Serena took charge of my chihuahua at very short notice, I am so grateful for her looking after Lola. I had photos and videos updating me and so pleased she settled in well. Serena and her partner took wonderful care of my Jack Russell, Maya. From the moment we met them, I felt confident that Maya was in loving and capable hands. They were attentive, caring, and made sure she was comfortable and happy throughout her stay. I really appreciated the updates and the genuine affection they showed toward Maya. It was clear that they treated her like part of their family. Maya came home relaxed, happy, and well looked after. Can not recommend Serena more. After Olive's doggy care fell through last minute, Serena came to the rescue. She and her partner were so extremely accommodating, not only taking Olive in on the same day but providing such great communication and care throughout. Olive can be a touch of a sensitive soul at time however, from the snaps that Serena send over during the 4 night stay, settled in immediately. She made us feel extremely reassured throughout the stay took incredible care of our little pooch - would recommend highly. Communicate: 10/10 Doggy love and Care 100/10
Serena is a fantastic sitter Jake was looked after very well, I was sent pictures of him chilling out and very relaxed . great communication . Will defiantly use Serena again .

Schedule
I currently work hybrid with my partner Sam so one of us is always at home during the week. We enjoy going on walks around the local forests and Essex countryside.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a spacious garden in a gated community plus lots of local green areas where furry friends can enjoy long walks and nature. There are many dogs in the neighbourhood for them to socialise! There is a lift in my apartment building for older dogs who may be less mobile, it also leads directly to the garden. My apartment is one floor so the pooch would not have to climb stairs or be separated at night, meaning they would have constant company. I have comfy beds, blankets, treats and toys, and welcome their favourites into the home.

A typical day
Fun puzzle activities in which the dogs have to sniff out treats! Nice walks in the local forest, 5 minutes walk from my home. Plenty of squirrels to chase and ducks to bark at!
