About: I grew up with two family dogs and four cats. I began dog walking and pet sitting as a student, gaining experience through "BorrowMyDoggy" by providing regular walks and day-care for several repeat clients, often for longer periods when they were on holiday. I have been using Rover since 2018, and established regular clients when based in Glasgow, Kinross and now Coaltown. I also regularly dog sit for family and friends. I have boarded several dogs for their first stays away from home, including a few "lockdown" pups. My time caring for such a variety of breeds, many of which were rescues with specific needs, has provided me with the experience necessary to provide your dogs with the high quality care they require. I have limited experience with professional cat sitting, but grew up with family cats and have previously cat-sat for friends and a client. I work full time, predominantly from home but with some expectation of site visits and occasional overnight stays. It is therefore important to check availability with me directly. Pets that stay with me on weekdays will get a 30-45 min walk before and after work, as well as a play in the garden at lunchtime. At the weekend we can go for longer (1hr+) walks together, including to the beach! Your pet will rarely be left alone, and then only for short periods (such as a quick trip to the supermarket). If there were to be any changes to this, I would discuss with you, the owner, first. Pets that stay with me will get the run of the house, a lovely comfy sofa to sleep on, and a large garden to play in. Pets are welcome in the bed for cuddles but cannot stay there overnight. I will always ask owners for a list of care instructions to get the best possible understanding of their current routine, to make their stay as stress-free and comfortable as possible!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all breeds and sizes since I was 10. Friends, family, and neighbours have trusted me to walk, feed, and bathe their dogs. Now, as a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you trust. I have experience with puppies, older dogs, and pets with special needs, and I treat every dog like part of the family. I work full-time from Monday to Thursday, so I’m currently available for dog care from Friday to Sunday. I’m happy to offer boarding, walks, or drop-in visits over the weekend. I’m also available during my holidays and will update my availability ahead of time. Pet care fits perfectly into my weekend routine—I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and love giving them attention and care. I have a fully fenced yard and a friendly, spayed Golden Retriever who loves the company of other dogs. My home is calm and pet-friendly, and I always make sure each dog feels safe and comfortable. I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine and can crate them if needed. Your pup will be treated like family in my care.

About: I have had pets all my life, including two dogs. I currently have Forest a 4 year old Norwegian elkhound who loves other doggies, people and food! I have experience as a dog walker full time during my studies where I walked up to 6 dogs at a time! Friends and colleagues have relied on me to look after their beloved pets for long periods of time. I currently have a slow paced work from home job where i have a lot of time to look after your beloved pets. I typically do not leave the house unless its for essential food shops or dog walks during the working day! At the weekend i like to explore and take Forest for walks in new places, this is my favourite hobby. I have a secure large fenced garden which has plenty of grass, paving and room to run around! Forest has a great time exploring the garden, sniffing the grass and rolling around on the stones. We have lots of toys and enrichment for him also.

About: I take great pride in providing the highest standard of care for your pets. I have my own family Labrador back home who is the most important thing to me. I’ve looked after family and friends pets for overnight stays and have experience looking after dogs of all sizes. I work from home and can be fully flexible. A morning walk is part of my routine, along with a lunchtime and evening walk. Your pet will get all the attention, love and care needed whilst with me. I have a fenced garden and your dog can be the only pet in my home. I have a smoke and pet free home normally.

About: I have a passion for dogs, I always have, I tend not to leave home without them as I wouldn't like left behind either! I love exploring with them and discovering new places. We go cycling too when we need to blow off the cobwebs. Bella, her daughter Tyne and siouxsie are all black labs, Playful, cheeky and lots of fun , loves the water, the beach and best of all a football! she is very friendly and misses my old border terrier gino being around. The mention of the word park sends her into a frenzy! I tend to take my dogs away in the car for walks as I'm sure they get bored with the same smells. My kids are allegedly grown up now and living elsewhere so the house is quiet and needs little pads to fill it up.. I'm not working ATM so free most of the time, so just ask if I can fit you in and we will take it from there. I have a fully enclosed back garden with a high wall, I have a dog flap so they can come and go. They're allowed anywhere in the house.

About: Since childhood, I’ve been surrounded by dogs, cats, and even horses that quickly became my extended family. My love of animals has led me to helping out my boyfriend at his family-owned pet shop based in Tranent, where I have expanded my knowledge of pet care and had the joy of building relationships with furry companions of all shapes and sizes. Working from the comfort of my home full-time means that your cherished pet will receive my undivided attention. With ample time to spare, I’m dedicated to providing top-notch care, including leisurely lunchtime walks (of course, more if staying overnight) and regular garden outings. My hope is that my cosy flat becomes their home away from home, where cuddles, playtime, and attention are all guaranteed. Your beloved cat or dog will be the sole furry resident in my home. About: I live in a lovely seaside town with my 9 year old son. I have experience of larger breed dogs having previously owned 2 American Akitas. I also help look after a lovely golden retriever boy. Both my dogs were dog reactive so I have experience of how to deal with that too. After I lost my beautiful girl Star in 2022, I haven’t been able to get another dog but I really do miss the company & the therapy pets provide :-) I work from home most days & have a fenced garden. Plus we live 5 minutes from the golf course & beach so lots of nice walks! We are quite active & my son has football training/matches so we would need dogs to be able to be left alone for a few hours while we are out ☺️ I work at home every day apart from a Tuesday so happy to have company during the week or at the weekend if we don’t have plans. I’m very active & always out getting my steps in on my lunch break. I live with my 9 year old son. We are in a maisonette so there are stairs within the property then it’s all on one level. I have a fenced garden.
