We honestly couldn’t recommend Judith highly enough. She looked after our two cats, Alice (8) and Salem (3), for the weekend and went above and beyond from start to finish. From the first meeting, it was clear that Judith has a natural way with cats. She was calm, soft-spoken, got down to their level and let them approach her in their own time. It was obvious straight away that she understood how to build trust and make them feel comfortable. Judith did two visits a day, morning and evening, and sent us updates with photos and videos after every single visit. This gave us so much peace of mind while we were away, as we could see that Alice and Salem were happy, cared for and in great hands. She followed all of our instructions perfectly, including setting the timed feeders for the intervals between visits, refreshing their water, cleaning their litter and making sure their routine stayed as normal as possible. She even went the extra mile by washing their bowls at the end of the stay and sending us a video to reassure us that everything was secure and the door was locked. When we came home, both cats were relaxed and happy, their food had been eaten, and it was clear they had been looked after really well. Judith was reliable, responsive, honest and clearly genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. We were so impressed with Judith that we booked her again for our upcoming trip before this booking had even finished. That really says everything about how much we trust her with Alice and Salem.
