“Absolutely fantastic. Lovely couple to deal with. Our dog is a young lab and can be a handful but nothing was an issue. Will definitely use again! Thanks guys!!”

“Natalie was lovely and Rocco and Zeb certainly seemed to have a great time with the family. Natalie sent me several photos and a video of them which put my mind at rest as this is the first time they have been to doggy daycare. I will certainly be taking them back to Natalie and I would also recommend her to others.”

“Stan, was fantastic he is a great dog person and was made very welcome, Keira had a great stay with his dogs Lady and Jack, Stan had a nice dog friendly and welcome home and very well mannered, I would definitely recommend Stan and will use again thank you. For taking care of Keira and spoiling her.”

About: I grew up with two family dogs and four cats. I began dog walking and pet sitting at university after meeting Tiny (German Shepherd X Border Collie) who I regularly walked and boarded when his owner was busy. We got on wonderfully and it was always a delight to see how excited he was to see me! I gained further experience through "BorrowMyDoggy", providing regular walks and day-care for several repeat clients, often for longer periods when they were on holiday. I have been using Rover for 5+ years and established regular clients while based in Glasgow, and now Kinross. I have boarded several dogs for their first stays away from home. My time caring for such a variety of breeds, many of which were rescues with specific needs, has provided me with the experience necessary to provide your dogs with the high quality care they require. ! I work full time, predominantly from home but with some expectation of site visits and occasional overnight stays, often at short notice. It is important to therefore check availability with me directly, my Rover calendar may not always be up to date. ! Please note that I suffer from chronic migraine, and until this condition is better managed I will generally not accept high-energy or younger dogs. This is because I cannot guarantee my ability to give them the consistent care they require. Pets that stay with me during the week will gets shorter (approx 30 mins) walks before and after work, as well as at lunchtime. At the weekend we can go for longer (1hr+) walks together. They would rarely be left alone, and then only for short periods - if there are any changes to this, I would discuss with the owners prior. Pets that stay with me will get the run of the house, a lovely comfy sofa to sleep on, and an enclosed garden to play in. I do not have pets in the bed. I will always ask owners for a list of care instructions and get the best possible understanding of their current routine, to make their stay as stress-free and comfortable as possible.
“Tricia was great with Gelert! She looked after him for me for the day after he had an operation. She sent regular updates throughout the day which was reassuring. Her wee dog Bonnie was very tolerant of the cone! Thanks Tricia, we’ll definitely rebook 😄”

About: I have a passion for dogs, I always have, I tend not to leave home without them as I wouldn't like left behind either! I love exploring with them and discovering new places. We go cycling too when we need to blow off the cobwebs. Bella, her daughter Tyne and siouxsie are all black labs, Playful, cheeky and lots of fun , loves the water, the beach and best of all a football! she is very friendly and misses my old border terrier gino being around. The mention of the word park sends her into a frenzy! I tend to take my dogs away in the car for walks as I'm sure they get bored with the same smells. My kids are allegedly grown up now and living elsewhere so the house is quiet and needs little pads to fill it up.. I'm not working ATM so free most of the time, so just ask if I can fit you in and we will take it from there. I have a fully enclosed back garden with a high wall, I have a dog flap so they can come and go. They're allowed anywhere in the house.
“Mhairi took my anxious rescue for the first time last week and was brilliant with her. Understanding that she needed settling in time, had a gorgeous space and garden for her and kept me updated on how my dog was doing. Just great 😌”

About: I have had pets all my life, including two dogs. I currently have Forest a 4 year old Norwegian elkhound who loves other doggies, people and food! I have experience as a dog walker full time during my studies where I walked up to 6 dogs at a time! Friends and colleagues have relied on me to look after their beloved pets for long periods of time. I currently have a slow paced work from home job where i have a lot of time to look after your beloved pets. I typically do not leave the house unless its for essential food shops or dog walks during the working day! At the weekend i like to explore and take Forest for walks in new places, this is my favourite hobby. I have a secure large fenced garden which has plenty of grass, paving and room to run around! Forest has a great time exploring the garden, sniffing the grass and rolling around on the stones. We have lots of toys and enrichment for him also.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all breeds and sizes since I was 10. Friends, family, and neighbours have trusted me to walk, feed, and bathe their dogs. Now, as a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you trust. I have experience with puppies, older dogs, and pets with special needs, and I treat every dog like part of the family. I work full-time from Monday to Thursday, so I’m currently available for dog care from Friday to Sunday. I’m happy to offer boarding, walks, or drop-in visits over the weekend. I’m also available during my holidays and will update my availability ahead of time. Pet care fits perfectly into my weekend routine—I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and love giving them attention and care. I have a fully fenced yard and a friendly, spayed Golden Retriever who loves the company of other dogs. My home is calm and pet-friendly, and I always make sure each dog feels safe and comfortable. I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine and can crate them if needed. Your pup will be treated like family in my care.

We have a big 2 bedroom flat (upstairs and downstairs) right next to leven beach Me and my partner are always home, and we love walking the dogs, were right next to the beach and a park right across the road I dont have a fenced garden but would keep the dog on a lead outside and on walks, unless it was an enclosed area then they can run free
“Siobhan is very kind and sensitive, to my dogs needs. He was a little nervous this time, but Siobhan was very gentle and reassuring to him. If I can I will be booking Ben in with her if possible in the future. I would recommend her to anyone having to find a kind and gentle person to look after your pet. Also she has made her garden and home a safe and comfortable place for pets who stay with her.”

“Fiona was great with Gelert! She was very flexible, and even rearranged an appointment to have G. I received frequent updates throughout the day. Thank you so much Fiona, would definitely book again! ❤️”

About: Experienced dog owner. Since loosing my Labrador 6 months ago, I have decided I’d like to start dog sitting on a more regular basis. I work from home so I’m there to care for your pet 24/7 and love getting out and about on walks. I have a 12 year old son who has been brought up around dogs, he knows boundaries and is very capable of reading dog body language. We both absolutely adore dogs and would love to meet your pet! My son and your pet would never be left alone and always supervised by myself. I have 2 cats who are very friendly, they spend most of their time out playing but get on great with dogs in the house. We also have a new family member Jax our papillon cross who is just the most friendliest dog youv ever met 🥰 I work from home so I’m very flexible to your needs. I work mostly 9am-3pm Monday-Friday but due to working from home, I’m able to take as many breaks as needed. I have a fully enclosed back garden with a 6 foot fence. The back garden is mostly pavement but there is also an artificial grass area with shade. My front garden is enclosed but with a shorter fence at 3ft.
“Ricky definitely didn’t want to leave Rachel and his new best pal Rod. In fact, he already asked when I’m away again so he can stay at hers 🐾 Thank you Rachel & Rod for having my boy!”

“This is the first time we have asked Rachel to look after our dog and to say I was apprehensive is an understatement. There was no need though. At Rachel's request, we met up with her dog for a "get to know" walk, so when it came for Bonnie to stay she was happy and relaxed. I would definitely recommend Rachel if you want somewhere safe and loving for your pooch.”

“Remy had a great time with Lynh and her dog Teddy. Perfect socialisation and activity for him during his stay and he was very content and happy when I collected him. Already booked his next visit! 🐾”
