“Ronnie and Lizet were amazing with my 7 month old pup. I had to book at short notice when my son was unwell and we became super busy with a house move. It was my first time boarding my pup as well as using this app so I had to be super brave but I was very lucky in finding this family. They were very reassuring when we met them for the first time and more importantly, my pup who can get quite nervous with new surroundings, took to them immediately( dogs and kids have the best people instinct so that was reassuring!) Ronnie and Lizet sent me regular updates and photos/videos and were receptive, confident understanding and very welcoming, so I knew my pup was in safe hands while I took care of other things. They also instantly agreed to extend by a few hours from our original agreement when I needed the extra time and provided a pick-up and drop off service. My dog came back safe and happy. “I booked a last minute boarding request with Indy for three days for my large dog. 5 stars doesn’t even cut it! My dog is a rescue and can be nervous at times, but she loved every second. Even though the request was last minute, Indy still accommodated a meet before booking anything, which went well. Layla was so very well looked after and cared for by the family, I had constant updates via text with pictures and videos, she was having the best time. I couldn’t recommend Indy enough, I’ll absolutely be rebooking when the time comes that Layla needs boarding/ dog sitting again”

About: I'm an active, outdoorsy person who genuinely loves being around dogs. I take your dog's exercise seriously: proper walks, real time outside, and plenty of stimulation. My hands-on experience comes from regularly walking and caring for two very different dogs — a Staffordshire Bulldog and a French Bulldog. I’m currently working from home with good flexibility. I can work around the schedule for helping out. Weekends should be free in the day too. My flat is a cosy, well-kept one-bedroom on an upper floor — no balcony or outdoor space, but we’re just a 5-minute walk from a park, so dogs get outside plenty. There are a few flights of stairs to get up to the flat, which is worth knowing for smaller or older dogs.

Cat/dog overnight homeowner stays, happy to house your cat for an overnight stay (wouldn't be fair to a dog to come and stay in my flat as I wouldn't be able to care for it throughout the day unless it's a one night or over night weekend stay when I am off. As I'd be able to take out on walks- have two beautiful greenspaces to chose from for long or short walks. I live in a flat with a balcony, I would be happy to house cats, smaller pets in their cage/tank throughout the week, but would have smaller availability for small dogs/medium dogs, due to full time work and I wouldn't be comfortable leaving them in a confined space without the care and attention they would require.

About: I have been brought up around all types of animals, mostly cats and dogs, due to my mother having fostered animals when I was a kid. As a result, I was (safely) exposed to all types of personalities. Currently, we have 10 animals in total, 5 cats - 3 of which are rescued, 2 dogs - a giant breed and a small breed, 2 guinea pigs and a Russian Dwarf Hamster. All, incredibly spoilt might I add. Due to my animals - mostly my guinea pigs, I don't feel comfortable doing boarding, but I am more than happy to keep your pets company in your house. I have a pretty free schedule, so I have a lot of time to play around with pups and kitties. From my mother's fostering when I was kid, I'm pretty good at reading body language, so I'm great at not putting animals in uncomfortable situations. I can adapt based on how the animal feels with touch, if they're cuddly I am more than happy to indulge, if they aren't and prefer to keep more to themselves I am also more than happy to accommodate them.
About: I have a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Management where I achieved the highest possible grade of triple Distinction*. This diploma gave me two years of experience caring for and training all types of animals. I also have work experience in various dog groomers, doggy daycare, a vet practice, and city farms. About: I've initially helped dog owners at Borrow my Doggy then we got a shih tzu ourselves 5 years ago. I can dog sit, walk or board small to medium female dogs Mondays and Friday and also weekends.
