Forest Stay: Decompression Retreat
Give your small dog a calm, safe Family home stay in Chingford (E4), just one minute from Epping Forest. Your dog will be cared for in a structured, relaxed environment with full time supervision, a fully enclosed garden, and daily, well managed walks in peaceful woodland, lake, and river surroundings. Each day follows a consistent routine designed to support calm behaviour, enrichment, and overall wellbeing. With many years of hands on experience, I am fully insured, DBS checked, and trained in Dog First Aid, CPR, Animal Behaviour, and Animal Reiki. I am confident administering medication when required, including for dogs with additional care needs. Dogs are supported in settling calmly environment shared with my husband, daughter, son and our friendly pug, helping them feel secure and balanced during their stay. This environment is best suited for calm, well socialised dogs who are comfortable in a home setting and able to relax between walks and activities. A short meet & greet is required to ensure the right fit for every stay. Serving Chingford, Highams Park, Woodford, South Woodford, Walthamstow, Buckhurst Hill, Chigwell, Loughton, and surrounding areas London.

Diana was fantastic, easy to deal with, great communication, and she sent plenty of photos, which I really appreciated. Benny was happy and well cared for the whole time. She's trustworthy, reliable, and someone I'd happily book again. Highly recommended!

Diana A. has looked after Coco like she was one of her own family. Coco has been enjoying lots of walks, in the forest, seemed especially captivated when she saw a swan! Coco made friends with all Diana's family including Gecko, who has regularly gone on walks along side her. Diana sent regular, daily updates, photos and video clips to show me Coco was having fun. Diana ensured Coco was kept cool in this very hot weather too. While Coco was with Diana, Coco felt at home, enjoying her food and sleeping well...i could see from the updates Coco also enjoyed playing with Diana's daughter with her rope toy! Coco loves to play 'tug of war'! Coco has had a very happy holiday with Diana and the family. I would highly recommend Diana as she treated Coco with so much love and care...giving her plenty of attention. I'm sure Coco would love to holiday again with Diana..next time we go away!
She was great with Louie! She took Louie into the forest for fun walks daily, gave him medication, and allowed him on bed/furniture. Loved all the many videos and pictures daily as well of my little boy. Only note, wished she asked more questions about his care up front when we did the meet and greet. So I didn't have to spend my vacation answering her questions about how many grams to feed him and how to put his harness on correctly, etc.
Used Diana again after a great first stay, highly recommend!
We left our Bella with Diana and I was not dissappointed. Diana, is caring and daily sends photos and videos of Bella. I have no hesitation in recommending Diana if you are considering boarding your dog

Pet care is fully integrated into my daily routine, as I provide full-time supervision from home. Dogs enjoy structured walks, garden time, enrichment activities, and calm rest periods throughout the day. My routine is consistent and centred on safety, balance, and wellbeing.

A typical day
Morning forest walk or nature stroll, followed by calm home time, meals, enrichment activities, and supervised rest. Garden play and a second structured walk later in the day ensure dogs remain mentally and physically balanced.
