“This is the first time I've used Rover and I'm really glad it was Lucy & Family that took care of my dog Fiddich! He came back just as he left and it sounds like a good time was had by all. I'd happily leave Fiddich in their care again.”

10. Anastasija I.

“Anastasija was amazing and truly saved the day when I was in a tough spot needing a sitter at the last hour! Thank you for taking such great care of little Min—he can be quite a handful, hiding for days at first and then being loud and active at night. Despite his disruptive behavior, Anastasija was so patient, caring, and affectionate with him. I would definitely book her again!”

11. Emily A.
About: I’ve got my own Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who is 3 years old, and so am experienced in caring for small dogs. I also help out with friends’ dogs regularly and really enjoy spending time their furry friends, and for my dog Rosie to make new friends 🐾 I work from home and so am around during the week for dog sitting. Usually, me and my own dog go to the park (5 min walk) twice a day for fresh air and sniffs, so would be happy to take your dog with us also. I live in a flat with a communal garden and can offer regular toilet breaks 🐾 My dog Rosie is very chilled and laid back, she will generally sit with me as I work or sit on the sofa with me when at home, and your dog can certainly join us and do the same ☺️ we have regular toilet breaks and go out for a walks at the nearby park or down the beach. If your dog enjoys being around other small dogs and is laid back, then Rosie and I would love the company!

12. Dan E.
About: I've been a dog dad for 5 years now to two small dogs. I'm happy to board for one small dog at a time to be able to give them the attention they need whilst still looking after my own two. I work full time as a teacher at a local high school so I'm free for boarding and other dog care services Fri - Sun and anytime during school holidays. I have a secure, fenced garden with direct access for easy toilet breaks. I usually walk my own dogs at the local parks (Southchurch, Priory, Gunners Park) or on the beach or local nature reserves (Cherry Orchard or Two Tree Island) so they are guaranteed to get some good exercise. When I go out, my dogs have the run of the hallway, kitchen and dog room with plenty of toys, mats and water available. When I'm home they're welcome to chill with me on the sofa or play.

13. Danielle W.
“Danielle has become a second Mum to our little Pippin. Being a rescue dog she is very nervous around new people, however she took to Danielle almost immediately. Danielle is very kind, friendly and calm. We met for a few walks together in the lead up to our first holiday away from Pippin and from these few interactions we knew she was in safe hands. During our times away Danielle has sent us photos and videos of the fun they are having, this puts us at ease and we can relax knowing Pippin is being well cared for (in fact I don’t think she even misses us anymore). I cannot recommend Danielle enough she is trustworthy, reliable, flexible and above all she’s extremely passionate about pet care. Pippin always looks forward to her adventures with Danielle and there will be many more to come.”

14. Helen L.

“Now the second time we have left our little one with Helen. Great seeing photos of her NOT missing us at all… we could not ask for more a better place to leave her while we are away. Now looking to book our next trip away…thank you Helen”

15. Sally & Tim W.

“Thank you for easing Rufus into a night away from home! This was a new one for us but I could trust he was being taken care of and that really made the experience less worrisome :)”

16. Amy L.
“Amy was fantastic with our nervous chihuahua, Millie! They quickly formed a bond and Millie enjoyed lots of cuddles and walks with Amy. Amy is reliable, arrived on time and gave us regular updates which helped to put our minds at ease. Would definitely book Amy again! Thank you, Amy!”

17. Rhianne K.

“Rhianne is an excellent option for dog care, she is really professional, great communication and just clearly loves dogs!”

18. Hayley F.

“This was the very first time Milo stayed with a dog sitter. Milo had the most wonderful day and we cant wait to use Hayley again next week. Hayley’s communication was excellent letting us know what Milo was doing. I can honestly say I’ll never have to worry about going away and leaving Milo. He was in the best hands! Thank you so much Hayley and family for giving Milo such a loving, caring and fun time.”

19. Juliet W.

“Lexie clearly loved her holiday with Juliet, I know this because in the daily video updates Lexie’s tail was non stop the whole time. We didn’t know what to expect when leaving our family furry with effectively a stranger while we go off on holiday and enjoy ourselves as we have always left our previous dogs with family. Juliet was fantastic and felt like an old friend from the minute we met her, she was so relaxed around our maniac of a springer spaniel (if you know you know) we knew straight away she was the one. Daily videos with hilarious commentary eased any worries we had and it was lovely to see her settling in with Juliet’s family too. I would not hesitate to leave Lexie with Juliet and her family again and are in the process of arranging her next stay.”

20. Karen D.
“We left our lovely cockapoo with Karen when we went on holiday. We were so happy we chose her. Her love for dogs is clear to see. He was well looked after and treated as one of the family. She sent regular pictures so we could check on how he was doing without us but we needn't have worried as he was clearly very happy and relaxed. As a dog mummy herself she understood my concerns and ensured his stay was as stress free and happy as possible for him. I have no hesitation in recommending her if you want someone you can trust to look after your fur baby.”
