“We would give Ginevra and her partner 10 stars if we could!! Bella had such a brilliant time with them. They are so experienced and knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to make both Bella and us feel comfortable. The girls are super friendly, and kept us updated regularly throughout Bella’s stay with some of the most adorable photos that we now have of her! Thank you so much for taking such great care of Bella, and also for all the amazing tips and advice too!”

“Siyi is fabulous. We're so glad we found her during our stay in Edinburgh! She made sure Loki was well cared for, gave him tasty treats to make his stay as enjoyable as possible, and kept us updated throughout the evening. Highly recommend!”

“Giulia has taken care of our dog Poppy twice now. Her and her family are wonderful, Poppy is a very energetic dog and Giulia seemed to be able to handle her with ease - she was knackered the next day which is the sign of a very good day the day before. Such a wonderful dogsitter, we'll definitely be asking Giulia to dogsit again!”

“Great. Lots of walks and Jacqueline was so flexible about pick up and drop off timer. Really friendly and Charlie seemed to be very happy staying at her house too. Definitely will use Jacqueline again.”

“Thank you so much for looking after Oscar - he had an absolute fantastic day with Bailey! Bailey’s communication throughout the day was brilliant and I loved the picture updates of my wee boy. Bailey was attentive and really grasped Oscar’s nature and inquisitiveness; and provided a safe and fun environment for him. Thank you so much, really put us at ease and couldn’t recommend highly enough! 🐾”

“Charles spent the whole day with Naomi and her adorable furry family yesterday. Her calm nature put me at ease as soon as we arrived in the morning, I knew straight away Charles would be in great hands. You can tell she is a dog person and really knows their needs. I highly recommend Naomi’s services. 😊”

About: Hi, I’m Gavin. I’m a caring and responsible pet sitter based in Bonnyrigg. I work part-time from home, which means I have plenty of time and flexibility to give your pet the attention they deserve. I live in a detached house with my own secure, fenced garden – perfect for playtime and safe outdoor breaks. I share my home with my friendly 2-year-old German Shepherd, who loves company and enjoys making new dog friends. My love for animals started early – as a teenager, I raised two cats and cared for them throughout their lives. That experience taught me patience, responsibility, and how to understand different pet personalities. Now, I’m confident caring for both dogs and cats, from playful pups and kittens to seniors who need gentler care. I’ll treat them like family. About: I understand that pets are more than pets, they are family. Therefore I ensure a happy and healthy environment for pets which I have obtained through years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all ages, I’ve developed a calm, confident approach that animals trust. I’ve worked with everything from high-energy puppies needing consistent training, to senior dogs and cats requiring extra patience and love. I’m comfortable handling a wide range of behaviours and health needs, including timid pets with anxiety. I pay close attention to routines, dietary requirements, and body language. My goal is always to create a safe, stress-free environment by providing loving, dependable care. I have recently returned from a 6 month backpacking trip, therefore I am free all day, every day. I can work around your needs, whether that is early morning or late night walks in the park. I live in the countryside, perfect for dogs to run free, whilst ensuring their safety by keeping them inside the garden at all times. My dog thrived in this environment her whole life, and my two cats spend most of their time enjoying our surroundings. There are massive fields next door to my house where dogs can run free, and there are many walking routes in the area.
“Edley had a wonderful day with Louisa and the family. He was immediately at home, had some lovely adventures and whilst happy to see us on collection it was clear that he had had a great day. Louisa was great from first contact with clear information and guidance. I would recommend without reservation”

About: Having grown up around dogs and cats, I've had experience caring for pets for most of my life. We lead an active lifestyle, and love taking dogs for walks in green areas - the Pentlands, Holyrood, local forest trails, anything! We have two children, ages 7 and 4, who are excellent with dogs, if a little hyper themselves. We also have a 1 year old Sprocker who loves other dogs and will provide canine company for your pooch. My wife works from home and I am off with every school holiday, so tehre will always be someone around to be with your pet while you're away. As a teacher, I'm currently enjoying a summer break with my family, so I have full availability outside of term times. My wife works from home and keeps visitors company during the weekdays. We have fenced front and back gardens, and plenty of open areas within a short walk or drive. Many years experience caring for dogs from the most social to the most anxious, and happy to adjust walking schedules to maximise or minimise doggy social contact.
