About: Hi! We’re Betül, Yavuz Alp, and Freud 🐾 We moved to the UK from Turkey three years ago with our beloved dog, Freud. We were lucky enough to meet him when he was a 2-year-old stray, and he has now been part of our family for five wonderful years. Since then, he has travelled with us to many places and is at the heart of our home. We live in a house with a secure, fully fenced garden where Freud spends most of his day enjoying the outdoors. I work Monday to Thursday, 9am–5pm, in Rayleigh, while my husband works from home full-time. During the summer, you’ll usually find him working from the garden rather than his upstairs office! At weekends, we love exploring local woodland walks such as Belfairs and Hockley Woods. Weekdays are a little quieter, but the garden is always full of games, enrichment activities, and plenty of attention. We also enjoy shorter evening walks after work. Freud is a friendly, easy-going dog of around 10kg. He gets on well with dogs of a similar size and enjoys having canine company. As with many smaller dogs, he can be a little cautious around much larger breeds, so we always make introductions thoughtfully. Guest dogs are welcome throughout our home and are free to relax on the sofas or beds if that’s what they’re used to. We simply ask that they are toilet trained and comfortable living in a home environment. One of the reasons I joined Rover is that I would love to adopt another dog one day, but for now I need to prioritise my finances and health. Looking after other wonderful dogs seemed like the perfect compromise—and Freud certainly won’t complain about making new friends! If you have any questions, we’d love to hear from you. We mostly spend our weekends with a long walk in the woods around, such as Belfairs and Hockley. We are a bit lazy during weekdays but garden is full of games. We tend to have 15 to 30 minutes short walks to the shops etc after 6 pm during weekdays. Freud is friendly with the dogs his size. He can be a bit protective of himself with bigger dogs with a lot of barking and hiding behind us😂 We have a crate which is large enough for Freud to move if needed, but not preferred.

About: My extended family have always had dogs and I've got experience with many breeds from great danes to yorshire terriers through all stages of their lives. From a youngster we had German shepherd's in the family and I was raised knowing that dogs are not pets, they are beloved family members with complex needs. I've volunteered at a number of animal rescues over the last two decades, driven by my love of animals and skill in dealing with a wide range of species. I'm the proud dad of a large rescue staffy x who is the centre of my world. You can be assured I will treat your companion with the utmost kindness and respect. I'm flexible depending on your dogs needs, I really enjoy long walks but if your dog prefers a slower, more sniffy walk, I'm happy to amble along at their pace. I'm at home most of the day as I don't leave my dog alone for longer than 2/3 hours. I'm an electrician by trade but am currently on an extended sabbatical. I'm in a ground floor flat with an 80 foot long, secure back garden with a 6ft fence. We have a friendly rescue dog, a young male bulldog x staffy. He's well socislised and enjoys the company of other dogs, he's neutered but particularly loves the ladies. We're a 20 minute walk from parks and the sea front. I'm trustworthy, respectful and have a recent DBS check if you require me to attend your home.

She replied straight away and arranged a house viewing. We went with our pup, Teddy, and she answered all our questions. Whilst we were away she kept us updated with photos and check ins. About: From a young age i have always loved all kinds of animals (more than humans🤭) We had cats, rabbits, hamsters at home from a young age then when i married my husband we homed a beagle cross from a puppy who we had till sadly we had to rehome at the age of 7 years. Please see pictures. Pets are allowed on the beds and sofas, our dog used to sleep in bed with us so its not problem if they wanted to. I can administer flee and worming tablets if needed. I dont have a crate as we got rid of ours as it distressed our dog but can use yours if your dog is happy & content in a crate. Our dog had severe separation anxiety so I couldn't leave him he came everywhere with me, so if your dog suffers with this please be assured I will not leave them alone and fully understand how anxious it makes them. I can also come to your house for check ins, walks, play and feed.

About: I had my own labradoodle from a puppy and have cared for friends and families pets since he passed away 8 years ago. Myself and my husband have 2 children (10 & 7) and they love playing with the animals too. We love going for walks as a family and happy for the dogs to tag along! I am currently working part time (flexible days) so am able to change my days if needed to look after your pets. I will be mainly at home during the week so can take on lots of walks/play/toilet breaks. I live in a detached house with a large fenced garden so it’s safe for animals. I don’t have any pets (just the 2 children!) and happy to just care for one at a time (or pets from the same family). I don’t have a crate but have the space for one if you wanted to provide.

Me and my brother actually had to feed 2 kittens with a syringe for a while when they were tiny kittens as they had been abandoned in a box when they was very young. About: I have always had a dog in the family since I was 2 yrs old. I grew up with dogs, English Springer Spaniel, Dobermans and Greyhounds. I had one dog who lives with my ex that we both got from a puppy and lived with us for 10 years. He is a Schnorkie cross (Schnouzer/Yorkie). I had JJ from a puppy and he is now 13 years old, so have experience of looking after small and big dogs. With my partner took on a Cavachon whose 12 and a half yrs. Love her dearly and she gets lots of love from us and attention and rewards us with lots of licks. I don't work so have plenty of time to walk and enjoy the love of walking dogs, and want dog walking to give me joy and exercise and help other dog owners that need and want help in walking their dog/s and pop-in services and care for their furry babies too. About: Hey I’m Rhianne 🙂 I grew up with animals from a very small age we always had family pets from dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets and even goats at one point. My parents rescued our last two dogs, that was amazing to give them the best life after being neglected. I have lots of experience taking care of different breeds of dogs and I thoroughly enjoy looking after them and spending time with them, giving them lots of love and attention. I am very adaptable and understand each little fur baby has their own personality. I work from home so I am very flexible through out the day. I have 2x 15 minute breaks and 1 hour lunch so plenty of time to take your pets to the toilet and for walks before, during my lunch or after work. I go to the gym regularly so pets that are OK to be left for a couple of hours on their own is more suitable for me. I will send plenty of updates with photos and messages to assure you that your fur babies are safe and being well cared for. I am very attentive and ensure a high standard of care when caring for pets. I will follow all feeding, walking routines given to me and give your fur babies lots of cuddles and love. If there are specific routines with feeding, walking or requirements for pets these can be given to me to follow.

About: Lots of friends and relatives have relied on me to take care of their pups. Whilst I don’t have any accreditations or dogs myself, I can promise that I’d care for yours as if they were my own. They’d bring me just as much joy as I’d hopefully bring them. I do have two little guinea pigs, Peanut & Milo who I dote on but they don’t honestly give much back 😂 They are in a raised hutch which can be moved into one of the bedrooms if needed. I work from home most days each week except the odd Thursday and am honestly looking for motivation to get out on walks now that the dreaded cold has come back. I’m relatively autonomous over my calendar too so can move things around with a fair amount of ease to be flexible. I live in a high rise apartment but it has an extremely safe and very large roof garden space so the best of both worlds whether your pup prefers to run around outside or curl up on the sofa in front of the TV.

Then I started looking after my auntie’s dog overnight and walked him when they were away. 2 years ago I got my puppy Cooper. Please see pictures. Pets are allowed on the beds and sofas, our dog used to sleep in bed with us so its not problem if they wanted to. I can administer flee and worming tablets if needed. I dont have a crate as we got rid of ours as it distressed our dog but can use yours if your dog is happy & content in a crate. Our dog had severe separation anxiety so I couldn't leave him he came everywhere with me, so if your dog suffers with this please be assured I will not leave them alone and fully understand how anxious it makes them. I can also come to your house for check ins, walks, play and feed.

About: I had my own labradoodle from a puppy and have cared for friends and families pets since he passed away 8 years ago. Myself and my husband have 2 children (10 & 7) and they love playing with the animals too. We love going for walks as a family and happy for the dogs to tag along! I am currently working part time (flexible days) so am able to change my days if needed to look after your pets. I will be mainly at home during the week so can take on lots of walks/play/toilet breaks. I live in a detached house with a large fenced garden so it’s safe for animals. “Sheila looked after our puppy of 7 months for 10 days whilst we went on holiday. It was the first time I had ever left my dog with anyone outside of my family (with previous dog too) so was naturally nervous about the idea. Sheila invited us around to her home to allow us to feel more comfortable with the idea and immediately put us at ease. Her home is secure, no little furry hound escape routes and her own dogs are friendly and very accommodating considering they had to put up with my high energy border collie pup that just wants to play all the time. Sheila provided me with video updates during the stay which provided reassurance and smiles from the receiving end. Sheila is a lovely lady, who makes you feel comfortable and is clearly very knowledgeable about dogs. It resulted with us feeling as though it was a family member looking after our pet.”
