“We were really happy with Owens dog boarding as my dog was a bit nervous at the beginning and he helped her become a lot more confident with other dogs. He also sent a lot of photos and updates.”

“This was little Winston’s first stay with Gabriella and she was amazing. We got photo updates and a full run down of how he was during his stay. Super on top of any requirements, ours was easy enough, just a feed at 13:00. Great space and a great garden space for the little guy to run round in. We’ll be back a bunch for sure. Have also booked a whole week in. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with our little sausage now!”

“Anke and Dennis are such friendly people and we have had a great experience with leaving our pet Vito with them while we were away. They sent updates and videos daily of Vito so that kept us assured that vito is doing good and we don’t have to worry. I would highly recommend Anke and Dennis to everyone who is looking for a Boarding for their pet .”

“From I met Ronnie and his family I felt at ease leaving my puppy in their care. They are a lovely family. They didn't look after Koby as if he was their dog, Koby was their dog while he stayed with them. Thet kept me up to date with his progress, by sending pictures and messages. Koby had a nurturing 9 days with them and even made a friend Dave the Frenchie who was also being looked after by them. I felt Koby was safe and loved, which made it easier for me to enjoy my holiday. Will be using them as long, as they will have Koby 🥰🙏.”

“Marcela looked after our Bobby, it appears he had a great time he really took to Marcela. I don't think you could get anyone better or more trustworthy than Marcela to carry out your dog's every needs. I will definitely be leaving Bobby with Marcela again.”

“Maria and her husband did an amazing job looking after Molly. Molly was made to feel at home and got multiple walks. Updates very plentiful throughout the day and I would highly recommend Maria for pet sitting!”

About: I'm an active, outdoorsy person who genuinely loves being around dogs. I take your dog's exercise seriously: proper walks, real time outside, and plenty of stimulation. My hands-on experience comes from regularly walking and caring for two very different dogs — a Staffordshire Bulldog and a French Bulldog. I’m currently working from home with good flexibility. I can work around the schedule for helping out. Weekends should be free in the day too. My flat is a cosy, well-kept one-bedroom on an upper floor — no balcony or outdoor space, but we’re just a 5-minute walk from a park, so dogs get outside plenty. There are a few flights of stairs to get up to the flat, which is worth knowing for smaller or older dogs.
“Laura is a very friendly and extremely accomodating person who clearly loves caring for dogs. There's no doubt that I will be asking her to look after Otis again and if there were more stars on offer then she'd have them!”

“Christina was amazing with my dog. She regularly sent updates with pictures, videos and messages about her.y dog is a fussy eater but managed to get her to eat. My dog normally has anxiety, Christina managed to help her feel relaxed. Definitely booking Christina again. 😀”
“Leonor is a fantastic cat sitter! Super attentive, communicative, and genuinely caring. It was such a relief knowing my cat was in good hands. I will definitely book again 🙌”

“Kevin took care of Thomas for a week whilst we took a family vacation. He kept us updated regularly with photos, videos and updates on how Thomas was doing. This is the longest we have left him at any time. But knowing Kevin and his family were looking after him we were able to relax and enjoy our time away. Thomas has spent plenty of time with Kevin previously and is always very excited to see them. They have become his home away from home. We always know he will be loved and looked after. Thank you Kevin to you and your family for taking such good care of our boy.”

“Andrea looked after Freddy for a couple of days and she was great, keeping us updated throughout the day and sending pics of him. He must of loved being with her as he kept looking behind and pulling to go back when we went to collect him. We will defo book again in the future and thank you Andrea for taking good care of our little baby.”

“Mango was with Taffany (Siu Yung) for 2 days and she took excellent care of him. She took him for walks through out the day and kept us informed with regular updates with pictures and mesages. She took him out during the rain as well and blow dried him. One could only imagine if someone can be so loving and caring. Taffany and her family kept Mango super happy during his stay. Mango came back super happy after the stay. I would definitely recommend Taffany to anyone and everyone and looking forward for another stay in the future. Thank you so much for taking such a good care of Mango. Much appreciated 🙏”

“It was our first time leaving Roary, and Diana made the whole experience stress free. She sent regular updates, which reassured us so much while we were away. From the photos and messages, we could tell Roary was having the best time. We recommend Diana to anyone looking for exceptional pet care.”

About: What sets me apart is the time and attention I give to each dog as an individual. I have a real interest in training and canine behaviour, and I’ve personally taught my own dog a wide range of tricks, commands, and good habits using positive reinforcement methods. I enjoy keeping dogs mentally stimulated as well as physically exercised, whether that’s practising commands, teaching fun new tricks, playing enrichment games, or simply reinforcing the routines they’re already familiar with. My occupation is in inclusive teaching so I’m patient, observant, and happy to adapt to each dog’s personality and needs. Whether your dog is energetic and eager to learn or prefers a calmer pace, I’ll make sure they feel confident, engaged, and well cared for throughout their stay. As a teacher, I have a structured routine and plan my pet care commitments carefully to ensure every dog receives the time and attention they deserve. I’m typically available from Thursday through to Sunday, when I can dedicate plenty of time to walks, play, enrichment activities, and companionship. During busier working days, I only take on bookings that I know I can fully commit to, so owners can be confident their dog will receive attentive and reliable care. I believe quality time is just as important as meeting a dog’s basic needs, and I always aim to provide a calm, caring, and engaging environment where dogs feel comfortable and at home. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing will always be my top priority. I’ve had my own pup, Penny, for nearly a year now, so my flat is already set up with dogs in mind and designed to be a safe, welcoming environment for four-legged guests. I live in a secure apartment block with access to plenty of nearby green spaces for walks, exercise, and enrichment. Inside, dogs have a calm and comfortable space to relax, play, and feel at home. I take care to maintain routines, supervise interactions, and ensure pets are always secure and settled. My pup Penny is very friendly and loves to play but is very good at reading other dogs and leaves them alone if they are more shy. As both a dog owner and a teacher, I’m used to being attentive, patient, and proactive. I understand that every dog has different needs and personalities, so I take the time to help them feel comfortable, build trust, and enjoy their stay. I’ll also keep owners updated with regular messages and photos, so you can relax knowing your dog is safe, happy, and well cared for.
“Maria was brilliant throughout the period she looked after Ozzy. She was so communicative and genuinely made him part of her family. All the family looked after him. He had a great time”

About: I don’t have direct experience with cats yet, but I’m calm, patient, and a quick learner — and I know cats appreciate exactly that. I’m happy to follow your routine to the letter: feeding schedules, litter, any quirks or preferences. For a first booking I’d always welcome a meet-and-greet so your cat can suss me out on their own terms.

“Josh was fantastic. He was professional, thoughtful, and a great communicator. He spent quality time with our cat, who is usually very picky and nervous, yet she warmed to him quickly, which really put my mind at ease.”

About: have owned cats my whole life and have extensive experience caring for a wide range of personalities and needs. This includes cats who will eat anything and everything, as well as those who are extremely picky with their food and require a bit more patience and understanding. I have also cared for cats who struggle to trust new people, and I know how important it is to give them space, time, and a calm environment to help them feel safe. In addition, I have experience looking after a cat with health issues such as overgrooming, so I am comfortable following specific care instructions and monitoring behaviour closely. I genuinely enjoy working with cats and always aim to provide gentle, attentive care so owners can feel reassured their cat is in safe hands.
“First time leaving the cats for a holiday and all i can say is WOW! Owen and Renata were amazing! Even with one of my cats who’s temperamental! The full 4 days I got pictures every day and a full report which just made us relax so much more on our holiday! I couldn't fault anything! Would definitely recommend! Thank you both so much for everything you've done!”

About: As headline says, I have loved cats for years, I have done some volunteering, visited cat cafes and most importantly taken care of pet cats or most of my life and neighbours' cats when on holiday. I have taken care of ailing cats and newborns. I adore them and usually have had a good response from them too. I don't mind a bit of rough and tumble play time and don't shy away from a scratch. I love grooming them and tend to read their body language and vocal signifiers quickly in order to adapt to their comfort. Cats are all individually characters and I respect that and value creating those relationships as they come.

“Ale made the whole experience of leaving our indoor cat so stress free. She was very attentive and keep us updated with photos and videos every day. Toby was very well looked after, he enjoyed his playtime and cuddles with Ale. Ale is now the only cat sitter I would use in the future. She is a genuine cat lover and the best cat sitter.”

I will offer it play and petting. I'm happy to do overnight stays too. I have a clean DBS check I'll cat sit for free if you live locally and just need someone to pop in to feed and do litter

“Steve was very reliable, punctual and did a great job. There was a situation where we were watching our cat on camera without any food left and looking for food. I messaged Steve and to my surprise he was over not long after that which was very early in the morning. This meant the world to us and shows how kind hearted he is❤️”

“We recently had Maria take care of our two cats, Kuma and Tigger, for two weeks, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she provided. I highly recommend Maria to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy cat sitter. We will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future! ”

“I would highly recommend Ewelina, she is a very caring and reliable cat sitter. Ewelina took great care of my 2 cats while I was away and from the first interaction she displayed a genuine love for animals and was very professional. She took the time to learn about my cats routines and personalities and I felt confident my cats were in safe hands. ”

I am an experienced cat owner. I have 2 Bengal cats - 8 & 5 years old - they are my precious babies & I always worry about leaving them when I go travelling - its always hard to leave them. As I currently work from home part time, I am flexible with visiting times. I have a 1 y.o. toddler who goes to nursery 3 x a week. I would need to take him along with me on visits on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. I have clear DBS certificate

“The most important thing is that my cat liked Beatrice, which meant she responded well to Beatrice, ate her food and took her meds. Beatrice took my parcels in, put the bins out and gave her cuddles. Thank you Beatrice, it’s a weight off my mind to have someone I can rely on.”

About: Had a cat in a family for many many years, I’ve also supported family and friends either their cats when needed. Not cats but a dog rescue volunteer where I specifically looked after the puppies in Mauritius. Joined rescue missions and taken ill or injured dogs to animal hospital.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs regularly for the past 3 years, mostly looking after two senior dogs for one friend and a young puppy for another. This has given me experience with different temperaments, energy levels, and routines, from gentle senior care to playful puppy stages. From age 15 I cared for dogs within my family, supporting with walks, feeding, and keeping them settled while owners were away. In addition, I‘ve cared for my family kitten, and as an indoor cat, he required consistent feeding, litter care, playtime, and a calm presence, something I’m very comfortable providing. Working from home, enables me to give consistent attention throughout the day and always provide updates and photos for peace of mind. Every dog or cat in my care is treated with patience, attentiveness, and love. I work from home, which allows me to provide consistent care, supervision, companionship and regular walks or drop-ins throughout the day. I’m flexible during weekdays and available most weekends, making it easy to fit pet care naturally into my routine. When caring for dogs or cats in their own home, I prioritise maintaining their usual routine so they feel comfortable and secure. I carefully follow feeding schedules, walking routines, and any specific instructions provided. I ensure doors and gates are always secured, keep environments tidy and safe. If crate training is part of their routine, I’m comfortable supporting that in a gentle and positive way. My focus is always on providing a safe, consistent, and loving environment while you’re away.

About: I’m a 31-year-old private piano teacher with a flexible schedule, which gives me plenty of time to dedicate to pet care and walks during the mornings and early afternoons. I usually start work around 2pm, so I’m available for daytime walks, drop-in visits, and quality time with your pets (except Wednesdays). Sundays are currently completely free until August, making me available for longer visits and pet sitting throughout the day. I'm also available for house-sitting. I’ve loved dogs my whole life and had my own mixed-breed Chihuahua, Lady, for 17 years, so I understand how important patience, affection, and routine are. I’ve also spent time caring for my grandparents’ German Shepherd, Nero, during summer holidays growing up, which gave me experience with larger breeds as well as small dogs. Since I’m unable to have pets in my rented flat, spending time with dogs again would genuinely make me very happy. I’ll always make sure your pet feels safe, cared for, and receives lots of attention, playtime, and affection while they’re with me. I work as a private piano teacher for around 5 hours a day, usually in the afternoons, which leaves me with plenty of time for pet care, walks, companionship, and house sitting. My schedule is flexible, and outside of teaching hours I’m able to spend most of the day with your pet. I’m also happy to stay overnight in your home for house sitting, helping your pet feel comfortable and relaxed in their familiar environment. Sundays are currently fully available until August, and I’m unavailable on Wednesdays. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and routine are very important to me. Since I’m offering house sitting and care in the owner’s home rather than boarding, I aim to keep everything as familiar and stress-free as possible for your pet. I’ll carefully follow feeding schedules, walking routines, medication instructions, and any specific preferences you have. I’m calm, patient, attentive, and genuinely love spending time with animals, whether that means active walks and playtime or simply keeping them company and making them feel safe while you’re away.

“I can’t thank Jade enough for the amazing care she gave my dog while I was recovering from surgery. For a full week, she stepped in and treated my pup as if he were her own—always punctual, reliable, and full of warmth and energy. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, kind, and truly passionate about animals, I wholeheartedly recommend Jade. She made a stressful time so much easier—and my dog absolutely adores her! Thank you again. Beata”

About: Growing up I have cared for my own pets, neighbours pets, dont shy away from the muck work, grooming and other pet requirements. Will care to your extended family member as if they were my own. I am quite confident with different animals having cared. Love and care with deep genuine attention to the extended family member and will give you some trusted peace of mind that you have left your cared one in safe kind hands. I work full time and have alternative Mondays, Wednesdays and weekends off. Therefore I am flexible in how I can help you out. Cat/dog overnight homeowner stays, happy to house your cat for an overnight stay (wouldn't be fair to a dog to come and stay in my flat as I wouldn't be able to care for it throughout the day unless it's a one night or over night weekend stay when I am off. As I'd be able to take out on walks- have two beautiful greenspaces to chose from for long or short walks. I live in a flat with a balcony, I would be happy to house cats, smaller pets in their cage/tank throughout the week, but would have smaller availability for small dogs/medium dogs, due to full time work and I wouldn't be comfortable leaving them in a confined space without the care and attention they would require.

“Friendly and communicative throughout. Layla was comfortable with him and everything went smoothly overall. As Layla can sometimes be a little stubborn when meeting new walkers, a bit more confidence and experience handling hesitant dogs would be beneficial, but he was patient and keen to make sure she was comfortable. Thank you for looking after her.”

“Louisa took great care of our frenchie, Vinnie this week, we were so relieved to find someone we can trust! As soon as Vinnie met Louisa he was excited and happy to meet her so we knew he was in good hands.”

About: I absolutely love all animals and am a proud mother of 4 gorgeous cats, oldest one is Leo 16 years old (domestic) Matisse (british shorthair ) Monkey (british shorthair) and Arya (british shorthair ) They keep me laughing with their own unique personality and could not imagine them not being in my life, I love playing with them seeing them chasing around. I have looked after a friends shih tzu on many occasions, feeding and walking. Highlighting most importantly lots of love and cuddles. Which would be the case for all my 4 legged friends I will look after in the near future. Feel safe in knowing I will take the upmost care and give my undivided attention to all their needs however big or small. I am currently working part time so do have most of my day free, I am available from 9am until 8pm. And not south of London, apologies for this as I do not drive. I care for my beautiful fluff balls very much as I treat them with respect and give them endless love and cuddles, even when they are naughty.
About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life having been raised with them in the house and attending to all their needs throughout the years. This includes raising dogs from puppies, teaching them tricks, monitoring their diet, going for walks, attending vet visits and caring for them their whole lives. I am currently between roles thus very flexible when it comes to the day/week routine. This may change in future but I remain available. My home is set up for both my cat and dog, from their discreet bedding (which is regularly changed), food and food bowls (all labelled with expiry date), grooming brushes and toys. This also includes a clear schedule for walking, feeding and play time. I am guilty of leaving what I am doing to attend to their needs.

I have a garden, always go for at least an hour park walk and plenty to play times and cuddles. I have lots of toys too! I work from home Mondays and Friday and free over the weekend. About: Hey, I’m Maria 👋🏼 I’ve grown up with dogs since I was 5 years old and they’ve always been a huge part of my life. Over the years, I have volunteered with Guide Dogs and have also taken responsibility for caring for my own dogs, as well as family and friends’ pets—always giving them the love and attention they deserve as part of the family 🐶 Friends, family, and neighbours have relied on me to care for their pets, whether that means daily walks, playtime, or making sure they feel comfortable and happy while their owners are away. I understand that every dog has their own personality and needs, and I treat each one with patience, care, and of course, plenty of cuddles & affection 🐾 My husband & I recently bought a new house so I don’t live with my family dog anymore but we would love our own dog in the future! 🫶🏼 Please note, as I am new to Rover, my prices are introductory prices for now & may be subject to change! I work full time as a teacher, so I’m available for dog walks from 4:15–8:30pm during the week, except Wednesday. I am available for dog walks all day Saturday & Sunday. I’m available for boarding everyday besides Wednesdays, however I am at work from Monday-Friday 8am-4:15pm, therefore your dog would be at home with my husband during these times, as he works from home. I live in a house with a large, fully fenced garden & am also a 5 minute walk from a large country park, perfect for dog walks! If it is your preference, I can crate your dog overnight, or they’re welcome to sleep upstairs on the bedroom floor next to me, or downstairs in a cozy dog bed/on the rug. My priority is making sure your dog feels comfortable, safe, and cared for just like they would at home.
About: I cared for my Labrador, Poppy, for 15 wonderful years, from her playful puppy days to her golden senior years. In her later years, I managed her medications, supported her with mobility challenges, and made sure she was comfortable and happy every day. My experience has taught me patience, attentiveness, and how to spot when a dog needs extra care or reassurance. Whether it’s playtime, a gentle walk, or just companionship, I’ll treat your pet with the same love and respect I gave Poppy. I work from home as a freelance artist, which means my schedule is very flexible. I can easily adjust my day to provide walks, visits, or overnight care whenever needed, weekdays or weekends. Pet care can fit seamlessly into my routine at the moment. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I make sure they always have fresh water, food, and any medication on time according to your wishes. I double check that doors and gates are secure, keep harmful items out of reach, and pay attention to their body language so I can quickly respond to their needs. My goal is to create a calm, reassuring environment so your pet feels safe and happy while you’re away.
“I have a 5 year old cocker spaniel who is very reactive and nervous to new people so I was anxious about finding a dog walker. As soon as I met April I felt relaxed and she put me at ease as I knew how caring she was towards animals and I felt like I was leaving my dog in safe hands. I know how excited he gets when he sees her and I don’t ever have to worry when she is going to see him. She also is going to do an overnight stay for us in a few months which is another thing I was anxious about however after now having met April I fully trust her to look after him and be in our home xx”
About: I’m confident handling different dog personalities, from energetic puppies to older, slower dogs. I’m reliable, attentive and always prioritise safety during walks, feeding and play. Your pet will get gentle, consistent care. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I’m home often, organised, and love spending time with animals. I easily schedule feeding, walks, playtime and cuddles. I create a calm, safe environment, follow all feeding and walk schedules, give plenty of playtime, and send updates so owners know their pet is happy.

“Leonor is a fantastic cat sitter! Super attentive, communicative, and genuinely caring. It was such a relief knowing my cat was in good hands. I will definitely book again 🙌”

“Maria was brilliant throughout the period she looked after Ozzy. She was so communicative and genuinely made him part of her family. All the family looked after him. He had a great time”

“It was my first time using an individual dog sitter instead of a doggy care so I was initially a bit worried. Louisa and her boyfriend were really awesome and treated her well, pictures were sent frequently. Our dog coincidently was on her period during her stay but they seemed really relaxed about. I would contact them again as I know they would be reliable and I would be comfortable Chewie spending time with them again :))”

“Jimbo had a lovely time with Brian. I was sent lots of updates during the day and overnight. I would definitely leave Jimbo with Brian again. It was clear he loved having Jimbo, and also dropped him off in the morning! Great sitter ☺️”

About: Dogs have been the heart of my home for nearly two decades. After 14 wonderful years with my beloved Staffy, Tyson, I welcomed Titan into my life three years ago. Titan is a friendly, neutered Staffy-mix who truly lives up to the "nanny dog" reputation. I know how hard it is to be away from your fur-baby. I provide regular updates and photos throughout the day so you can see exactly how much fun they are having. We can't wait to welcome your pup into our home! Safety & Supervision First As a stay-at-home mum, I am home throughout the day. My husband Gurpal works from home two days a week, this means your dog will rarely, if ever, be left alone. I have two children 3 and 5 years old who have grown up with dogs their whole life. Our Daily Routine Your dog won't just be "watched"—they will be part of the family. Our days are filled with: Active Play: Frequent garden games and mental stimulation. Daily Walks: Regular outings to stretch our legs and explore. Secure Environment: I have a large family home and a garden that is significantly larger than average—fully fenced and perfect for zoomies! Home Comforts: Whether it’s lounging in our spacious living area or sunbathing in the garden, I treat our guests exactly like our own.
“We couldn't be happier with Darwin as a dog sitter for our chocolate labrador, Mango. He truly understands the specific needs of labradors: providing Mango with plenty of exercise, attentive care, and, importantly, being firm about food rules (which we really appreciate!). Mango was clearly very happy and well looked after. Darwin also kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which meant so much to us and especially our kids, who were missing Mango terribly. Highly recommended!”

“What a lovely family! Nicola and Kerry were incredibly nice from the moment I met them - they reassured me and made me feel at ease leaving my dog with them. They’ve sent regular updates, were flexible in terms of pick up and drop off and Benji came home VERY tired! Which is a good sign! I will definitely be booking a stay with them again. Thank you both!! I really appreciate your help!”

“Rahul and Ash are brilliant. They take the time to really get to know each dog and they made sure my dog Cookie felt comfortable. They are very knowledgeable about dogs and attentive to each dogs needs. They are very friendly and very accommodating with my schedule. I feel at ease leaving Cookie with them.”

About: I’m an Australian living in London who has loved dogs for as long as I could breathe. I owned a dog (Jack Russell x Staffy!) from the age of 5 to 20, so training and caring for dogs has always been a natural part of my life. Since moving to London, I haven’t been able to have a pet of my own, which is why I’m excited to spend time caring for other people’s pets! I’ve previously dog sat for friends and neighbours, both at my own place and in their homes. Morning runs are part of my daily routine so I can guarantee plenty of outdoor time for your pup! But no matter if it’s walks, playtime, or cuddles on the sofa, I will always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I’ll always treat your dog with the same care and attention I’d give my own. I am a freelancer and work from home which means I have a very flexible schedule. This means that I can provide lots of attention throughout the day and adapt to your dog’s needs. I live in a two-bedroom new build apartment with a balcony. We are a smoke-free household and do not have any pets. The building is very dog-friendly, has a fenced roof terrace, and also a fenced courtyard - both with plenty of grass to play around in. I also live 4 mins from a park. No matter where I am, I’ll always have your pet’s safety at the forefront of my mind at all times. I always treat everybody’s home with respect, so if housesitting, I will no doubt keep your home clean and tidy. I’m always happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your dog is happy and well cared for.

“This was my first time using Rover and I have had such a pleasant experience. Yao has been absolutely fantastic! Cleo was well looked after by her and Yao updated me regularly with pictures and videos. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Elisa was fantastic. We trusted her with our beloved Twix whilst we were away on holiday. She sent regular updates and pictures. We could tell from the pictures Twix was having a great time and being looked after. Daily walks and plenty of activity with Elsie’s own dog. We’re really pleased we went with Elisa and the service she’s provided. Would recommend and use again.”

“Ruby had the best time with Jennifer. She had lots of walks, cuddles and play time with other dogs. Jennifer lives closed to a fenced off park which is great for a dog like mine who will run a bit wild in the open! Jennifer sent lots of updates and was truly great with Ruby. Will 100% use again :)”
