About: I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember and have around four years of experience caring for them. Friends, neighbours and family often trust me to look after their dogs when they need help. I truly enjoy spending time with dogs going on walks, playing, and making sure they feel comfortable and happy while their owners are away. Every dog has a different personality, and I always try to understand what makes them feel relaxed and safe. My favourite breeds are Labradors and Staffies I absolutely adore them but I genuinely love dogs of all breeds and sizes. About: I had a wide variety of pets growing up. I've always had positive experiences with pets, and i even look after my friends pets when they're away for trips. I am a student at the University of Aberdeen. I have a flexible schedule which allows me to look after your fur baby whenever is required. I have a shared, walled garden, i am also willing to travel to make sure your pet is comfortable and feels safe. I'm also a short walk away from a park and the beach :)
About: I have owned cats since I was a very small child, I have grown up with more than 4 cats, and they bring me so much joy, I am happy to care for more than just cats, and dogs, I have experience in taking care of a dog as well. I am currently a university student and I am able to use all my free time when i’m not studying taking care of all sorts of pets, my schedule is very flexible I make sure that the dogs have plenty of water as well as food, and usually take them on a minimum 30 minute walk once a day. I make sure cats food and water are always replenished especially on a hot day and i make sure both cats and dogs get their exercise and play time

About: i’ve been cat sitting for other families since I was 16 and I have had many cats in my own family all throughout my life. I have always been the crazy cat lady in my family and I absolutely adore my little cuddly kitties. I have always been asked by neighbours and family friends to look after their cats while they have been on vacation and I love doing it! I am very experienced with all types of cats whether they are social or a little more reserved. I have also done a three week internship in a cattery when I was 16 so am confident when giving medicine and cleaning cats. I am able to see cats every day in my weekly routine. If you require me to spend more than one 1-hour visit a day with you cat then just reach out and I will see what my schedule is like! I am always very careful to open doors when first entering your home, just in case your little one is waiting to come out. I will always go slowly and gently with your cat at first and let them know that they are in charge of how the pet care is going to be. I always want your cats to trust me, however I understand that some cats are too timid and do not want to speak and that is perfectly fine.
About: I’ve looked after my dog since she was a puppy in 2015. I hold most responsibility over her, feeding and walking her. I love playing with her and giving her the attention she deserves. I also own many fish that i feed multiple times a day and love them to bits ! I’m currently a university student so have quite a free schedule !!! I can manage walks with dogs up to XL size and any additional needs I am capable of managing. In the morning say around 0730 your pet will go out for a walk and bathroom run about. In the evenings say around say 1730 your pet will go out again for an evening run about before dinner at 1800. From the start, Anna was very quick with communication when I booked her to look after my cat, Rue. Throughout her visits, she took lovely pictures of Rue eating and getting pets, which I really appreciated as Rue isn't the most fond of strangers. Anna let me know that Rue had been fed, checked the litter tray and kept me updated through the report on the website, which was easy to understand and follow. The whole process was simple and straightforward, and Anna made it much easier to feel confident leaving Rue for the night. I came home to a happy, settled cat, which is exactly what you want from a cat sitter! I would definitely use Anna again if I ever needed someone to look in on Rue, and would happily recommend her.

I booked Kasie very last minute, she came to do a meet and greet within a couple hours of my messages, she was calm and really lovely. my dog joe doesn’t like human touch or strangers but in her presence he was so calm and she listened to everything I had told her. Joe and arlo had a wonderful time on walkies and during the drop in visits. I would highly recommend kasie and will be using her services again. 🤩🤩

Kiara was amazing, I needed a last minute visit for my cat. She stayed over an hr each day with my cat and played with him. I got daily report cards with pictures that I looked forward to each day. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm.
