-on pet sitting experience with different routines, personalities, and environments. I am training as a dog groomer and learning canine first aid, so safety, care, and attention to detail are always a priority. Most of all, I treat every pet as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, settled, and cared for while you’re away. I don’t have a clear schedule so please message and I will respond quickly and honestly so you can feel assured with your plans. In a pet owner’s home, I treat the space with full respect and keep things clean, tidy, and consistent so pets feel comfortable in their familiar surroundings. I take time to understand each pet’s personality, especially those who are shy, anxious, or need a gentler approach. I always follow each pet’s normal routine closely, including feeding times, walks, play, rest, and any specific instructions from the owner. I live with my parents (I’m 30, it is what it is) in a semi-detached house. Your fur babies will have access to the nice large, fenced garden, warm converted garage space and open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. We are an animal-loving family.
About: Firstly just to say I'm obsessed with dogs and joined Rover so I can be around them more! I'm lucky to have a Cavapoo (born: Dec 2019) and he is by far the best decision my family ever made! I'm very experienced with dogs as grew up with all types... my family, at various points, had an Old English Sheepdog, an Alsation, a standard Poodle and an Akita. Now I look after some of my friends dogs whenever they need help, whether it be for a few hours or a couple of weeks. Not much in life gives me more pleasure than having two or three dogs lying on me on the couch whilst watching TV or sleeping on the bed with us! Rest assured your dog will have a very loving 2nd home with us in a lovely house and being spoilt by a dog loving family! I run my own business and work from home in Whetstone whilst looking after my own Cavapoo too! I'm generally always around to help any day of the week :) I have a very happy, well-trained Cavapoo at home who has the freedom of the house! Our home is safe and secure and our garden is large and fully enclosed plus we have astro so no muddy footprints!
“Thank you Caroline for taking Peach on a lovely long walk and giving her a chance to go in all the muddy puddles (which she loves) and go duck watching! 😄 Seems like she had a great time”

“Roxanne was great taking my dog Maple for walks last week. She was available for a video call for a last minute booking, she communicated well and asked about Maple so she could provide for her needs. She kept me up to date and Maple seemed to enjoy spending time with her, I would definitely book again.”

About: Had a very cute cavapoo for 11.5 years who unfortunately passed away Well versed in all things dog sitting/walking Unfortunately can’t commit to owning my own dog at the moment but keen to make some new furry friends. Always have loved dogs. Sometimes prefer them to people 🙂 I’m in the office twice a week but at home the rest of the week. I love going out on walks on the weekend, particularly in big dog-loving parks like Hampstead Heath I am a friendly and trustworthy person. I’ve had my own dog and have looked after dogs for years. Will regularly take them out for toilet breaks and ensure safety on walks
About: I often dog sit for my mum and have been walking friends and family’s dogs since i was about 10. I also trained my mums dogs to sit, paw and roll over. I’ve just finished university and love dogs as well as staying active so dog walking/sitting fits perfectly into my lifestyle. I also love meeting new dog breeds and getting to know all of their personality’s. I have two dogs at home and have had dogs since I can remember, i’m confident with all breeds as i’ve been around big and small (used to have a staffy and now have a german spitz).

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and honestly can’t imagine life without them. I currently have four dogs of my own who are hundreds of miles away from me (yes, it’s my worst nightmare 😭), but thankfully they’re living their best lives being spoiled by my parents. Being around dogs for as long as I can remember has made me comfortable with all kinds of personalities from energetic characters who love to play and explore to those who are happiest curled up beside you for cuddles and company. I understand that every dog is different, and I always take the time to make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved. Whether your pet needs lots of exercise, plenty of attention, or simply a friendly face while you’re away, I’ll care for them as if they were my own. Every pet deserves to feel happy, secure, and loved, and that’s exactly what I’ll aim to provide. I’m currently working full time but I’ll have time during the weekend or in the evenings after work. I am flexible with timings so we can work something out! :) I live in a cosy two-bedroom flat that is clean, safe, and pet-friendly. While I don’t have a garden, there is a park literally right behind my home, which is perfect for regular walks, exercise, and playtime.

“Katherine has been walking our golden retriever, Teddy regularly for over 9 months now. Teddy loves Katherine and he is always very happy to see her. They have a great bond and she is very confident and capable in managing his excitable behaviour! I highly recommend Katherine as an experienced and very reliable dog walker.”

About: I had a dog from a pup (lovely chocolate lab) since I was 12, and love being around dogs. I’ve dealt with a dog at all stages of life, caring for mine when he was an old man at 14 years old. I often offer to look after people’s dogs, taking them into my home, visiting theirs and simply taking them on nice long walks to different places and find it as enjoyable as the dogs! I am in the office 4x a week (Kensington area) So mid-week stays are possible if your dog is able to be left at home during the day time. Otherwise Friday to Monday is my best availability. I have experience of staying in other people’s homes to look after dogs and would be happy to provide references for anyone interested. Unfortunately I live in rented accommodation so cannot take dogs into my home (not for long periods at least). I have stayed in a home for several dogs, including two lovely Dalmatians (see reviews) so am comfortable with looking after multiple dogs of varying sizes. I’ve also looked after rescue dogs who may require certain care and am happy to fit into your dog’s lifestyle whilst I look after them so they don’t lose any of their routine! :)

I have a enclosed garden with grass for their natural needs, and am walking distance of parks and meadows such as Whetstone Stray and Brook Farm open space.
About: Having grown up with lurchers and whippets since the age of 5, I am excited to find some waggie-tailed friends in London. I love the outdoors so can provide plenty of exercise and lots of cuddles. I have recent experience looking after all kinds of dogs and adored every one of them. The days I need to be in the office are flexible so I can adapt to when you need dog care - when working from home I can take regular breaks for walkies whenever needed. I live in a flat on the first floor - the building has a good sized area of grass which is fenced off from the main road. I am a 10 minute walk from Arnos Park which has large mown grass areas as well as a small area of wood. I am also a short, quiet tube journey to Trent Park which provides wide open spaces.

“Megan was a lucky last minute find that saved me when I had to be away with work. She has been fantastic all the way through and Jackson absolutely loves her! She will be my 1st choice from now on!”

“All seemed to go great! Kezia was really friendly and really keen to know all about Asha and what we wanted and followed my instructions. She took photos and Asha seemed v happy. All good.”

“Kaya had fun for 3 days with Kate, walking and playing in local parks in which is used to! The website is great, receiving updates and pics of the walks is a must! I needed an emergency dog walker on that week and Kate was friendly and professional, I would definitely recommend her!”

“Ash Really enjoyed his first time staying with Beccy. You can see by all the photo/video updates how much fun Ash was having and clearly how much Beccy cares and looks after dogs. Would highly recommend. Thanks again”

Thanks”

“To be honest, I have to say that Lulu took better care of Chico than I did, and Chico was very comfortable with her and her family. I have been using this app since 2022 and have worked with many sitters, but Lulu was the best in every way.”

“We couldn't have asked for a better person to look after our dog, Tiny, while we were away. Ed was absolutely wonderful—kind, caring, and clearly a true dog lover. He kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave us complete peace of mind. Tiny was so well looked after and clearly enjoyed her time with him. We’d happily recommend Ed to anyone—he’s fantastic with dogs and genuinely loves what he does.”

“Julia took great care of our two dogs!! She was amazing! Sent us lots of updates and was super on top of everything. She was very thorough and detail with the care required. One of our dogs also required medication at the time. They came back very healthy and happy looking. I would definitely recommend her!”

“Amanda is a fantastic, kind, caring dog sitter and arguably the best I have come across . She looked after our dog(Koa) during our holiday and every day sent us updates, pictures ,and short videos of him. We couldn't have found a better and more trusted person to look after our lovely Koa. We are very grateful to her for keeping Koa safe and well cared for. I highly recommend her and we will also almost certainly be using her services again.”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs all my life and love being around them. I can’t have one of my own at the moment because my current accommodation isn’t the right environment for a dog, and I don’t think it would be fair on them. That’s one of the reasons I’m joining Rover, it gives me the chance to spend time with dogs while helping other owners. I’ve looked after and walked friends’ dogs for years, and I’m comfortable with different breeds and personalities. I thought it was time to branch out and do more of something I genuinely enjoy while making sure every dog is happy, safe, and well cared for. I currently work part-time and therefore have a flexible schedule. This allows me to take care of your pets while you might be in the office or away in holiday. I am in a flat no more than 3 floors high, + communal garden area. However I am local to cold fall woods, high gate wood and alley palley which would be where I expect I would typically be walking.
“Emily is awesome! Our pup loves her and is happy and excited to go stay. You can tell Emily cares and takes a real interest in the animals under her care - asking good questions and really good with following Nyx's routines to make sure she feels safe and happy.”

About: I have always grown up around dogs, varying in sizes and needs, from large dogs such as Wolfhound crosses and German Shepherd’s, to Maltese Shitzus and Cavoodles, I am well adapted to support the needs of many dogs. I also have experience with newborn puppies, all the way to senior ages (as you can see by the senior 17 year old Cockapoo in my profile picture), and can generally give medications to dogs as needed. I prioritise nurturing and ensuring the dogs feel loved and safe in my care, regardless of their size, and am willing to go above and beyond to ensure they are happy! While I work full time, I live in a house with others who primarily work from home, so even if I am out of the house (which will be for no longer than 7 hours at a time when pet sitting), there would very rarely be a day when your pet would be left unsupervised. I a willing to shift my schedule within reason to fit the needs of your pet, including supporting a medication schedule, walking schedule, or training schedule. I have a fenced of yard in a quiet neighbourhood that will ensure your pet is safe and free to roam as needed. There are no other pets on the property, so as long as your pet is okay with humans there should be no problems! There are currently 4 adults living on the property, and we each have experience around both cards and dogs.
About: Between us, we have spent our whole lives around dogs. Ben grew up with two much-loved Cocker Spaniels, Dusty and Sweep, while Arabella grew up with her Yorkshire Terrier, Max. We have both been involved in the daily care of our family pets, from feeding and walking to playtime, grooming, and providing plenty of love and attention. Caring for dogs is something that comes naturally to us, and we understand how important it is for owners to know their pets are safe, happy, and well looked after. While we are not professional dog trainers, we are patient, responsible, and committed to making sure every dog feels comfortable and relaxed in our care. We know that every dog has their own personality, routine, and needs, and we’ll always take the time to get to know them. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playing fetch, or simply having company and cuddles, we’ll treat them as if they were our own. Our jobs allow us to work from home and have a flexible schedule, which is ideal for walks, feeding, and giving your dog attention throughout the day. At weekends we both enjoy getting out and about in local green spaces. With your permission, we’re happy to take your dog on longer walks and outings. However, your dog’s safety and comfort always come first, and we will only ever do what you are happy with, including avoiding busy areas or public transport if preferred. We’re flexible and attentive, and will always adapt to your dog’s needs and routine. We are fortunate to live in a fantastic location between Highgate Wood and Queen’s Wood, giving us easy access to two beautiful green spaces right on our doorstep. This means your dog will have plenty of opportunities for enjoyable walks, fresh air, and stimulation throughout their stay. While we don’t have a private garden, we make up for it with regular outdoor time and access to some of North London’s best woodland walking routes. We take a 1-hour lunch, which we will use for walking our four-legged friend. Our work schedule is flexible, so if the dog is feeling energetic, we can pop out for a quick walk anytime. Happy for pets to be on sofas, chairs, beds, etc. (as long as they haven’t just had a swim or discovered mud), so they will always get plenty of attention.
“Allison took amazing care of our dog Gobi again. She even got some doggie Easter eggs and Gobi loved finding them! We could see how well cared for Gobi was and how comfortable she is with Allison.”

“Doris was amazing! We felt so comfortable leaving Goose with her that we could actually relax on our holiday. She kept us so updated with adorable photos and videos and we couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone else who wants to make sure their pet is well taken care of!”
