“Victoria and her family was fabulous with our dog. They were very attentive and wanting to know everything she needs to stay comfortably. My dog had an operation two weeks before her stay and they truly paid attention as to what will be best for her. The children showered her with love, but were respectful not to overstimulate. The back garden is large, but Rowan was mainly taken for walks, as she was not allow to play too vigorously due to the surgery. She did not want to leave upon my return! Also, I am grateful to Victoria for one favour she did, due to a small mistake I have made.”

About: I’ve had 10 years of experience with dogs having got my first family dog at 16, caring for him through my teenage years. I then moved away from home and welcomed in our cockapoo, Spyro! I work Monday to Friday, so I’m generally available for walks in the evenings. Weekends are more flexible, and I can offer walks, doggy daycare and boarding. My fiancé works shifts, so between us we can often accommodate daycare or boarding on most days. We regularly update our calendar, so even if your preferred dates don’t appear available, please get in touch and we’ll always do our best to find a way to help! About: I had a menagerie of pets growing up, from hamsters, guinea pigs and rabbits, to two family dogs. We have a large garden, surrounded by large conifers. Unfortunately it is not entirely fenced off, and we are prone to wildlife such as foxes and hedgehogs frequenting, as well as neighbouring cats, so good recall would be required off-lead. I'm an early riser so befornmy morning coffee I will take the dogs out for a 45 minute walk. When we come back we have a cuddle on the sofa while I have my morning coffee. I will be home with them most of the day and if I am going anywhere my partner works from home so she will be home with them instead. I will take them out again between 3-5 for a longer walk between 1 - 2 hours long depending on what dogs I have an whether they prefer longer or shorter walks. I have a fully fenced garden and two friendly dogs. One can be initially grumpy but he's 9 now so soon gets over it. I will love your pet as if they were my own and they will soon become part of the family.
About: I have had Dogs all in my life my first dog was when I was eight years old and I have loved them ever since I also look after my friends dogs neighbours dogs whether it be dog sitting dog boarding dog walking or just lots of cuddles. Dogs are my life or I should say animals are my life but especially Dogs. I will always try to reassure the owners that their fur baby will be safe and loved until they come home, I will look after their dog like it was my own 💯 I am now retired and sadly have just lost my my gorgeous boy of 12 years as you can imagine my heart is broken but as I’ve had animals and dogs all my life this seems to be the ideal opportunity to give lots of loving playtime, also love puppies happy to do some training not that I’m a professional trainer but I’m more than happy to lead walking toilet training, taking them out to socialise, when the dog is with me. About: I am the proud owner of a reactive and energetic husky who is lots of fun and a big softy at heart. Koda is not friendly with other dogs so I have to keep him on a lead and use various distraction techniques. I love when I get the opportunity to meet other dogs and spend time with them. I’ve also been brought up with cats my whole life. Neighbours and friends rely on me to care for and feed their beloved pets. I work shifts as a nurse 3/4 times a week. I live with my partner so on my days off I am usually flexible! I have a husky, hamster and fish who are well loved and cared for. I love spending time with them. My dog gets two medium sized walks per day and my hamster gets a run around outside their cage!

About: I’ve always grown up with dogs since I was around 9 years old. Myself and my partner are not in a current position to buy a dog so happy to help out other families where we can! We love dogs of all ages and sizes and we are super outdoorsy so can do long walks and adventures if required 😄 We are available every weekend for plenty of dog play and we work from home Mon/fri so can account for long weekends and long walks on lunch breaks and pottering around :) our priority is the safety and wellbeing of a pet! About: I have had pets since I was young of all kind. I had 3 dogs which I would walk and feed and I had guinea pigs and rabbits which I would take care off and clean up after, and I just love being around all sorts of animals. I am a student so I would have to work around a schedule in the day but I am free every evening to look after pets since I don’t work part time anymore I keep my flat very secure. I live right next to Holyrood park so I have a great place to go on lots of nice long walks and I also have insurance.
About: As a freelance artist my time is entirely my own and that flexibility means I can give your pets all the attention they need. I love long walks in nature and have experience with many breeds and temperaments in many different areas, from mountain walking/running with dogs to a gentle stroll round the block. Very flexible and freelance artist, so can easily make my own schedule. I drive and am very happy to travel. Typically I prefer morning/midday walks to kick start the day! This entirely depends upon the history of each pet. I respect the pet’s owners choices and treat every pet with as much care and attention that I can.

They knew exactly how to calm her down, and were in touch with clear communications to let me know how she was getting on and the steps they were taking to relax her and get her comfortable. These steps worked and Dolly was able to relax and enjoy her stay, which was a big relief. It takes real skill to be able to read and adjust to the behaviour of a dog you do not know, but they handled it brilliantly. I was really impressed by this. The environment feels safe, calm and very structured - Dolly couldn't have asked for a better sitter.”
