We cannot rate Sam enough. 5 stars just doesn't seem enough. Luna had never been walked by anyone else let alone stayed overnight at someone else's house without us being there. From the moment we first met we could see Sam was an absolute dog lover and made both ourselves, and of course Luna, feel very welcome and at ease. We knew we in the right place. Sam's massive garden was more than enough for Luna and her rocket/ whirlwind antics. Once she found the ball stash she was smitten and felt so comfortable. A little too comfortable for our liking as we thought she would never want to leave. The occasion was our wedding day and as with all weddings things don't always go to plan. Due to timings I needed a bit more time on the big day and messaged Sam to say if I could drop Luna off a little earlier. This was no problem for her and agreed without hesitation. We received regular updates from a walk in the park, playing fetch and posing for snaps. To say we were very nervous to have Luna away from us for the first time would be an understatement. For any dog owner who has experienced this situation you will know what we mean. If you are one of these owners who just doesn't know who would be the best fit then choose Sam. We will definitely be using her again for all of our future needs. I dont think Luna will let us take her anywhere else. Amazing staycation, amazing service, AMAZING Sam :)
Sam looked after my 12 year old staffie Mya for 3 nights recently and I knew instantly she was in good hands. Sam's house is super accommodating for dogs and she genuinely has a real affection and care for your pets! I got regular updates and May had plenty of walks. I will certainly book Sam again. Thank you for taking such good car of my girl!
Sam was absolutely wonderful looking after Leo this weekend. She is incredibly kind and caring, and I felt very comfortable leaving him with her. She took Leo on several lovely walks around Leigh by the beach and in the parks, which he clearly enjoyed so much. Sam also kept me updated with plenty of photos, which was really reassuring and made it feel like Leo was having his own little holiday! Her home and garden are spotless, safe, and a perfect environment for dogs. Leo looked completely relaxed and happy during his stay. I would absolutely recommend Sam and would happily leave Leo with her again. Thank you for taking such great care of him!
Sam looked after Molly whilst I was at work I got regular pics through the day and my pup was well worn out when she got home. Loved my little updates through the day and my girl got to play with another puppy too which socialised her! Will be using Sam every week going forward 🥰 thank you Sam ❤️
We left Rolo, our 4 month old puppy, with Sam for the day. We’d never used a sitter for Rolo before, so we weren’t sure what to expect. Sam was lovely - she kept me updated throughout the day and sent photos as well. Rolo seemed to have the best day! I’d definitely leave him with Sam again and highly recommend her to anyone!
I was nervous at first about putting my Bruno with a sitter. I meet Samantha before hand and Bruno took to her straight away and it made me feel at easy. It was the perfect pairing. I’m kept up to date through out the day and can message any time or ring. I know that Samantha is a good fit for Bruno when I am at work as he came out happy and he it looked after amazingly. When I dropped Bruno off the next day he couldn’t wait to get out the car and he greeted Samantha with a happy wagging tail, a Bruno cuddle and walked straight into her home like he owned the place. I have found the perfect dog sitter in Samantha for my fur baby. Thank you so much for looking after him so well.

I’m currently a respite foster carer and have been for years. I am DBS advanced checked because of looking after children. I can mostly work during the week but can consider weekends, so I’m flexible.

I provide attentive, personalised care tailored to each pet’s individual needs, whether in my home or in their own familiar environment. In my home, pets enjoy a safe, secure setting with a large walled garden for exercise, play, and relaxation, alongside plenty of companionship and supervision. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I carefully follow their established routines, including feeding schedules, exercise, medication, and any specific instructions, to ensure continuity and comfort. I take the time to understand each pet’s personality, preferences, and requirements, so they feel happy, secure, and well cared for at all times.
A typical day
I love making sure every pet has a fun, enriching, and enjoyable experience while in my care. Activities are always tailored to each pet’s age, personality, and energy level. For dogs, this may include walks, playtime in the garden, games such as fetch, and plenty of affection and companionship. For cats and smaller animals, I provide gentle play, interaction, and enrichment suited to their individual preferences. I also understand that some pets simply enjoy quiet companionship and cuddles, so I always adapt to what makes them happiest, ensuring they feel relaxed, stimulated, and loved.
