About: I have owned cats since I was a very small child, I have grown up with more than 4 cats, and they bring me so much joy, I am happy to care for more than just cats, and dogs, I have experience in taking care of a dog as well. I am currently a university student and I am able to use all my free time when i’m not studying taking care of all sorts of pets, my schedule is very flexible I make sure that the dogs have plenty of water as well as food, and usually take them on a minimum 30 minute walk once a day. I make sure cats food and water are always replenished especially on a hot day and i make sure both cats and dogs get their exercise and play time

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life! Growing up, my family had two wonderful dogs, Jazz and Charly. My parents also regularly looked after friends’ and family members’ dogs, since they worked from home and could give them plenty of walks, playtime, and relaxation. About: As a vet student, my course requires me to gain work experience with the animals I wish to work with in the future. Some of my placements so far have at me doing volunteer work at kennels and catteries where I would clean out the boarding spaces, feed the pets and walk the dogs. I also did some volunteer work at a doggie daycare where I would watch over, feed and play with the dogs there. While at the kennels and catteries I also learned the basics in senior care as well as puppy/kitten care. I have a Level 4 Certificate in Small Mammal First Aid and I have animal handling certificates for dogs and cats from my university. These courses mean I understand body language e.g. if they want space, as well as how to care for them in a situation where something may happen. I have also had my own dog since the age of 12, so growing up with one makes me aware of all the quirks they have and what makes dogs and cats great companions. My own dog recently, unfortunately broke her leg. Through caring for her post op as she’s been healing has helped me expand my knowledge on how best to care for animals that may have special needs. Whether it be due to injury or a chronic condition. (Total experience through my placements add up to around 3 years) I am a university student but I don’t have a busy timetable during the week. I sometimes can’t weekends due to coursework but you can still request weekends, there’s just a chance I say no. If I do a class on a week day it tends to be in the morning for just a few hours. I live in student accommodation so I am unable to board animals. I have a car though so I can house sit no problem, I don’t mind sleeping on sofas. If I am house sitting during the day I may have to leave for a few hours at a time to attend class. However I will make sure your pet gets a toilet break every few hours and isn’t left alone for long stretches of time (4+ hours).

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for most of my life. I’ve had big dogs, and puppy sat small dogs. I love animals, and always pay close attention to their boundaries. I’ve cared for foster dogs as well. My experience starts from 9 years old when I adopted my puppy. Ever since then I fed, bathed, and walked the dogs in my house. I am a university student, and currently I live in Aberdeen. My schedule, until the first week of December, will have classes on Monday afternoons and Tuesday mornings. Other than that I am free any day of the week. My form of transportation is mostly walking and using trains or buses. I do not own a car personally, however, my mom does and she may be able drive me to more remote locations. How I take care of your pet will be dependent on the needs and desires that you specify. If you want me to follow a strict schedule then I will. Guidance is preferred since I do not know your pet as well as you do I would like to know what is important for their care.

This was the first time we left Sprout for a couple of days and as you might imagine that is quite scary. However, Evelyn did an amazing job looking after Sprout and keeping us in the loop with small little updates (and pictures)! We could tell that Sprout was happy and relaxed! Little side note because Evelyn was staying at ours for a couple of nights: She left the place as she found it! So not only did she look after Sprout but also our home. Couldn’t ask for a better service! Thanks so much Evelyn!!
I cannot recommend Holly highly enough. She put our minds totally at rest while on holiday. We received daily updates showing us how relaxed and comfortable our labradors Alfie and Ruby were, totally spoiled. Pictures of her playing with them in the garden and out for walks. Alfie sometimes suffers from itchy skins his nose and eyes suffer too. Holly text as she was concerned, we told her to put him back on his medication. She text to let us know it has settle down again. I have no hesitation recommending Holly for housing sitting she was a total star. I had to laugh my neighbours saw her out walking them, they ask how well behaved they were yet when they see me their pulling like mad and barking. Hollys given me some tips to try fingers crossed I get as good as her.
Cannot recommend Leony enough she is brilliant - if I could give her 10 stars 🌟 I would. Such a lovely person and our cat was so well cared for and good updates during our stay away and came back to a very happy cat and lovely clean home.
