I work full-time from home for an Australian company, which fits perfectly alongside my pet sitting. My working hours are very flexible, allowing me to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day, including regular walks, playtime, and cuddles. Your pet won’t be left alone for long periods and will have consistent care and companionship.

I’ve recently moved into a new flat, so I’m now only able to accept small to medium-sized dogs. As I have close-knit neighbours, I’m unable to take dogs that have a habit of frequent barking, as I want to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Thank you for your understanding! On the plus side, my new location is wonderful for dogs - I’m just a stone’s throw from the beach and the Cliff Gardens, which means beautiful, enriching walks in scenic surroundings. I provide two walks per day, along with access to a large private courtyard for toilet breaks and fresh air throughout the day. Back at the flat, I create a cosy and calm space where your dog can relax and feel completely at home. I offer a kennel-free boarding experience, so your pet is free to move around and settle wherever they feel most comfortable. If your dog is used to sleeping in the bed at home, I’m more than happy to continue that routine. I have a king-size bed with pet-safe steps beside it, so they can easily and safely get up and down. My goal is always to maintain your dog’s normal routine as much as possible, so they feel secure and settled during their stay. Above all, I provide a safe, loving, and peaceful home-from-home environment where your pet will be cared for as one of my own.

A typical day
Your dog will enjoy a balanced mix of exercise, play, and relaxation throughout the day. A typical day includes: - Two main walks during the day, plus shorter toilet breaks as needed. - An evening walk before dinner to help them unwind and stretch their legs. - Mental stimulation with fun toys such as a snuffle mat, lickimat, and a Kong toy to keep their mind engaged. - Playtime at home, ensuring they get both physical exercise and mental enrichment while staying with me. Every day is tailored to your dog’s routine and personality, so they feel happy, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away.

Hi! I’m an experienced and dedicated pet sitter with over nine years of hands-on experience caring for animals of all shapes and sizes. I offer dog boarding in my own home, as well as housesitting, so your pets can stay happy and comfortable while you’re away. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs, cats, and even a house rabbit, and I’m confident handling pets with different personalities, routines, and needs. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or shy and sensitive, I tailor my care to suit them individually. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, my friends called me “Dr. Dolittle” because my home was full of pets! I’ve cared for cats, dogs, fish, birds, African land snails, ferrets, guinea pigs, rabbits, mice, hamsters, a bearded dragon, and even pygmy goats! My love and respect for animals is lifelong - I’m also vegan for this reason - and I truly treat every pet as if they were my own. For added reassurance, I am fully insured outside of Rover, including public liability insurance. I always make sure you can relax and enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. I send daily photos and updates directly to your personal mobile via text, so you can see how your furry friend is doing throughout the day. Since I send photos via text rather than through the Rover app, my profile may only show 30% of bookings with photo updates - but rest assured, every pet in my care receives daily updates. I would love to meet you and your fur babies and provide them with the same love and care they’re used to at home!

From start to finish Charlotte was brilliant, she is very kind and showed a lot of concern for Daisy from the meet and greet until I picked her up again after the stay. She kept us informed the whole time and was very accommodating to all our needs, dog and family that is. Daisy is a nervous dog and after being in kennels last time was physically and mentally traumatised, coming back from Charlottes is just like she's been to visit a friend. If I need a dog carer again Charlotte will always be my first call, I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for dog care.
Charlotte is an amazing dog sitter, the dogs had the best time at hers and were actually sad to be picked up and come home!! She takes them for lovely walks each day and shares lots of pictures so you know they are having a great time! I will 100% be asking Charlotte to dog sit in the future!
Charlotte is simply amazing. After meeting my dogs just briefly they remembered her and were so pleased to see her, I knew they were in safe hands. She kept me updated with photos throughout the stay and even washed all the bedding etc for me which was so appreciated. This was my first time using a dog sitter and Charlotte put me at ease from our first meeting. Highly recommended!
This was the first time i had left reggie with charlotte and i must amit i was nervous , but when charlotte arrived she put my mind at ease. She is certainly the best she kept me updated every day with photos and how reggie was getting on and i could tell by the photos reggie looked so relaxed and happy. Which made me relax on holiday as i knew reggie was being looked after . When we returned our house was spotless , and reggie was happy to see us . I definitely recommend charlotte 1000% and i have already rebooked her for next year. Thankyou soo much charlotte your a diamond
