“Amazing......Derek goes above and beyond to make sure your dog is looked after as if it were his own. This is the second time we have used Derek and will absolutly book Alfie in again. We had regular video message to see that our boy was happy and being well looked after. His routine was followed with plenty of walks . “Victoria and her family was fabulous with our dog. They were very attentive and wanting to know everything she needs to stay comfortably. My dog had an operation two weeks before her stay and they truly paid attention as to what will be best for her. The children showered her with love, but were respectful not to overstimulate. The back garden is large, but Rowan was mainly taken for walks, as she was not allow to play too vigorously due to the surgery. She did not want to leave upon my return! Also, I am grateful to Victoria for one favour she did, due to a small mistake I have made.”

John made sure there were options to ensure she was completely relaxed and that I knew she was well cared for. She was walked frequently and loved the company of his dogs. “Anne looked after Georgie for two days. Georgie is a German Shepherd who is full of beans and can be a bit reactive but Anne dealt with all her needs amazingly well. Anne knew which dogs in the local park/green spaces would make good play mates and Georgie had a ball. Anne also played loads of games with her and the outdoor space she has is great. Georgie came home very happy and tired. I was nervous to let someone else look after Georgie but Anne was great at looking after me too! plenty of photos and reassurance to make it a really positive experience for everyone.”
