I look after my friends and family pets whether it be sitting, boarding dog walking or just lots of cuddles. I will always try to reassure the owners that their fur baby will be safe and loved until they come home, I will look after their pet like it was my own. I am currently off on maternity leave now so have plenty of time to spend taking care of clients pets. I can make drop in visits during the week and also some weekends. My calender is kept up to date often to reflect when I am available as it is subject to changes I will stick to your feeding times, walks, and training methods. About: I had a menagerie of pets growing up, from hamsters, guinea pigs and rabbits, to two family dogs. Raising a family of my own now, I’d love for my children to experience a live-in dog; from cuddles to walks, poo-bags to slobber. My children are very affectionate but respectful, and would love the opportunity to learn some of the responsibilities attached to having a pet at home. We have a large garden, surrounded by large conifers. Unfortunately it is not entirely fenced off, and we are prone to wildlife such as foxes and hedgehogs frequenting, as well as neighbouring cats, so good recall would be required off-lead. However, we will also include plenty of walks 😊. I work within primary school hours, primarily from home. So could include walks to/from school, alongside a lunch time or evening walk. Being at home all day, your pet would never be alone. They would have plenty of opportunities for cuddles, and play when the kids come home. We can tailor the care of your pet to your individual needs/energy levels.Some of our intended care plans have been described above, but happy to discuss in more detail, on contact.
About: I have taken care of dogs for 15 years, my Dalmatian; Sophie is turning 13 soon, she’s been with me since she was 9 weeks old. I did obedience and tricks training with her. I’m available for boarding in the weekend or during the week after 6 pm. My partner and I work on week days, we are hybrid and work from home half of the time. My partner can also take your dog with himself when he has to go out. He is a sales manager and visits bars, restaurants, dogs’ favourite places! Evenings and weekends are my turn to care for your pup. We have a fenced garden behind our flat. We live on the beach, can provide plenty of long walks as needed. About: I’m a lifelong dog lover who has grown up with dogs and cared for a variety of breeds throughout my life. While I don’t have professional dog sitting experience, I have plenty of hands-on experience caring for dogs as part of my family. I live with my husband, two children and our friendly family dog, who are all great with other dogs. We have a good sized, fully enclosed garden where dogs can safely explore and play throughout the day, as well as access to regular walks and plenty of opportunities for enrichment. As I work in education, I am primarily available for dog boarding and daycare during school holidays. During these periods, I am at home throughout the day, allowing me to provide plenty of supervision, companionship, exercise and care for your dog. I have a good-sized, fully enclosed and secure garden where dogs can safely play, explore and enjoy time outdoors throughout the day. I share my home with a friendly, neutered Labrador cross German Wirehaired Pointer who is well socialised with other dogs. She is calm, respectful and understands when another dog would prefer their own space. I also have two dog-savvy children, aged 10 and 14, who have grown up around dogs and understand the importance of treating them gently and respectfully. I appreciate that every dog is different and will work to maintain their usual routine as much as possible. If your dog is crate trained or uses a crate for rest, sleep or downtime, I am happy to accommodate this. I will provide a safe, loving family environment where your dog will receive plenty of attention, exercise, enrichment and care while you’re away.
“Anna was fantastic when looking after Apollo and Ares. She even managed to befriend Ares who is usually elusive and doesn't engage with people. Photos and videos were plentiful! We had a difficult situation with a broken lock on the second to last day, which could've happened to anyone, but Anna made sure the cats were fed through their cat flap and got in touch quickly so we could arrange a locksmith to resolve the issue. I'd happily recommend Anna to anyone needing their cats looked after!”
About: I don’t own any pets now but I have grown up with dogs all of my life and I always looked after our family and friends pets. I live on a ground floor flat with a garden connection where your dog can play safetly with me between walks in a park. Claire is a truly lovely dog sitter. My dogs took to her immediately; even my slightly wary one. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a qualified vet or offer other resources to help.
