About: I have always been an animal lover! I have just finished my HND animal care qualification and passed. I currently work in a boarding kennels and I am also volunteering a a local rescue shelter. I love spending time with these dogs, and walk them once a week. I’ve had dogs in my home since I was 4, and grew up learning how to care for them. I hope to use my qualification to be able to work with animals full time in the future. About: Having grown up surrounded by dogs and being lucky enough to travel and volunteer with animals in both Kenya and Australia, I've always adored animals of all shapes and sizes and am not phased by everything that can come with loving and looking after animals. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm.
