Local cat sitter in Harold Hill
I've loved cats for the longest time and finally got my own fur baby, Dusty, back in November 2020! That's him in my photo when he was a little kitten. I've since got a second kitty, Luna. I’ve been catsitting for friends for years before I got my own and I foster and volunteer for Pippas Army so I have plenty of experience with cats. I work full-time in the public sector and do this on the side as I love meeting other cats. Plus my cats love smelling other cats on me, I think it encourages their curiosity. I have a disability which makes leaving the house in the mornings very difficult but it gets easier as the day goes on. I do my cat sitting services in the evenings when I’m able to get out and about less painfully.

Maureen took great care of Cookie while we were away. She spent lots of time playing with her and also supervised her in the garden so she got some outdoor time. She went above and beyond in terms of Cookie’s care requirements, even helping to remove a matted fur spot on her back. She’s trustworthy and reliable - we will be booking her again!
We couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter! Our cats are both quite anxious and don’t usually warm to new people, so we were understandably nervous about leaving them. We received regular updates and photos, which gave us real peace of mind, and it was lovely to see how comfortable they became over the visits. We came home to two happy, relaxed cats, and it was clear they’d been cared for with so much patience and kindness. It’s such a relief to have found someone we can trust, and we’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommended, especially if you have nervous or shy cats!
We couldn’t be happier with the care our cats received. From the moment we met Maureen, it was clear she genuinely loves animals, and that gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We received regular updates, photos and messages, which made such a difference and reassured us that our cats were happy, comfortable and well looked after. She took the time to get to know each of their personalities and cared for them as if they were their own. When we came home, the cats were relaxed and content, their food and water had been taken care of, their litter trays were spotless, and everything had been left clean and tidy. It’s not easy trusting someone with your pets, but we wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, caring and professional cat sitter.
