It went well , Danny was obviously comfortable around Thomas after just one night which was very reassuring. Thomas has a very calm approach and was attentive to the dog’s individual needs . About: I love dogs and have had dogs my whole life. I have my own miniature dachshund who is now 2 and couldn’t imagine my life without him, dogs really do make a family! for the past year I have been a professional dog walker based in Edinburgh. Taking care of up to 7 dogs at a time, and it’s the best career change I have ever made…even in the pouring rain. Due to my walks being nearly fully booked every day during the week I would only be able to board 1 dog at a time during the week at weekends I would be able to take 2 dogs I work full time as a dog walker in Edinburgh but I am off every weekend and during the week I’m home by 3.30. If you required sitting during the week then your fur baby would come to work with me which would include 2 1hr walks within a pack, this can be on lead or off lead depending on your dogs recall and they would have to get on well with other dogs in order to come out with the pack. I have a large enclosed back garden which is easily accessible from the house so your dog would have free access to it for comfort breaks and play. Dogs can be crated if required and will be allowed on the sofa but must be able to sleep alone as no dogs will be allowed on beds, my own dog sleeps in a crate at night however as long as yours is happy to sleep in their own bed/crate then they will be allowed in bedroom but just not on bed

“Our cockapoo Bailey had an overnight stay at John’s and had a brilliant time. John took her on lovely river and woodland walks which she absolutely loves. He kept us up to date with lots of lovely photos of her at play, chilling out and on her walks. He looked after her so well attending to all her needs as she has a delicate tummy and is on a special diet. When we collected her she zoomed in and out of the kitchen to the enclosed garden showing off the toys he had given her to play with and we could tell she was totally at ease and delighted with her surroundings. “Hello, Karen has cared for my two cats on many occasions. She is a caring and thoughtful pet sitter. My cats were very happy with Karen. She fed and cared for them very well. There was never a problem with her care. My cats are a bit finicky but responded really well to Karen´s presence. I would highly recommend Karen as an excellent pet sitter.”

“Wow! What a find! Tari was a new dog sitter for our elderly border collie who needs attention and care. Our regular dog sitter could not do these dates so we needed to find someone new who could help on rather short notice. From our initial meeting Tari left us confident in her abilities. She certainly delivered! Tari provided daily updates and photos of our Bear and kept us informed. She followed his regime and kept him happy and even spoiled him with cuddles on the couch! “First time useing rover and our dog can be slightly timed with strangers but he seemed to settle right at home with William and family, he got out for lots of walks and exercise and when we picked him up and got him home he seemed to be his usual self unlike when he has stayed in kennels before. William was arranged to meet us and our dog before the stay which was great as it meant you weren't droping your dog off to a complete stranger. We will definitely be looking to see if William and family can watch our dog again if ever required. There was nothing I could fault with William and watching our dog.”

“Mollie had a wonderful with Lesley and her dogs! Lesley was lovely and great at keeping in touch and sending regular updates and pictures of how mollie was getting along. Mollie settled in really well and seemed to be very at ease there. I wouldn’t hesitate to board Mollie with Lesley again!”

“Agata was outstanding with our two rascally Weimaraners, from start to finish. She went out of her way to meet us for part of our normal afternoon walk a couple weeks ahead of their scheduled stay, to ask questions and make sure she understood their demeanour and would be a good match. She was thorough in asking questions and ensuring she had as much information as possible about the pups and their behaviours, needs and routines. They stayed with her 3 nights, and Agata was communicative and thorough in providing us updates at least a couple times a day with photos and videos of their walks and play and hanging out together. Upon picking them up and taking them home, they were calm and relaxed and it was clear they had a great time and were given good walks, play, care, and attention. Our dogs can be a handful and it says a lot about Agata that she really seemed to know how to handle and connect and care for them. Will definitely be booking them for future stays and would highly recommend Agata to others.”
