“Very grateful for the good care that Kiarra took of our dog and cat while we were away. Kiarra kept us updated regularly on how they were doing, and the house was immaculate when we got home. Thank you!”

“Leony did a great job looking after my rescue dog over the weekend. She gave me reglar, detailed updates as to how she was doing. I felt confident in leaving my dog with her would definitely recommend.”

About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 14, my own dogs, my family dogs, neighbours, they relied them to me, I love them, They're like babies, So Cutes! I am currently studying part-time at college, so I just can't be able mondays and tuesdays, But I am available From Wednesday onwards, every week, in the afternoons I have a big park behind my house and it is a safety area, there's a near veterinary if something's wrong, I can walk them easily and play with them!
About: I’ve never had the pleasure of owning my own dog, but I look after my friends & familys pets whenever they go on holiday, or need a pet-free weekend. I can’t wait to have my own dog one day, but currently being able “borrow” yours will be just as fab! I work part-time and attend college part-time, so my availability varies—but feel free to reach out and we can find a schedule that suits you and your pet’s needs. I don’t have my own car, so I prefer local clients or in-home sitting at your place. I’m highly attentive to animal body language and always prioritise creating a safe, and stress free environment. I allow pets to set the pace, ensuring every interaction is comfortable and positive. Whether your pet thrives on affection or prefers calm companionship, I adapt seamlessly to their individual needs.
“Tyra was amazing taking care of Frankie, she was flexible and understanding when we needed to change our booking due to weather conditions. Frankie was excited to see her everyday and she would cover her with kisses as soon as she saw her. We would recommend Tyra to anyone looking for a reliable person.”

“Highly Recommend! Caitlin's looked after my boy a day after we moved into a new flat, things were chaotic and unsettled but I had to travel. Caitlin took it in her stride and Wilson loves her! She's communicative and relaxed and understood perfectly, my notes about medication, feeding. He's dog reactive and she knew how to handle it, they had a great time together. I got the cutest pictures and I know he had a blast. We've already booked in another stay!”

“Our Max is not the easiest dog to deal with and takes some extra care, patience and attention to be able to deal with him. In a short time Genevieve had managed to build up a rapport with Max and has kept us worried parents up to date throughout!”

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life! Growing up, my family had two wonderful dogs, Jazz and Charly. My parents also regularly looked after friends’ and family members’ dogs, since they worked from home and could give them plenty of walks, playtime, and relaxation. Being raised in this environment taught me the importance of caring for animals with love, consistency, and presence. It also showed me just how much better life is with animals around! In addition to dogs, I also have a horse named Lincoln, and I absolutely love animals of all kinds. I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments from energetic puppies to senior dogs as well as experience with horses and donkeys. Sadly, we lost our beloved dog Charly last August. Since then, I’ve moved from Canada to Scotland to pursue a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. While it’s been an incredible adventure, I’ve deeply missed having animals in my daily life. That’s why I joined Rover to spend time with amazing pets and help give owners peace of mind knowing their furry family members are safe, happy, and well-cared-for while they’re away. Rover also helps me support my education and living expenses during school. But most importantly, it gives me the opportunity to do something I genuinely love: spending time with animals and meeting wonderful people along the way. Pet care fits perfectly into my current schedule. I have the most availability on Wednesdays and weekends, which gives me dedicated time to focus on caring for pets. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or check-ins, or anything they may need. When caring for pets in a pet owner's home, I always aim to follow their regular routine as closely as possible from feeding schedules and walk times to play and cuddle time! I take note of any specific instructions or preferences, and make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I also keep the home tidy and send regular updates so owners know everything is going smoothly. If I’m caring for pets in my own home, I make sure the space is safe, calm, and welcoming. I provide plenty of attention, exercise, and affection, and always ensure pets have a cozy place to relax. My goal is to make every pet feel like part of the family while they’re in my care
“Cannot recommend Evelyn highly enough. She took excellent care of our dog and home. She kept us updated with photos regularly and was very professional. We returned to a happy dog. Will absolutely use again. Thank you Evelyn 🐶”

About: Casually — but I love animals! Your pet will feel like it’s at grandma’s place on holiday with me. I’ll take care of them the way they deserve, and I hope we’ll all be happy🥰 I’m at home all day. My walks with the dog last at least an hour, and there’s time for play and affection every day. A dog is my priority and my responsibility — a happy responsibility. I have a fenced garden, but I don’t use it for walks. We live close to a golf course, and that’s where I usually go for walks. I hope my dog Rupert will also be good company for your pet.
“We are so grateful we found Daniela.she took care of Mira while we were away, sent us photos and provided us with all the necessary information.we could see that Mira was happy with Daniella and we strongly recommend her as a perfect dog sitter”

“Kasie looked after little Arlo today. Since I’ve got back he has slept for a few hours thanks to her taking the time to play with him all day. Any instructions were followed, albeit there was only a few, and the house was as clean as when I left. She also arrived earlier than asked, which is ideal when time is of the essence. You want someone who clearly loves animals, and Kasie is clearly that kind of person. 10/10 recommend to anyone.”

About: Glen & Sarah have had pets, dogs and cats, all of their lives. Jethro & Judi (mini schnauzers) love having other dogs to stay over & regularly get neighbours dog over to stay. Sarah is a stay at home mum who walks the dogs during the day. Dogs get regular access to the fenced back garden to play. Fenced back garden. Drinking water always available. Plenty of company for dogs who come to stay, be it playing with Jethro & Judi or sitting up on the sofa with the humans.
About: From a young age I have cared for cats in my own household, now having my own after moving out! I also used to do dog walks and play with my neighbours dogs to earn some pocket money! My close friend currently works with Rover and I am out with her often becoming more confident with challenging dogs she specialises in! Although my profile only lists certain days, please do contact me if you require one of those days and I will see if I can make time! I attend uni and work part time but are available outwith that. If I have preferably 7-10 days notice for house sits I can arrange the time off work and I can fit dog check in’s and walks around my schedule. I have my own kitten who has free range of my flat so I won’t be able to house any animals. However I am able to house animals throughout the day and overnight in your house and walk them in the surrounding area!
“Vilte was amazing help with our dogs. We have two crazy dogs and she did great looking after them while we were away. There were plenty updates and you could tell not just them but the house was well looked after”

“Darcey looked after our dog in our home for 6 days whilst we were travelling. She took great care of both our dog and our home and we would not hesitate to recommend her services.”

“Felt very confident the boys were being well looked after while we were away which was great. Bruno sent pics and videos and had the grace to maintain their 'spoilt to death' routines and daily walks. Lovely girl. Came back to happy, healthy dogs. Would use again”

Aberdeen pet owners share their Rover experiences
Kiarra is like a pet sitting angel sent to us, Malachi and Lexi had such wonderful time, we had so many updates whilst we Were away and before we left Kairra came to familiarise herself with the house and meet us all which was super reassuring. When we came home the house felt tidier than it was when we left it. Will definitely be using again and would absolutely recommend! Thank you so much x
100% would recommend Sarah! She stayed in our home to look after our two cats. We were kept up to date with regular updates and pictures. We could tell the cats were being well looked after and were enjoying their time with Sarah which was lovely and put us at ease! ☺️ thanks for taking such good care of our princesses!

Craige was perfect while watching my boys while I was away. He's friendly and personable, followed every instruction and the boys liked him immediately. Communication and updates were regular and positive. I'd recommend Craige 100% to anyone in need of a sitter. Will definitely book again.

We couldn’t recommend Emma more! She came and house sat for us from first thing in the morning into early hours of the following morning when we attended our friends wedding. She took such amazing care of our senior Romanian rescue who had only been with us for a few days prior. We had lots of lovely updates which completely put our minds at ease. We were in no way rushed to come back, allowing us to enjoy our day knowing Millie was in the best hands 😃. Emma has so much experience with dogs and from the get go you can just tell she’s a doggie person. We would not hesitate to use her again and to recommend her to friends too.
Stephanie was great with my furry family and I went away for a few days knowing they were in good, and caring, hands. She sent me regular updates, with photos and my house was left clean and tidy too. I would definitely book Stephanie again and I highly recommend her. Thank you.

Rebecca has looked after my dog twice now and honestly my dog loves having her around. Alot of people are nervous of the breed when it comes to my dog but Rebecca treats her like the big baby she is! Super reliable and was able to book last minute thankfully this last visit. She's a great choice, if like me your dog is the most important thing in your life. I 100% promise your pets in safe hands with her.

From the moment Lorynne met Mac at the arranged meet and greet, we knew they were going to get on well together. Lorynne put us at ease and we instantly felt comfortable leaving her to house sit Mac whilst we enjoyed our break. On our return, we could see Lorynne and Mac had made such good pals! We wish Lorynne all the best for the future!

Valentina was amazing with our kittens, she was very communicative and sent lots of pictures. She was very easy and flexible to make arrangements with and made sure she knew everything about our pets before the sit. She went above and beyond, and bought them a toy that they love. We would definitely recommend!

Thank you (again) Charlotte. This was Honey's first overnight sit as a solo dog and when we came home she was contented and happy. So reassuring to know she's being well looked after and makes it much more relaxing to be away for the night to an event ourselves. Thank you again 🙏🥰🐾
