“Can’t recommended Katy enough our dog Luna stayed for a week. Katy and her family are so welcoming and caring. Luna settled in straight away. Thank you Katy for looking after Luna so well. Katy gave me updates to let me know how Luna was settling in.”

About: I’ve recently relocated from London to Brentwood and I’m looking to meet some new local pups! Over the last decade, I’ve handled everything from high-energy puppies who need help with their basic commands and potty training, to older dogs who just want a quiet companion. I’m reliable, tidy, and most importantly, I genuinely love Dogs! Since I’m new to the area, I’m currently building up my local client base and would love to meet you and your dog for a "Meet & Greet" to see if we’re a good fit! I work from home 3x a week, i would love to take care of another furry friend alongside my little frenchie! Long weekends are when i spend the most time with my dog :) I have a play area and crate available, we also have a park nearby that i usually go to for longer walks, my frenchie and dogs ive taken care of loves it there!
“We can’t recommend Jennifer and Aavie (the dog) enough. They looked after Dusty like she was their own. We were regularly updated with what she was up to and photos of her settled in their home. She loved staying with them, went on regular walks and activities. She was at home with them and this means we can enjoy our time away too. Thank you again.”

About: I’ve had dogs all my life, 2 staffies (one who didn’t get on with other dogs) a springer and a jack/staffie cross. They all had their own personalities but all needed a lot of walks and I miss that the most, taking them out for a long walk in rain, hail or shine and getting home and watching them curl up and drift off always makes me happy. I work full time but wfh home on a Monday and Friday so I only offer long weekends, unless they can have a dog walker for the days I’m not at home. That way I know I can take them out for a walk in the morning and then again after work. I have a reasonably large fenced garden. I don’t allow dogs upstairs or on the furniture. You’re dog will get lots of cuddles, walks and playtime if they like those things, I know they don’t all do.
“We couldn't be happier with the care that Basil Boris provided for our dogs, Hugo and Peppa! From the moment we met, it was clear that they genuinely love animals. Peppa is 15 years old and requires a little extra attention like eye drops and cleaning and she was perfectly looked after. It really put our minds at ease knowing she was in such capable hands. Meanwhile, Hugo had a blast with their two other dogs and came home happy and well exercised. We received regular updates and pictures throughout the stay, which made us feel completely connected to our pets while we were away. We’re so grateful to have found such a reliable and caring sitter for our fur babies. We’ll definitely be booking them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thoughtful and trustworthy dog sitter. Thank you, Basil Boris, for taking such wonderful care of Hugo and Peppa!”

“Izabella was absolutely wonderful with our little boy. She showered him with love and cuddles, kept him thoroughly entertained, and her communication throughout was excellent, we received constant updates and photos. We would wholeheartedly recommend her.”

“We were quite nervous about leaving Boo for the first time with a family we didn’t know however Vanessa was very reassuring. Vanessa spoke in a very calming way around Boo and Boo appeared comfortable straight away. I felt confident when leaving Boo with Vanessa and she sent me a lovely little video showing me Boo playing and having fun, which was lovely. When I collected Boo, Vanessa and her husband expressed how much they and their daughter had enjoyed looking Boo and I could see Boo had had a great time too!I I would definitely use Vanessa again and would highly recommend her.”
“Katie was great with Zero. Very caring and attentive. She was also flexible with our pickup time, which we really appreciated. We felt completely comfortable leaving Zero with her, and she seemed very relaxed and happy!”

“2nd sleepover with Ashley & Layla couldn't have been more excited. Practically dragged me to Ashley's door & squealed until she let us in. Layla may not be able to talk but she made it clear how wonderful shw thinks Ahsley is and this makes me happy knowing that she is having a great time. Ashley always sends updates and doors on Layla nearly as much as I do. I cant recommend Ashley enough and if I cod wod give more stars 💯”

“Nicole is absolutely wonderful with my dog, who can be challenging as he doesn’t like strangers. My dog loves seeing Nicole because he gets taken on runs, outings and gets to sunbathe in Nicole’s garden. Would highly recommend booking Nicole as a sitter.”

“Gabriella looked after our little Pluto and couldnt of asked for a better dog sitter. Made sure he was well looked after and kept us updated constantly. If you are looking for someone to look after your puppy/dog I’d definitely recommend Gabriella. I will be using her again!”

“Shay was an absolute dream of a cat sitter. When we first met her we really liked that she asked really good questions to get to know our cat and be prepared. Our cat Gigi is very shy but warmed up to her right away! Shay sent us lots of good updates and went above and beyond during her time. We’d definitely book her again!”

“First time having Kerry cat sitting while we were away for a few days. She has been great from the start, very prompt communication which is essential for anxious cat mums. She let me know when she will check in and leave me with photos of my kitty as well as a report of how the cat has been. Kerry is also very thorough in making sure she has all info needed to petsit. I wouldn’t hesitate to engage with her again.”

“Jenny cared for my cat very well. I asked her to do some little extras like leave empty food pouches in outside bin which she did. I came home to a well looked after animal. Loved the daily updates which was a comfort to me whilst away from home. Would recommend this service to anyone.”

About: Your pets comfort and safety will be my top priority. I have experience with a company providing holiday care, including experience with administering medicine and special diets. I currently work part time, I am available a during the week and at weekends and nights if needed. Also, I will be able to do some holidays. Any time I am walking a dog I will always keep them on the their lead. If they are used to sleeping in the bedroom then I will do the same as they will feel more comfortable and want them to feel at home.

About: Alongside dog walking, I also offer drop-in visits for cats in the Brentwood area. During these visits, I’ll make sure your cat is well looked after—whether that’s feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter trays, or simply spending time playing and giving them attention and company. I’ve cared for cats of all kinds from a young age, so I’m very comfortable with different personalities—whether they’re playful and sociable or a bit more shy and independent. I understand that cats can be sensitive to changes in their routine, so I always aim to keep things calm, familiar, and stress-free while you’re away. My goal is to make sure your cat feels safe, cared for, and relaxed in their own home, while giving you peace of mind that they’re in loving and experienced hands.

“Jay was beyond amazing with our old man Loki. He was kind, gentle and patient with our little man and we couldn’t be more happy with the service he provided! Loki was sleepy and happy when we got home, which means he’s had a great walk. We were sent pictures, and updates. Jay was on time, very polite and sweet and clearly has a real passion for working with dogs! We will be booking in regularly with jay, as Loki seems to love him to bits! Thank you for looking after our boy with such care and love.”

“Kendall looked after Hugo beautifully today. She took him for a walk then did a drop in visit as we were out all day. She did everything I asked her to do and kept me in the loop. Kendall was caring and attentive and Hugo was very happy to see her. Was very reassuring knowing he was in such good hands 😄😄”

“Debbie looked after my cat, Nino for around 10 days. Debbie won Nino over and played with him and fussed him every day. She provided me with updates and photos frequently. I hate leaving Nino but knowing Debbie was taking such good care of him made it a lot easier. I will definitely book Debbie again. ”

“Giorgina was a late booking but she made every happen easily, we met prior to the sit so I could show her the cats routine. She was gentle in her approach and it was so helpful that she is familiar with raw feeding. The cats were settled when we returned. Giorgina was very flexible and enabled us to extend our stay during our trip which we were very grateful for.”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better first daycare experience for my puppy, Astro. He’s incredibly energetic, full of personality, and absolutely obsessed with people - but he can also be a little anxious in new environments, so I was naturally a bit nervous about how he’d settle in. I didn’t need to worry at all. From the moment we arrived, Jay was so calm, welcoming, and clearly experienced. Astro warmed to him quickly, which says everything. It was obvious straight away that Jay understands dogs on an individual level and knows exactly how to make them feel safe and comfortable. Throughout the day, I received updates that completely put my mind at ease. It was so reassuring to see Astro happy, engaged, and coming out of his shell. Jay struck the perfect balance of giving him attention, playtime, and the reassurance he needed. When I picked him up, he was the perfect mix of tired and content - always a great sign with a high-energy (and slightly anxious!) pup. It’s clear he was very well looked after. I’m so grateful to have found someone I can genuinely trust with Astro. It’s not easy leaving your puppy, especially one who can be a bit anxious, but I feel completely confident bringing him back to Jay again. Highly, highly recommend!”

“Following a very friendly & informative meet & greet, Charlie looked after my very timid dog yesterday. There were lots of updates, photos & videos throughout the day, where I could immediately see how happy & relaxed my dog was around Charlie & her adorable dog Jenny. Thank you so much Charlie & Jenny, we will hopefully see you both very soon!”

“Izabella was a great dog sitter! We know our dog Coop can be very high energy, but she said he was great and she eas so patient! She made sure we would get regular updates and she gave Coop plenty of attention. We would absolutely recommend her!!”

“Madi has had a wonderful time with Jane! I have never left my fur baby before and Jane has made this so stress free. With the regular updates and photos I know she’s had the best time and cannot wait to come again- thank you!”

About: I have started taking care of family and friends cats and dogs over the past year and I absolutely love it! I love the comapny and taking them for walks it brings me so much joy as I work from home. I work from home and love having pets to keep me company. I am avaliable to walk them anytime I do not have a meeting! I have a fenced garden for your dog to play as well as a spacious downstairs for a bed. I live next to lots of greenary to take your dog out for a run around!
About: I grew up with a gorgeous border collie whom I trained to a high level as the breed requires lots of mental stimulation and physical activity. In my previous role I would also dog sit a variety of breeds and loved every second! I currently work hybrid with my partner Sam so one of us is always at home during the week. We enjoy going on walks around the local forests and Essex countryside. I have a spacious garden in a gated community plus lots of local green areas where furry friends can enjoy long walks and nature. There are many dogs in the neighbourhood for them to socialise! There is a lift in my apartment building for older dogs who may be less mobile, it also leads directly to the garden. My apartment is one floor so the pooch would not have to climb stairs or be separated at night, meaning they would have constant company. I have comfy beds, blankets, treats and toys, and welcome their favourites into the home.

About: I am from a doggy family - we had a boxer, bulldogs, a basset hound and pugs growing up. We also had litters of puppies! Loads of hands on experience with all dogs, big and small! I now have a French bulldog, Louis, who would love some company. Please don’t be put off that I live in an apartment- it’s Thorndon Hall, a listed converted mansion with lovely grounds and backing onto thorndon country park. We are on the top floor penthouses but have a lift, so your dog will get lots of trips downstairs for the toilet and sniffs and lovely walks in the woods. I work from and so am home all day. My partner is around too and my 13 year old daughter will also be on hand to make a fuss. Our dog sleeps in the bed with my daughter or with us, so your dog will also be able to sleep in with us if they’d like. Our dog gets on well with all female dogs. For males, it would be good to have them meet briefly beforehand, just to be sure. He is great with all of the dogs in our family and at his own dog sitters, but unneutured males have been known to make him a bit unsettled. I work at home, so will be present with your dog all day. We will take my daughter to school and then go for a walk together. We’ll then have breakfast and rest, head out again at lunchtime and then again at dinner. We always go for a last little walk around the grounds just before bed. We have large grounds, with plenty of areas to sniff and explore. We do doggy things in the evenings and weekends, with country park walks, beach walks and dog park trips. We have a crate if your dog needs alone time and plenty of space and separate rooms. I am confident and happy administering medication and following diet plans where needed. I want your dog to feel as relaxed and happy as possible, so will tailor what we do to their needs and to align with their home schedule.
“Chené is amazing. Very understanding of Baxter’s breed so all my initial worries with him being a normal Vizsla with his playfulness were gone knowing Chené also has a Viz the same age. Baxter came back so happy, so much so he tried to go back with Chené when she was trying to go home 🤣. Would 100% recommend.”

“What a lovely person very warm and friendly. Ellie cared for Teddy as her own was very attentive to his every need he was very happy when welcomed into her family home with some other family members he entered as if he had been there before. Ellie was very accommodating considering we were running late and a late booking hours before hand . We were coming into the area for the day giving our children a day out. Got updates on how Teddy was doing and settling into his day. I can’t recommend Ellie enough very warm loving home felt very welcomed. We will definitely be booking again when in the area. Thank you so much for having Teddy and putting great peace in our minds not having to worry about anything once Teddy was in your care Very experienced.”

“I can't say enough great things about Sayo! He was incredibly accommodating on short notice and even agreed to look after Snoopy for a longer period. Snoopy is still a puppy and hadn't quite figured out how to navigate stairs, but Sayo taught him to go up and down with ease. During his stay, Snoopy made a wonderful friend in Cassie, who is so gentle and sweet. When I picked Snoopy up, he was still happily playing with her! Sayo kept me updated with pictures and videos throughout the day, which was really reassuring. He gave Snoopy so much attention and care. Snoopy had an absolutely fantastic day, and I couldn't be more grateful!”

“Toby definitely gets a 5 Star review, Toby started walks for us initially with our two boys Max and Bruno, our Italian Spinone’ unfortunately Max passed over the rainbow bridge during this time. The walks started with Toby as hubby was due for a double hip replacement and I was struggling to manage with working and everything else. Toby has been amazing, our boys always looked forward to their walks with him and we received lots of fantastic reports from other dog walkers about his connection with them, we have passed Toby’s details on to others with total confidence that if they went with Toby their dogs would also be very well looked after. Toby will be our first thought if we need a walker again. Thank you again Toby! ❤️”

“Kate is absolutely wonderful. Bubbles is always so excited to see her and they seem to have already formed a lovely bond. We look forward to Bubbles having many more walks with Kate.”

“Stevie was excellent, went round and dropped in to look after Otis whilst I was out for the day. It was too hot for a walk but just having her pop in for an hour broke up the day for Otis.”

“Kendall took my puppy Hugo for a walk as I was out all day. He enjoyed himself and it was a massive comfort knowing he was well cared for while I was out. Kendall did everything I asked her to do regarding Hugo’s routine and kept me in the loop.”

About: I provide personalised, one to one care, treating every dog as if they were my own. I live with my partner, and we have both grown up with dogs in our lives - and still have them in our families - so caring for dogs has always been a natural and important part of who we are. Our home is full of genuine love, understanding and respect for animals. I take the time to understand each dog's routine, unique personality and individual needs, so they always feel safe, relaxed and truly loved while in my care. I have experience caring for a puppy, including reinforcing basic training, maintaining toilet routines, and helping them settle into positive habits. I am also confident and patient with senior dogs, providing gentle support, administering medication if needed and offering plenty of comfort and reassurance. Communication is very important to me and I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone else. I can provide regular updates, messages and photos so you can feel completely at ease. My goal is to always create a secure, calm and happy environment where your dog feels right at home. I provide attentive, personalised care based on each pet's routine, needs and personality. Whether caring for pets in my home or in the owner's home, I aim to keep things as familiar and stress-free as possible. If your pet is crate trained and used to having their own crate, I'm more than happy to continue this routine and can provide space for it in my home. I kindly ask that you supply the crate so it feels familiar and comfortable for them. However, if your pet is accustomed to more relaxed arrangements, they are also welcome to enjoy cuddles on the sofa or sleep in bed, ensuring they feel comfortable, secure and at home. When caring for pets in an owner's home, I respect their property and maintain the pet's normal routine to minimise disruption and stress.

About: I moved in with my partner from my family home nearly 3 years ago, where I cared for my family dog for over 18 years and continue to do on a regular basis. I now also have two 3 year old dogs of my own, pugs Nellie and Nala! I have cared for a variety of dogs via Rover since January 2024, and also for friends and family’s dogs over the years, of all sizes and ages. Please do drop me a message if you would like more details on my experience with dogs, or if you have any questions about how I can cater to your fur baby 😊 I work from home Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and I can be available on weekends with a relatively flexible schedule throughout all of these days. If you would require me to visit your home to care for your dog, it would be great to visit, or have a video call, beforehand so I can familiarise myself with the space and where everything is to care for your pet.

I'm flexible on times for dogs to come to my home and walks I have plenty of outside space including 2 parks near by for walks and potty. Also a comfy home for them to play and relax. About: I've always loved animals and being out in nature, so caring for dogs and going on walks is a perfect match for me. I've helped care for pets for friends and family, including my sister's French Bulldog, and I always make sure animals feel calm, comfortable, safe and well cared for. Going for a walk is already part of my daily routine, so pet care fits naturally into my day. I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate time caring for pets. I follow the owner's instructions carefully to maintain the pet's usual routine. I make sure pets feel safe, comfy, and well cared for, giving them attention, walks and playtime while keeping the home clean and respectful.

About: I am a pet sitter who lives in Brentwood. I am available most of the week for visits (dogs and cats) and dog walks. I am an animal lover who had lots of pets during my childhood. I had dogs and cats at the same time and enjoyed their company and friendship. I have a ginger cat at home. He doesn’t like dogs. That’s why we only keep my little ginger as the family pet. I like playing with dogs, taking them for walks, giving them treats and serving their food. I have experience bathing dogs and brushing them. I like petting cats, feeding them, playing with them and brushing them if they allow me. On Mondays and Wednesdays I am free most of the day to visit your pet for over an hour or take your dog for a long walk. I am available to go and visit your pet all days of the week, specially early mornings or evenings. I can take dogs for a walk on Mondays, Wednesdays and weekends.I can stay with cats and dogs for up to 6 hours on Mondays and Wednesdays. I feed my cat every morning. I give him treats during the day and I make him play whenever he is on the mood. Although he likes to sleep in the garden, he comes to the house to see me very often. That makes me realise he likes my company. When we watch TV together, it is usually a cat video or a birds one.
About: During Covid I was at home 24/7 and looked after multiple dogs, 2 cocker spaniels at once, a French bulldog and a chow chow husky cross so I am used to all sizes and shapes!! I recently was made redundant so I am available 24/7, have one holiday in May when I’m getting married so actively saving up!! I have a fenced garden and would allow pets on furniture because I love a snuggle on the sofa! I live close to large parks so can give nice long walks

“Gabriella looked after our little Pluto and couldnt of asked for a better dog sitter. Made sure he was well looked after and kept us updated constantly. If you are looking for someone to look after your puppy/dog I’d definitely recommend Gabriella. I will be using her again!”

“Elsa had the best time staying with Jane for just over a week and was so well taken care of, it really was a home away from home experience. We had photos and updates every day and could relax and enjoy our holiday knowing that Elsa was enjoying herself too. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jane and will definitely book Elsa in with her for our next holiday.”

“First of all Becky was very responsive to messsges and was extremely easy to communicate with. She was absolutely brilliant with our bulldog who struggled a little, keeping him calm and cool and keeping in touch with us. A great sitter who I highly recommend.”

“Mango was with Taffany (Siu Yung) for 2 days and she took excellent care of him. She took him for walks through out the day and kept us informed with regular updates with pictures and mesages. She took him out during the rain as well and blow dried him. One could only imagine if someone can be so loving and caring. Taffany and her family kept Mango super happy during his stay. Mango came back super happy after the stay. I would definitely recommend Taffany to anyone and everyone and looking forward for another stay in the future. Thank you so much for taking such a good care of Mango. Much appreciated 🙏”

About: I take the time to get to know each dog as an individual. Every dog has their own personality, routine, likes and dislikes, so I’ll always follow the routine you’re used to at home wherever possible. Whether your dog wants long walks and lots of play, or prefers a quiet afternoon on the sofa getting cuddles, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable and happy. I also understand how difficult it can be leaving your pet with someone else. That’s why I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages throughout their stay, so you can relax knowing your fur baby is having a lovely time. 🥰 For me, pet sitting isn’t just a job I want your dog to be genuinely excited to come back and see me! 🐶You won’t just be booking a dog sitter you’ll be choosing someone who genuinely cares about making your dog feel safe, loved and spoiled while you’re away. 🫶 Please note I can also look after your dog on a 1-1 basis without any dogs around! Just make sure you request this when you message me :) I grew up in a house full of dogs and puppies! I now work from home, which means I have a very flexible schedule and can give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. Unlike someone who works away from home for hours, I’m here throughout the day, so your pet won’t be left alone for long periods. I can fit walks, playtime, feeding, cuddles and toilet breaks around my working day, and I’m able to give them lots of company and attention throughout the day. Essentially, when your pet stays with me, my home becomes their home too 💕 I live in a large, spacious home with a huge garden and acres of private land, giving dogs plenty of room to explore, play and relax. I also have beautiful woodland just a few seconds’ walk from our home, which is perfect for lovely walks and plenty of new smells to explore🐾🌳 I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable and settled in my home, while keeping their individual routines, needs and personalities in mind. I’ll follow your instructions carefully around feeding, walks, medication, treats and bedtime routines, so your pet’s stay feels as familiar as possible.

“I booked a last minute boarding request with Indy for three days for my large dog. 5 stars doesn’t even cut it! My dog is a rescue and can be nervous at times, but she loved every second. Even though the request was last minute, Indy still accommodated a meet before booking anything, which went well. Layla was so very well looked after and cared for by the family, I had constant updates via text with pictures and videos, she was having the best time. I couldn’t recommend Indy enough, I’ll absolutely be rebooking when the time comes that Layla needs boarding/ dog sitting again”
