I can not recommend Ali enough. She is absolutely brilliant and such a lovely person. She looked after Loki as if he was her own. I got daily updates which I loved so I could see how settled he was. I would highly recommend Ali and I am sure Loki cannot wait to come back and stay with her again 😁
We couldn't have asked for better dog sitters than Harris and Maria and Molly :) They took exceptional care of Geko and treated him as if he were their own. Throughout his stay, they kept us updated with regular messages, photos, and videos, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. They were always very informative about how Geko was doing, what he had been up to, and any little changes they noticed. It was clear they genuinely cared about his wellbeing and made sure he was happy, comfortable, and well looked after at all times. Our cockapoo Tina 3 yrs old first time ever been away from home so happy she had an amazing stay with Arleta. Don't think she wanted to leave her when Arleta brought Tina home .You just knew how much of a bond she had with Arleta. Tina's diet was also taken care off (she's got specific meats for her meals ) regular updates & pics .Definitely booking again especially now the bond they have created after all my worries & concerns I can't thank Arleta enough she's really good a what she does. 100%
Sarah took in my pup on very short notice, I was welcomed in to meet her and her own dog and made to feel very comfortable before leaving. I got several pictures and videos throughout the days and Bruce seemed to come back very happy. Would recommend and use again.
Charlie was looked after for the 1st time by Kathryn . I was given regular updates and also sent regular photos which gave us reassurance . We had met up with Kathryn on 2 occasions with charlie prior to her looking after him which also made us feel reassured that he would be well cared for . If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
